This was probably THE HARDEST leg workout i've done so far.. My thighs were burning so much i had to make mini breaks between each exercise. But I loved it!!! Doing it again tomorrow - determined to do it without breaks!

These are a lifesaver. I used to do Lagree in Austin 3x per week but I recently moved to Barcelona and they don't have any lagree studios here! It has been so sad to leave Lagree and my progress that I worked so hard for behind. These videos give me the same intensity that I am used to. Please make more and maybe longer ones!

Love that you have done a slider playlist. So few have! Please do more, I love these slider workouts. They work for me. I'm on a top floor flat & I can't do jumpy workouts!
I can't believe I found this website. *Next Level Diet* completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

Great video! The cueing really helps too. I've found that paper plates work well on both hardwood floors and on carpet! The one legged mountain climber is new - always good to get new ideas!
Hard and sweating but so good. I was not able to do all at once but really a goal ! Definitely one of my favourite mixed -or not- with others certainly a miracle at the end. Thx Nicole

Just tried it and it burned soooo good! Hopefully there will be another full body megaformer-inspired workout in the future. Would have totally taken your classes if I were still in Boston.. If only I knew about Lagree fitness back in college :(
Whew, this is such an amazing workout (I can't believe it was the first one you ever posted on UA-cam!). It is my second time doing this workout, and it really kicks my butt (ha ha, pun intended 😄!). I love this, and I will continue to do this whenever I need a good booty tightening and strengthening!
