That hot sauce and whatever protein you selected is very likely to have had garlic and/or onion in it. Did the burrito contain cheese or guacamole? Plus many foods include "hidden" garlic, onion, and wheat. Speaking of which, does Chipotle offer a gluten-free tortilla?
I recently ordered salmon at a restaurant. The server let me know that their grilled salmon is seasoned with garlic powder so he offered to bring it with no seasoning on it.

After downloading your list... confirming my complaint that vague incomplete info makes it difficult to fairly implement low FODMAP. And one detail: groats are hulled grains. That is, hulless. So, what's buckwheat flour (grouts) ?
If you mean flour made without the black hull specks, say so! In the era of modern milling buckwheat flour (buck/bock so-called for the black hull) is made from groats but powdered hull is added back in.

I strongly disagree with you. They figured out my issue in a matter of a couple sessions which for 10 years and 4 Gastro doctors could not. I’m the best I have been in more than 10 yrs. The education was amazing. They gave me more time than any Doctor ever has. Dietitian was available for questions and support day or night and weekends. Best money I’ve ever spent. It was hard work but with all the support I was able to get to where I am today.

Amazing, how nice to feel so much better! But not all have health care that will help cover trying all avenues available.

#4, FODMAP ranking and lists are too vague, unspecified in details and unrealistic in some allowed food portions. 10 pecan halves? Considering stacking it's safer not to buy or have pecans at all. Similarly for most berries. Tahini? Wild discrepancy between different lists. Apparently that's because some tahini made from whole sesame (not good) some from hulless. Why is low FODMAP serving of peanut butter twice peanuts serving?
#5, your perspective suffers from fiber obsession without distinguishing soluble or not, fermentable or not, or the degree of digesta viscosity increase.
For counterpoint >psyllium is beneficial in IBS through the microbial and neural route and by decreasing inflammation. Psyllium supplement at adequate dosage (at least 20-25 g per day) with adequate amount of water, coupled with other physiological steps could provide substantial relief in IBS. This treatment is physiological, simple, economical, easy to follow, and harmless and can safely be tried in most patients of IBS.Of all the available types of fiber, psyllium is the most effective in IBS. The reasons for this merit discussion. There are different qualities of various fibers that determine their utility and beneficial role in IBS.
