Everyone seems to have advice on food to eat with IBS and not a one is the same, it’s not even a guideline, it’s a free for all. So just do you, be your own science experiment. All this stuff does is piss me off because this issue is so prevalent that there should be some relief or a cure. I don’t have diarrhea or constipation, I have very healthy bowl movement daily, but yet this seems to be my Dr. ‘s only answer. So annoying and so restrictive.
AMEN. It is so stressing....every video contradicts the other about the low fodmap diet.
