Looks great! I'm sure thinking about doing it for sure now. Great job!!!! And by the way Jesus loves you my friend if you know him as your Saviour great, if you don't please seek him time is running out!! Take care!
Take it from someone who's done a lot of camo trucks. 3 color minimum and black is mandatory for depth and shadowing. Real or artificial leaves work as long as their flat. You could have overlapped more for better effect but all in all not bad! And yep them 4.2s run excellent if well maintained..
Technique was good but result would be better if you used two or three primary colors and switched between them rather than two and never switching. (Brown always on top of FDE) IE. Paint everything FDE, paint large bands of OD Green. When painting foilage, use brown AND green over FDE sections and use FDE AND brown over OD green bands. Equals higher dynamic range of color use, adds depth because of layering and further breaks apart the silhouette of the object being camouflaged.
Two things. First, paint the wheels. Deers can see them wheels and will know something is up. Second, damn ... do something to knock the glare off all that damn glass. I mean REALLY, what is the purpose of wasting all that paint, time, and effort and still have windows you can see from space?
Wowwwww..thats awsome...great tutorial...
Very god paintjob. But i would have also painted the door bumpers. Nice.....

Old style single edge razor blades work the best to remove anything from glass. They won't scratch the paint. Good looking job. Little is more.....

There’s very little black in nature. Use a medium dark brown.
Can I ask your opinion? What base coat do you use? Dark or light?
