Doc I have a non responsive celiac disease with gastroparesis, EoE.
I went through the videocapsule endoscopy and the capsule stated in the stomach for 5 hours while from the duodenum It took Just 1 hour.
Can vitamin B12 be connected?
I am taking Questran for bile acid malabsortion.

Some people with untreated celiac disease may experience low levels of Vitamin B12, however it may not be connected in your case.

@@Joe_Leech Yeap that was me. At the diagnosis in 2018 I had really high vitamin b12 (700) and folate (20), while my Mcv and Mch were really high.
Now despite my carnivore diet my vitamin B12 serum is at 300 and 7. Folate absortion improved with Questran but my Mch Mcv remains high, iron Is at 100, ferritin 4000 and the saturation is back to normal 28%.
I do not know why hemoglobulin is damn high: polycitemia vera or too much testosterone ?

@@Joe_Leech I have bilateral Babinski, Hoffmann and Romberg.
I also have a neurodegenerative disease but it alwasy get better when my intestine is fine.
I struggle with this issue

menopause is awful...I have constipation and yes onion mess up my tummy ibs is awful
