Thanks Ryan for putting this up. Got to say, I watched countless number of youtube vids on this and yours is one of the most comprehensive with details of every step. Just like the corner radius & what Forstner bit to use. 👍

I ended up buying a cheap fence to use for now. Building a proper fence is on the one day list!

Thanks very much for a very explicit video. Thanks also for mentioning the bit sizes, as others seem to leave this information out of their video.

Glad it was helpful! The drill bit size was something I had a hard time finding. Thought it was worth sharing!

    Very informative video Ryan.
I got the JessEm saw guides for Christmas and should do a video on setting them up.

Is it easier to level the router plate from above the table or from under the table? I think Jess is the only one that offers leveling from above the table. I have a KREG router lift, and I level it from under the table or are they just about equal?

By levelling do you mean making sure the lift is level/flat with the table? That is done with the small Allen key bolts from the top of the lift. I haven’t used the Kreg lift so can’t comment on it.

Is that the MRP23EVS router? Just curious because I want that router but they say it won't work in a lift.
