    If you're wondering if this workout really works, yes it is. Just don't stop and be motivated everyday. After 2 months of trying this workout, I came back here to inspire others. It didn't just made my legs slimmer, it also helps me lose more weight. From 32 waistline from October, it turns 26 after 2 months.

    Guys trust me this definitely work !!! I’ve been eating super healthy and combining this workout with Pamela reif happy sweat cardio , holly dolke flat stomach workout and april han slimmer thighs for a month and I lost7kgs
    1 month ago : height : 161 cm
    Weight : 53kgs

    大転子ストレッチ、当時は効いてるか分からなくて動画の中の休憩感覚だったけど今また大転子出て来ちゃってて、伸ばすのめちゃくちゃ大切って学んだ!

    Good day!
    I am a teenage female, 17 years old with the height of 158 cm and weight of 53 kg.
    Before:
    Thighs: R- 50cm; L- 49.5cm
    Calves: R-35.5cm; L-35
    Day 1✅: the first excercise really hurts but overall it's good.
    Day 2✅: it's going well, I did sweat a little.
    Day 3✅: I did this with extra stretching after.
    Day 4✅: I repeat the first exercise and I did some stretching after.
    Day 5✅: Just like I did on day 3.
    Day 6✅: plus stretching again for the calves.
    Day 7✅: it's getting easier and faster.
    Day 8: (measurement)
    Thighs: R- 48cm, L-49cm
    Calves: R- 34.5, L-35cm
    *Right parts won HAHAHAH
    That's my experience with this work out, and I'm so happy with the results😍✅

      Kanniapan D no I don’t follow any diet it’s just I don’t like rice so I don’t eat rice but I eat alot of snacks which is a bad habit lol . As my main sometimes I eat corn flakes sometimes oats sometimes chicken sometimes vegetables and sometimes ramen it depends on my mood . And I’m super lazy the way I make my food tastes worse and whenever I feel super lazy I just eat boiled eggs . I only eat 2times a day because I wake up at 12pm.

    下半身が気になり、たまたま目に入ったこちらをお風呂上がりにやること1週間。お尻の下のハミ肉が無くなっているのに気付き、びっくりしています!体が硬く大変な姿勢もありますが、続けていこうと思います!

    I am a teenage female with the height of 154 cm (5’ 1” exactly) and the weight of 53.5 kilograms (118 lbs).

    *Starting measurements...*
    Stomach: 71 cm (circumference)
    Thighs: 41 cm (circumference)
    Calves: 39 cm (circumference)
    *After 3 days*
    *Later measurements...*
    Stomach: 68 cm (circumference)
    Thighs: 38 cm (circumference)
    Calves: 37 cm (circumference)
    So in three days I lost three centimeters off of my stomach and thighs, and two centimeters off my calves. Though keep in mind, my schedule includes over one and a half hours of workouts, six hours of dance practice, and two sets of this specific stretch routine as well as my own stretch routine. Another factor is metabolism. I don’t know how fast mine is, but I’m already a somewhat slim person. That and I am anemic so I do not eat much.

    太っていたら健康の為に痩せた方が良いとか言うのに
    自分の理想の体型になったら痩せすぎ、もう少しお肉つけた方がいいとか頑張って痩せた人に対して失礼な話だし余計なお世話では

      痩せすぎとかはどうでもいいんですがこの体操、体に歪み出たり足指変形しそうなのでやりたくはないです。証拠に女性の人O脚気味なのをカバーしようと内に膝いれててその反動が歪みとして出てると思います。O脚治すなら膝とか股関節は外旋させ足は土踏まず側つまり親指に重心にもってくれば治るので。

    Day 1: ✔️✔️video + extra round (wahhh the first exercise is no joke, my legs were shaking after only half of it, but other than that, the rest of the exercises were not too bad-the extra round was intense though, I only got through 30 sec before having to take a break)
    Day 2:✔️video + extra round 30 sec (I did a few more workout videos before this one, so I just the video once)

    膝、腰悪いので動画の様に綺麗に出来ませんが無理せず可動域は自分が気持ち良い所まで、スクワットは膝を伸ばしきらない、使う所をきちんと聞いて意識してやりました とても気持ちが良い 最終的にこの動画のように綺麗に出来る体になりたいと思ってます

    美の感覚、価値観は人それぞれだから。
    極論を言えば、ぽちゃでも標準体重でも美容体重でもガリガリでも自分が自分を好きでいられるならそれでいい。

      脇から失礼。
      ただ、痩せ方が身体に害為すような方法(食ったものを吐く、食事を極度に抜く、炭水化物や脂肪を極端に避けるなど)でなければ、多分、なんだっていいのである。

    I have been doing this workout for 36 days so far and I've been losing 1/4in on my thighs every week and 1in on my butt every two weeks. So it does work. I do also workout more than just this and my diet is pretty healthy. I defiantely enjoy this and wish anyone else luck!! You got this😁

    I have been doing this exercise for more than two months now. And I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Whole doing the extra round, the massage I can feel the difference between now and how it used to be. Keep doing guys, u would surely feel the difference

    It feels so motivating to see that guy (possibly a beginner) do it. I always feel very sad that I don't have the perfect form or can't do it properly like the trainer, while doing the exercise. But, the thing is it takes a lot of time to get used to them and do them right. I realised that even if we don't have the perfect form, we do get results, which improves our form. Keep fighting everyone!

    I’ve been doing this exercise for a week and I already feel more flexible. I have a desk job and this helped decrease my back pain. I do hope for slimmer thighs, but I know this will take months. Don’t look for shortcuts! Exercise a bit every day and eat everything in moderation. Legs go!

      痩せすぎとかはどうでもいいんですがこの体操、体に歪み出たり足指変形しそうなのでやりたくはないです。証拠に女性の人O脚気味なのをカバーしようと内に膝いれててその反動が歪みとして出てると思います。O脚治すなら膝とか股関節は外旋させ足は土踏まず側つまり親指側に重心にもってくれば治るので。

    I’ll try to do this everyday for 3weeks (I’m French so I’m sorry if there are mistakes)
    Age : 14
    Height : 163 cm

    Thighs : L: 64,3 R:65.4cm
    I already did it 2 days and it was a little hard (I’m starting update for day 3)
    Day 3 : completed ✅
    Day 4 : ✅✅ I felt good doing it so I did it twice lmaoo
    Day 5 : completed ✅okay guys so, I’ve been tested positive for COVID :( but it’s not an excuse i won’t stop 💪🏽
    Day 6 : dit it again ✅✅(twice)
    Day 7 : ✅ I did it only once cause I feel sick (guess it’s because of this damn covid) I’ll try to do it twice tomorrow
    Day 8 : ✅ again did it only once, my right leg was shaking and I felt breathless (again due to Covid I guess)
    Day 9 : okay guys so, i tried to do it but every time I try to exercise I feel breathless so I’ll stop exercised for a little time (when I feel better I’ll restart)

    I’m gonna try this during quarantine:
    Measurements before:
    Both thighs 55 cm
    Legs 34 cm
    Weight 53.8 kg
    Height: 163 cm
    Day 1: done. That was much harder than expected. Legs were shaking but could do the whole workout.
    Day 2: done. My legs are still hurting because of yesterday.
    Day 3: done.
    Day 4: done
    Day 5: done
    Day 6: didn't do it unfortunately
    Day 7: done :)
    Results:
    Thighs: 54.2 cm and 54.7 cm
    Legs: 33.5 cm
    Weight: 53.6 kg
    Aaand I noticed that I have less cellulite under my butt and my butt got rounder.
    95 cm -> 94 cm
    I'm really happy with the results so far. Will try this for another week and eat less (hopefully).
    Week 2:

    Day 2: done
    Day 3: done

    Honestly, this exercise doesn't really work on me😅
    Besides this exercise, on day 4, I start doing 1000 jump rope and April Han lying inner thigh workout ( because I get boring doing same exercise 😂), and I'm not doing any diet.
    So, don't give up just because your result is not the same as other people 😉

      @@arinashrin9866 That was a very honest answer. So I'm going to do the same thing. Overall weight is 78 kgs, so if I lose 15 kgs in 5 months that means I must lose around 3 kgs a month. so I must lose .75kgs a week. This I can do.

    Tried this just now,
    but I can tell that at least for me stretching works better than anything to lose weight, to stay fit and overall feel more comfortably and energetic.
    At the age 15 my weith was 67kg and height 160cm... I tried very hard workouts and diets, but just moderate eating style and stretching really helped... Stretching on a daily basis, not overating (weight problems might easily be a psychological issue), feeding your body with more natural food = no junk - doing magic)
    Was 55kg for a long time and then without noticing became 49kg)

    Just so everyone knows: these exercises are super amazing and so simple, yet impactful. Very yoga like. Your basically cleaning up your lymphatic system which is where all our visceral fat is stored. These workouts and others DO work but it’s not a one size fits all. Keep in mind that you must be conscious of your lifestyle and nutrition. Can’t expect to do this and eat tubs of KFC/ice cream and still lose weight. Stay committed and you’ll see amazing results! 🙏🏼

      Visceral fat is fat stored around organs. The lymphatic system is the system where lymph is stored which consists of white blood cells. While the lymphatic system is used to transport fats from your intestines, it is not where the fat is stored.

    I've doing legs exercise for 4 months already but i still have big bulky legs. I will try this one, since i saw girls comments that this is effective.
    Day 1: ☑️ i love the stretch, it reminds me of April Han legs workout. And the last one exercise, it doesn't hurt cause I'm doing it everyday. Idk if it's effective for me. But i think the stretching will make legs smaller! I hope!

    I started this routine last night, I will try to do it this week and tell u my results. Like for reminding me !!!!
    -17 y/o, 1.58 aprox, 51kg aprox. My goal in the 1st week 53/52 cm of thigh.
    11/05: thigh= 55cm :))
    •Day1: it doesn't hurt that much, i think i can do it twice a day

    •Day3:Yesterday I was a little disappointed because I felt that my thighs were fatter, but I think they have to grow a little before losing weight, since today I feel slimmer. I'm happy♡♡♡
    •Day4: i feel like this is really working!!!! I feel my legs lighter and firmer. I haven't measured my thighs yet, I will on Monday !!
    SORRY I FORGOT TO UPDATE
    Anyway today was my last day, i messured my thigh and....IT WORKED im really shooked, when i started this my thights were 55cm, and after only one week they're 53'8cm. Even if that wasn't my goal i'm so happy with this and i'll keep going. I remind that maybe it worked bc i did this with my daily routine, so good luck everyone💜
