Thanks for your insights. I have had eczema on my hands since I was 5... I nearly 63 now... have been using topical steroids for 58 years! I'm trying to get off of them and I'm interested in getting to some root causes. I don't think I have to live with it. And I certainly don't want to have to use the steroids for my whole entire life. I've already made some progress and I don't think my eczema is something I have to accept and simply manage with steroids.
You will go through massive TSW (topical steroids withdraw) at 58 if i were u i wouldn't bother because the sufferings is beyond what i can describe in words! N i still have it after going through that hell
@sibyv Diet. Sugar is a big NO NO. Leafy green vegetables and fresh fruit can help alot. I've had eczema for a couple years now and I food that food and probitics have helped me. My next move is a colon cleanse then incorporating probitics and other herbs to try to heal.
