    All negatives are limited. Liza is real when speaking of from as THE UNBOUNDED-perfect love is utterly without fear-without separation from the perfect-so know yourself-experiencing without doubt and you will be as perfect as whatever God means to you. If you know in your heart who you really are(the unbounded) you will be doing in that instant exactly the right thing because no other possibility exists.

    Everything you said made a lot of sense to me.i recognize that thoughts are not who i am.i've been struggling with obssesive thoughts for some time,but the awareness that thoughts are just drops of water,and that what i really am,and everyone is,is the ocean into which these drops of water fall,that is true & peacefull nature of being.

    You continue to hit the right notes! Keep this momentum and dont stop! Thank you for helping many souls through this shift 😊 Meditation helps me not only seperate myself from my thoughts as an obsever but also helps me compartmentalize, observe up close, at a glance and in birds eye view. Through visualization I even notice each thought has an aura to it. Pretty infinite the possibilities we can each achieve by taking slow & full deep breaths letting oxygen to flow into our brain allowing the imagination to get activated.
    Many answers we seek outside of ourselves are already within us. As we steadily work towards oneness we realize that we already had the master key to our own locks and blocks. Lets Do This!!

    See toughts, agitation of the mind, anxiety as electricity going throught your system, the idea is, to create space for that electricity to flow wherever it is trying to go, not supress it, change it, transform it, just allow space for it to BE. i think its even more than breathe, its actually to stop clinging to the current going on throught you, understanding that nature its perfect and always takes the right path, and that all it needs to do so is space. Its only ''wrong'' because you label the experience as that instead of letting it be.

    Oh yah, another great video
    Especially our relationship with pain. Personal experience always transports the person’s awareness to a special place, despite its difficulty. You live certain healthy habits for yourself as a response to this. No one has ever had to live to this level, and they have no reason to. It is as if pain provides the reason and the impetus.
    ...
    Regarding the suffering that comes from thoughts, I agree with you on the point of returning to neutrality. This is the best solution to this temporary boiling point.
    By the way ، Sometimes a conscious response to the same thoughts after a moment of calm is productive.

    • @lizabashkova
      @lizabashkova  6 місяців тому +1

    Good introspection and well-spoken. Viewing our own thoughts as friend or foe is an interesting take. We learn and grow through others and/or by overcoming challenges; losses/failures are indistinguishable to the mind, but we associate them with suffering due to external influences that implant such notions. We struggle with our 'sense' of control because of mainly our upbringing growing up where our perception is predetermined by others. This creates a cognitive bias towards previous experiences within our mind to find and validate current thoughts and feelings. Understanding the top-down and bottom-up processes of how perception is developed definitely helped me understand ways to stay grounded. Your advice on meditation and controlled/focused breathing is quite practical to engage mindfulness of our surroundings that can offset the overflow of thoughts.

      I understand. Become so strong and confident in your value that your masculinity shines through more than this neediness and desire to be loved. Basically pour into yourself before begging God to give you someone to share love with. It's a process, trust you'll become the most naturally attractive person when you're comfortable with who you are. It's normal to crave connection just be honest with yourself and set the order of your priorities more practically.
