ROASTED PEPPERS IN A PAN with ZERO SMOKE coarse salt EXCELLENT result!

- Today's light recipe offers "Roasted peppers" which are a real treat, have few calories and are very good roasted, however it is problematic to be able to do it at home because it creates smoke and crackles; and if not cooked well the skin does not come away which is annoying on the palate as well as indigestible. It is possible to have the same result as the grill directly in the pan, with coarse cooking salt (I use the non-iodized one) which will act as embers. The salt will absorb all the liquid from the peppers, avoiding the formation of smoke; it will solidify with heat, but will leave the pan intact. Once cooked evenly, we will put the peppers in a steel pot with paper towels, but the bread bag will also work. We will go to clean them only when the pot and the peppers have completely cooled: the skin will come off easily and it will be child's play. Only 30 calories per 100 grams of roasted (peeled) peppers. They are excellent on pizza or as a side dish (lightly seasoned). Eating "Delicious and Light" is possible: so why not try "GOOD APPETITE!"

No il sale è silenzioso, i peperoni scoppiettano leggermente e si sgonfiano quando si bucano ma il sale assorbe tutto. Zero fumo e padella intatta
