We have been working on this church to solve an issue with the lead Gutter. The Roof has been leaking causing damage to the internal plasterwork. Damage includes blown plaster and salts showing. Phil talks on how to fix the lead lined Gutter to prevent the Roof from leaking. The main issue with the existing roof Gutter is that the exit hole is to small and leaf's keep blocking it up. The team open up the hole to 75mm and lead weld in a new outlet pipe.
This will enable the water and debris to exit the roof Gutter better than the small hole.

A sensible,pragmatic fix in the circumstances. Sure,in an ideal world it would have been the full works but reality and budgets-as you mentioned- can have other ideas so a good compromise.

I’m pricing for a similar Job, which you could be also . St Giles Church Lockton.
I can’t find anyone locally to me (Malton).
