I drove one of those almost 13k miles in Iraq pushing a mine roller in front of it and a 240G in turret. We didn't have the proper platform for my gunner to stand on so we made one out of 2x4s screwed together and resting on the dash and back of bench seat. That MK23 was the best machine I've ever operated. Thanks for bringing back those good memories!!
Can we all agree that it would be a lot of fun to see Hans & Allen each purchase items such as this (with Sparks money of course) and see who ends up with the best resale of items to generate profits.
That would be comedy gold!
A little competition between those two would be hilarious especially with Dave not knowing if he is going to lose money or profit from it!
Dave is very business savvy & smart, watching him sweat over the outcome with zero control would just add to the entertainment!
yes would love to see that
Nah I don’t think so
no,not really wouldnt care if they did, maybe just you would be excited to see that!
They did this a year or so ago. (Not with Alan) when they bought unclaimed/returned Amazon pallets. Had a contest to see who did the best but can't remember them ever showing the actual results.
Hans would throw it all in the trash anb Allan would keep it all for his "projects".
thank you for the warning about the scammers
Thanks for addressing the scammers, they are everywhere, cheers Tracey from Australia xo
Hey Aussie neighbour
“You are obligated to return a person’s lost possessions” -the owners manual
Word the fuh duck up
If you falling for those comment scams at this point you prolly deserve it tbh like it's so obvious its a scam
I'm a senior citizen and love watching your crazy videos. Thank you for sharing all your adventures
Dave, the intrigue of these shows is what makes watching them so good. The whole crew and your antics is what makes me want to watch them every time. Keep up the antics with different vlogs and I'll keep watching! Thanks for the laughs!
The irony of throwing that sewing machine away first. Nerdy fact, that model had metal gears in it and was preferred by my late grandmother for her 98 year lifelong hobby of making blankets and quilts. I now have it and it is sturdy.
I cringed when he tossed the sewing machine. He has clearly not seen how crazy expensive new ones are, lol. Plus, he they could used it for a million other fun things.
Yep I was saying don't do it. You could have made probably $100 or put in the thrift store pile. I'm a quilter and that made me cringe.
To be honest I would have seen the bedbugs on the mattress and simply burned the truck with everything in it.
@@mammutMK2 Someone does not look at the listing very close, Shipping and handling is often $70 to 100 dollars.
@@carolkamaile1967 Ageed. Throwing out a perfectly good sewing machine is a bid waste. Lots of schools and charities would probably have loved to have it. It borhers me to see any good tool thrown out, but I suspect it didn't occur to these guys that it was a tool. Watching a quilter throw out a compressor or winch would probably make them cringe the same way, lol.
You guys make looking thru trash look fun. Plus any video with Bud makes my day.
Bud's the best. They always try making fun of him😒
The saddle is a Mexican Charro Saddle, and if well made, or by a well known maker, they can bring several thousands of dollars! The large circumference horn is to provide more leverage and friction for the rooe going around it when dallying a horse or cow.
My wife and I love to watch this stuff! I got her hooked she loves that you guys are all good friends!
I love these random purchase episodes! I think this is some of your best content, especially buying contents of old units or fields 😁👍
The destroying of ceramics with out looking in to them first has me in tears. Some of those get very pricey shoulda looked for signatures on them and taken them to an expert.
When you live In a throw away society that thought process is like a foreign language!
That was literally the funniest part especially because of who destroyed them 😂
@@LokiSadie❤❤😂😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂
It's like dropping a nickel not even worth his time. Dudes a millionaire a couple ceramics ain't shit
@@OhDoctorr it's history.
The world needs more men like you and your crew. Thanks for your example and your generosity. Don’t let the fame go to your heads. Stay humble and great 👍🏻
Forget the trolls and the negative comments the amount of awesome content plus the amount of people you guys help deserves nothing but positivity. That by far outweighs the bad stuff. Keep it coming 💪
What's wrong with negative comments ???? It's totally unhealthy and unreal to expect every body is going to agree with everything. Why are people not allowed to voice an opinion unless it agrees with yours !!!
Comments period = $, any, even thumbs down is as golden as TU. (My 3rd comment on this video) as one who has been dirt poor 99 % of my life (66yo) it’s a sad video. Even robins comment the key words are "bad stuff"
The western saddle is valuable as heck if it is in good shape and custom made. It looks as if the pommel was removed to be repaired (that is the horn that USUALLY carries the rope for roping livestock on the front of the saddle).
I had to rewrite my comment because Dave came through! Thank you for donating to your local charity! Too funny watching an entire moving truck get cleared out in 5.5 minutes. And I got to see less than 2 seconds of Anne. ❤
Who ever does editing on these videos of you guys need a raise cause these are amazing to watch, perfect balance between fun, work, passion and life
Pretty sure he get's a nice pay cheque already lol!
You guys find the fun in every job and that’s why I always keep coming back!! Love watching your team!!
That Oshkosh is awesome. You threw away a $70.00 punch bowl.
That’s what I was thinking
Dave and Dave are suckers for a mystery and being a Dave myself I LOVE it!!! I cant help feeling the same way!
My name is DAVE also. Not David! Lol
Hi guys - depending on the make and quality of that saddle, you can often get $500+ for them, even used. Sometimes decent kid's saddles are hard to come buy so I was glad to see that you held onto it to sell! Or do I foresee a pony in your kids' future, haha!?
Heather🇨🇦
With the large round horn it's likely a barrel saddle too.. definitely worth money to someone.
@@bentate651 No...barrel saddles have small horns. This is a Mexican saddle.
These simpler videos crack me up. love the action packed stuff but really just love watching the team come together all personalities are so watchable/humorous. Also good to see more of bud and his ranger ! .. Thanks for the content. Shoutout from Australia :)
That sewing machine is a Viking Husqvarna. In good shape it is worth about 400 bucks.
Dave I love Tow Bars also. As an Ex U-Haul employee I know about Tow Bars. U-haul made some of the best rental tow bars I have ever seen.
Never heard of a towbar fetish 🧐
OSHKOSH, WHAT A FANTASTIC TRUCK. LISTEN TO THAT DETROIT SING!!!
what i really love about this stuff is the stuff you just find. The store containers you guys buy are just my favorite. from you storage purchaces to buying warehouses makes my curiosity go wild. Hope you have a great day and good luck on the tower and more container buys
Man you guys always do what’s right. I appreciate you all were sensitive to the fact it was a foreclosure. I always feel bad for the people who lose it all and then a crew of strangers comes in behind and goes through what they able to remove. Yes I know many leave trash but too many simply don’t have the means to move everything and are forced to decide what’s important. Always a uncomfortable situation. Strangers going through your personal life, every detail. You guys are amazing! And if the past owners ever see this video they don’t need to feel embarrassed as they prob will see it.
Love your team! 🤩🙌
I had an apartment building I was renting in get condemned without warning when I was single with two kids. Ended up homeless with no warning because of it and was unable to take anything that would not fit in my little Ford festiva. When I finally got a place 2 months later I pulled into the old building hoping to get my stuff just in time to see all of my stuff, and my kids' stuff, being burned in a pile by the new owner who bought the building. All of my childhood memories, old family photo albums, everything. It killed me.
*Foreclosures scam is they **_ALWAYS_** cut the lock, loot the contents and place a new $10 padlock on there. This was one step easier as they already had the key.*
@@smode983 That's so heart breaking, how horrible.
Led me to think
Really sensitive yeeting their worldly possessions into a dumpster
Next time donate the sewing machine. A charity can pack one of those up with other donations and send it overseas where it will be valued and used.
I agree with Allen about glass block. It makes for a super easy entry point.
O M G O M G the bungee corded deer head on the truck. I am crying here.
That was a perfectly good sewing machine! I can't believe you! 😂
I love watching you guys. Work and fun go together with you guys.
The sewing machine would have been GREAT for a thrift store.
You can buy an old one to donate. 🙏🏻
@@ultimaetsolder I have one I bought at a thrift store or auction about 30 years ago but my very first one I got from my mother when I had my first child. Made her a lot of clothes on it. Those kids who like to sew could really use a cheap one nowadays when the price of food, gas and rent are going up so high. But many young people don't know what a savings it is. Since then I've given many away. But I live in a rural area where people take pride in providing for their families.
You're good people nana
@@ultimaetsolder A lot of old sewing machines sell for more than $100, are repairable, and will be sewing long after a new machine has given up the ghost.
Love when u take chances .
i just watched a 9 month old video and it felt a few days old. how do you do that, the feeling, it felt, interesting to watch but like also watching friends and family have fun.
Heavy D, I love so much watching your intuitive purchases to see if they end up like most of these goods or off to moving the next mountain:)) So love Alan’s back up hand signals:))
I just have to say who ever is editing and adding in stuff is killing it this video!!!! Keep up the great work! Hey Dave pay them more!!!!! Lol
Heavy D buying any kind of storage spaces with stuff in side, is always fun to watch. Even if they don’t find anything
This reminds me of helping a friend move. We were emptying a bunch of furniture that had been abandoned out of a house. One of the things left behind was a huge desk. He said to throw it away and I said to keep it. I ended up dragging it home. The catch is the desk had a 36-in x 3 ft long top that was 1 and 3/4 in thick solid black walnut. I made a pretty penny on the desktop
How great it is to watch all you guys working together
Whoever the editor is needs a raise for the parts where allen is throwing stuff at the dump trailer and it explodes.
Glad you said that about scammers. I was contacted by a scammer on Robby Layton's channel giving me a 2019 Silverado. As I questioned them I was told "I sure was making this difficult." I let Robby know and as you said nothing can or would be done about it. Everyone just don't fall for it. Lazy people with no morals. Some of us actually work for a living. Thanks. Good job, love your videos.
Lol u work?
I watch too much UA-cam and this channel has most scammers just ignore that stuff myself. Great stuff keep it coming!!
Only Heavy D could put out a video of him and his guys throwing away garbage and making it entertaining!🤣😂
The hole in the cab roof is for a 50cal and or M240 Gulf mount. If you're desperate you can mount a Saw but that is last resort
He mentioned the almost heroes movie ! Hands down the best scene in that whole movie is when they were on the river and Chris Farley started telling everybody about the animals they would encounter ! "There is an animal now ! " he's got something in his hand ! 😂 That scene almost gave me a heart attack I actually had to pause the DVD to calm down from laughing so hard ! My chest hurt so bad my wife was ready to dial 911 for the ambulance. If you haven't seen this movie I highly recommend it if you are in good health.😊
You'll want to go back and get the sewing machine, which was the best, most valuable item of the lot.
If they're prepared to smash useful stuff in the first place, there's no chance they're going to repair the damage done.
Love the change up Heavy D. Nice seeing y'all just being funny. Hey from Odum GA!!
Any time there is a change of something being used by squatters, DON'T put your hands in without looking (the storage areas in the cab at 4:30). When I was a gas engineer I was told that squatters like to hide used needles so the people kicking them out get jabbed. You then have to get tested, which is a long worrying wait!
I was tearing down some condemned trailers in October and found this home made Spiked Morning star style Mace. It was some kind of cast iron garden rod with like a dozen long Horse shoe nails held together with a massive blob of JB weld. The thing is 16 pounds total. I now use it to Mjolnir the Mace into a shaky support board to drop the roof.
That hole in the roof was for the gun ring. You can buy the metal plate cover from military surplus places, it's a standard size. That 7 ton truck replaced the earlier 5 ton trucks that the Marines had.
@xlinustechtips oh no.....I have something HUGE for you.
never throw away old sewing machines there are TONS of collectors for them LOL
I am stoked to see you getting rid of junk but keeping the people who lost the house in mind.
I always love to see videos with a sense of adventure
A new love shack for Hans and Alan
The edits of Alan are killing me 😂😂😂
That moving truck is exactly what I want to turn into a stealth camper.
Don't attempt to adjust urself well driving. THE WHOLE HIGHWAY CAN AND WILL SEE YOU.
I was thinking it looks like a decent size space back there
That would be cool.
It’s probably for sale and ya already know what he paid for it
@@GratefulEd907 will you buy it for me???
Your videos are the sanest things out there right now. Great way to escape reality from the crazy world we live in.
2:58 I too, love glass block construction lol. So versatile! Fill your house with light but keep your privacy! Also, they are insulating!
Bless you my young brother for all that you've done for others and I am so proud of you and thank's for your service keep up the good work
I know of two families who are sleeping on the floor and don’t have dressers to put their clothes. Sad seeing things like those being destroyed instead of donated. The sewing machine could have been given away and used, possibly.
Fun vid. Watching you boys is as much fun as watching a pack of puppies. All hail the Wizard. ❤️👍🇺🇲
Dude throws out a $300 sewing machine.
Genius.
The horse saddle is real, and you were right, it's a children's saddle. If it's used but in fantastic condition, it could be worth anywhere from a round $500, to all the way in the thousands. Some children's saddles can even be worth upwards of $10,000 or even more than that. I would say that It's definitely a keeper!
My favorite corrector on this channel is Puss in Boots. He always makes me proud of myself.
I loved watching these guys, they are hilarious 😂 but it breaks my heart to think of the person who owned this stuff finding this video and seeing their belongings carelessly tossed into a dumpster😢 it’s possible they had to leave it behind because the truck wouldn’t run or they had no one to help unload and move it.
Gotta love Bud coming up with the worlds first hybrid wheel chair🤣
Awesome! Love your sense of adventure. Would love to join you guys on an adventure.
Same here
Depends if you are hot or not?
Never a dull moment over here on the Heavy D channel! I'm taking notes on the editing style, for use on my own channel!
I'm interested in the antenna that's on the tower. I look for ham radio equipment when it's low cost.
That wheelchair if it needs batteries are about 125. Each and some need 2 batteries.
That sewing machine was probably worth a couple hundred $$
Notification squad Have a nice weekend!🔥🔥🔥
This was an interesting video and definitely a fun adventure seeing what was in the back of the truck. i know you guys will definitely make money
I just want to say, I chuckled when Dave said we should have to make two separate piles. 1 for Junk 2 for Salvation Army items. That was definitely a cover to just make people happy. And to be honest I would do the same thing.
I live east coast Canada. We have storms but nothing like this. God Bless you guys
Of course you bought this Dave 😂 love it
Dave : "I honestly just feel like I'm helping someone move right now"
Destroys dresser
Dave needs to start his own retail shop to sell the stuff he gets lol
Thanks for the great videos sparks can wait for the next one
Little late to the don’t break anything for the Salvation Army. I moved from Ohio to WV to get away from a bad situation from an alcoholic father. I hope you can understand the joy I felt at my job to have people give me furniture they didn’t need any longer. I had nothing. Love your videos and ignore the haters. But please keep what said in mind if possible in the future. Thankyou
After seeing this, I don't think I'd ever ask any of these guys to help me move lol

Man, I haven't giggled and laughed out loud so much in a long time - you guys are just a bunch of awesome characters! 😂😂😁😁😂😂

I want an episode about tow-bars. I enjoy learning!
Someone needs to find a way to get back at the scammers
Part of me thinks, anyone dumb enough to fall for the scams, probably deserves whatever happens. And sure, that's a little harsh. But it's not a sophisticated operation. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together should be able see through it.
I feel sorry for the family that had to make this decision.
It's all trash anyway. If it had any value they would have sold it.
@@ultimaetsolder You have zero clue on how fast they had to move or what happened. Selling stuff takes time and sometimes people are not afforded much time.

The horn on Mexican saddles is HUGE. Went horseback riding in Puerto Vallarta and could’ve used the horn for a lunch plate.
Alan always makes me question if Dave has Woody Harrelson in his team lineup.
Several of the items that were thrown out and smashed could have been taken to a Goodwill or another place like that. Why did you wait until you had smashed so many things (bed headboard, dressers, etc.) and then said lets make different piles like a donation pile, etc.? I love your videos! Just didn’t understand why on this one.
He said at the beginning that even if left for free, people wouldn't want that furniture, but I get your point.
Not everything should be kept

3:06 you can, you have to buy the structural ones. Not all are the same. Some are window lights only (for half basements), some are meant to be used to walk on (when they elevate a sidewalk and the once half basement basically becomes a full basement, but you have to leave the house's original view (dunno if the law's the same) so they use these with a metal grid to make platforms in the sidewalks), some are purely decorative. Most i've seen them used (with the full tilt type) was a two story + terrace house facade. Fully made out of them. A late 80's house.
A lot of the stuff that was thrown away could have been donated unfortunately
