Employees at Mass Appeal Auto Care in Carmichael are accused of driving customers’ cars. In one instance, the employee crashed the vehicle.

Same kinda thing happened to me in Sacramento at the same shop Mass appeal, got work done , and then there was something always wrong afterwards and they wanted to charge alot..they also jacked up my car incorrectly and messed up my car and sent me to someone they knew to fix it,,(mask it)
I had to just stop going there....I wonder if anything was even wrong with my car..

Hey sometimes they only way is the hard way to get what you want from perps like this . They don’t respond to verbal discussions well they actually feel they’re smarter . Go after this perps house and his family’s food on there table they’ll come around .
I too have experienced similar situations and had to go the hard way to get restitution .
