I started watching thinking where is this going? It isn't going to work,THEN THE LANDROVER DISAPPEARED FFS. Absolutely awesome and a real credit to you.
Lol, Bob Ross reference. Rich I don’t have an artist bone in my body and simply wouldn’t have the balls to do that to a car. I screwed up painting my air soft guns camo, lol. You sir I take my hat off to, you certainly have a talent in painting.
Hey mate, i finally started and i used all your technics and it is very beautiful thanks for the very good explanation, it's not a copy of what you did, i didn't made a tree and working in steps was a good idea, first i did my bonnet then l did grill and en dan a piece of my luggage carrier and tomorow i grind my side wings and my jerry cans, you have no idea how greatful i am towards you greetings Oli
A man of many talents, the camo looks very realistic like an oil painting. Enjoyed this immensely mate, look forward to part two. Good luck and good hunting.
A quick tip for prepping and painting: When you have a rubber grommet holding the class in, you can take a hard plastic wedge and lift the rubber away from the panel, insert heavy trimmer line to keep it lifted so when you sand and then paint the rubber lays on top of the edge of the paint and it stays put.
I have to admit Rich it isn’t my taste but as you it’s your vehicle. That said I am really impressed by the technique you have explained and explained so well. It’ll be nice to see it in a woodland wild camp setting and I’m sure that’ll happen in a video pretty soon. I have to take my hat off to you mate as I love the work you do to Edna. Thanks for sharing this with us all. 👍
Talk about a new lease on life! What a crackin job Rich! Looks brilliant. You make it look so bloody easy mate, i'm sure to 'flamingo' it up. You have talent in spades cobber. Eagerly awaiting Part Two! Cheers for sharing!
Love it I want to do this to my lunch wagon...I live in Hawaii and there is so much beautiful ferns and foliage here, what a great idea. My only wish is that it comes out half as nice as yours...
as an artist myself. Be prepared for awesome results once the black goes on the tree trunks. It will look 3D. Looking forward to it. Reminds me of the movie Predator
Interesting video I've never camouflaged anything as big as a vehicle only small things .I would find doing something that big a bit daunting .your vehicle looks the part although there are many patterns of camouflage I'm not sure which I would use but yours looks good and I'm sure in the right setting it would blend in with the surrounding area .good job I'm impressed .
This is perfect hell of a nice job . This is what we do the 36 of us think this is better then military camo we it breaks up are trucks better. And where you guys mostly do your hide this fits in better most of us think. And with a military camo netting yes you nailed it . Cool truck. Nice.
Accidentally found your videos but I can’t stop watching em, you guys have so much fun, I get the idea that some of you are ex military, me too X1X. I wish that I had a bunch of mates like the crowd you lot have. Great videos and I’m just about to subscribe.
That looks amazing! I’ve just patch painted my Ninety as I couldn’t find a real tree tutorial that I liked, or a decent example on a LR. Next time, I’m following this👍 Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to pt2 👍👍
Bought an all white ( with spots of rust)17 seater transit minibus and have now fitted it out. Next was the how to afford the expensive green paint job but not any more. I'll try the back doors first to get some confidence then the rest of the bus , it has all black windows so I may also spray over them or decal them? Any suggestings on the windows / roof / skylights ? I'm thinking on doing the wheels also? We are up in the highlands so I'll experiment with heather type camouflage also. Love the chance to put our own mark on the vehicle. Cheers fae the Scottish Highlands - hootsmin.
Amazing paint job!!!😍 You're really good at this!👍 It's gonna be a fantastic, show worth it Land Rover!👏 I really admire your dedication and skills!👏 Keep up the good work you're doing!🤞
Hi Im Anthony from Texas ,Thats a monster of a truck there Cowboy it looks bullet proof and crazy insane, I love it , looks like you were born in the wrong country , Im currently getting ready to paint my Mini Land assault vehicle and will be employing your techniques , I'm goiing for the Jungle camo look, I'm going full Red neck on this thang . thanks for the video
Nice paint scheme. I am about to Camo my home-made camper in a few days time but I have already bought the cans of brush-on paint in Camo colours. I will be applying it with brushes and dabbing on the smaller detail with crunkled-up newspaper. Looking forward to seeing your part 2 hopefully before I do mine in a few days days. Probably Tuesday or Wednesday 😕
The only thing I’d do better is knock the top edges of those yellow shelf brackets down some. Take a four-inch grinder and bevel that top edge and kill it sharp edge . You can really leave an awful chunk of meat hanging on that walking by. Nice job on the paint. I’m just doing my ancient GMC sierra over to make it somewhat presentable and and I’m following your pattern your pattern.👍🏻
Great Video! Thanks. Your instructions were spot on, and your finished product looks professional. I'm in the US which is 40 times larger than the UK but has only 5 times the population, and I'm just wondering where everyone in the UK can bug out to. Here, the problem is that most big cities only have 2-3 ways "out of the city" and that can make bugging out impossible if there's an emergency.
Carl T I have no idea why so many Americans think there is no space in the UK and we all live in city’s. You can see from my garden that I back on to farm land and can drive 20 miles of tracks from where I live.
@@Bugoutvehiclesuk That's awesome! Plus, you've got water. I know the UK has a lot of open farm areas and rural areas, my sister lives in Redditch. I live in Arizona, near Phoenix. Twenty years ago, my area was cotton fields, now it's suburbia. All of the cities have grown together, so it's a 60km x 60km area that is fairly densely populated. Bugging out here is totally different because we get 3-7 inches of rain a year in 2/3 of our state, so you can get into the "country" fairly easily, but unless you bring a lot of water, you've only got about 3 days. Cheers!
I started watching thinking where is this going? It isn't going to work,THEN THE LANDROVER DISAPPEARED FFS. Absolutely awesome and a real credit to you.
Gaming Velociraptor thank you very much.

Lol, Bob Ross reference.
