My 2019 Rubicon intermittently has had the autostop error light come on (without any device installed) so I don't think it's a problem with the autostop eliminator.
Mine has only came on once in 2020. Mine seems to have eliminated itself. Does it matter if I stomp on the pedal or not. I'm sure it's related to using 91 octane which doesn't run as hot as 87. The engine just never get the proper temperature in order for the stop-start to come on. which is another reason why you get better fuel economy with 87, the engine doesn't take as long to come up to temperature
I've had the auto-stop on a few cars and in the hot/humid Summers here, at idle, the A/C basically is worthless....so I have been turning it off in the Summer. I may look into this device for that reason alone....
My 2023 Wrangler Sport works great. I have not gotten the error.
Thank-you very much sir, nice and clear !!

Nope, I don’t think so either. It’s the auxiliary battery IMO😡
Why don’t you scroll through the dash settings to stop start screen and see what it says the next time your warning light comes on?
Why that’s a great idea. However….I no longer own that version🤔
Intermediate warning light…did you confirm the two connectors are clicked into place?
They were👍

Interesting...I didn’t know temperature had anything to do with it🤔
I am not getting that warning
It’s been a few days since I last saw it. Maybe it won’t come back🤔

I assume if you have the a/c blasting it doesn't shut off?
A guy can also disable it by disconnecting the drivers side pin under the hood, the indicator on the dash will remain lit, but it's an option.
But there’s that indicator......😐
Mine is working great
the company i work has cars with that system and the truth that gives many problems over time
I believe it. Can't be good to continually stop and restart the vehicle!
I don't like that auto stop at all
Nope! So happy I found the Autostop Eliminator👍
