PTs are magical! Post my second c-section, a year ago, my back felt horrible. It’s become progressively stronger but these exercises enable you to pinpoint the exact section that may be still weak. Thanks.
I used furniture sliders as exercise slides, one item, two uses :D Regarding your pikes, very good! I was doing pikes on a yoga ball/wheel and currently don't have the stability (battling severe sciatica) to feel steady and posture gets lost. But these are much safer, I get to stay in posture and eliminate the thought of smacking the ground. Really helpful! Thanks for all you provide!
Timothy - that is a great idea to use furniture sliders! Thanks for sharing! And I am glad that you found the video helpful! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
@@toneandtighten, I'm new to working with those discs, found them really useful and effective! Can you tell, me, please, is it optimum workout to loose belly and thighs fat? Looking forward for more videos!:) Take care!
You can't spot reduce fat, but it is a great workout to strengthen your core. To lose fat, you need to eat a clean diet and start doing some cardio workouts as well.
Janice: Just started with these today - thought I'd incorporate with my usual stuff as needed more core still have belly after a year of workouts at home. More difficult for me to bring my lower body towards the knees as very light in upper body - could I do more of the latter, as it's easier? Also can't bend L wrist as loads of metal in it - so OK on fists; It is harder? Can't do pushups though!
You're right, Sidney - lots of weight bearing through your wrists. A good solution could be to do these exercises on dumbbells to keep your hands/wrists supported in a more neutral position. Thanks and good luck!
The floor of my living room has marble as its tile. So, it scratched my sliders. Should I buy some kind of large rug-mat type? I really want to copy these exercises
Hello there! Good for you for starting to incorporate exercise into your routine! It is always beneficial to mix up your workouts so your body is constantly getting worked in different ways. You could do this workout twice a week and find something else the other days!
Tone and Tighten thanks and do u know what type of exercises I should be doing on the other days or are there any videos on ur channel that I should watch
It's a good one, Kayla! I've also got some great beginner workouts, too! Try this one and tell me what you think... ua-cam.com/video/b5vH05WxqZA/v-deo.html
That looks like an interesting add to planks. In the video, the guy has his head positioned so he can watch his feet tho which isn't proper form for planks where your meant to look at a space on the floor a foot infront of you so that your neck is straight in line with your back
click on read more then you'll see it. Though I copied and let's see if it pastes: amzn.to/2BkZiJs Yep! I bought some and they work great. Cheers, Jared!
Hi Ruth! Looks like Becky already beat me to the reply! Click "Read More" and it's included in the description, but I'll include it again here to make it easy: amzn.to/2BkZiJs. Thanks for commenting and I hope you enjoy the workout!
Becky! You're the best! Thanks for sharing this link for me. I'm stoked you bought some sliders for yourself! You'll have to come back here after you get them and comment if you like them! Thanks!
Kelsier P - great question! In the description, I explain that you do these 7 exercises that I demonstrate 3 different times, with a 1-2 minute break between each set. Each set should take about 4-5 minutes . . . so if you do the full 3 sets, it should take you about 15 minutes. I hope that helps!
BIG waste of money. Most of these exercises could be done with out the Sliders. Sliders for Mountain climbers... Be for real. If you workout on a wooden floor, use your socks or just place a piece of paper or a paper plate under each foot
BIG waste of money? They're like 5 bucks. Cheaper than a pair of socks and they won't get destroyed.. Paper plates? How long will those last per session? They'll look great in your workout closet too

Wow why did I struggle with each one lmao
They're really tough exercises, cynthia! Keep trying; they get better as you get stronger!

@2:50 for the pikes, do your feet need to stay close together? Do you still activate the right muscles if your feet are a bit spaced?
Like it!
Thanks so much, vivian Bremer! I am glad you enjoyed it!
Sweet !
Thanks so much, Kevin Brown! I hope you enjoy this workout!
I just finished this workout and his really hard on your wrists.

Tone and Tighten other than that it is amazing workout and I’m very sore today! Thanks so much!
I bet!
Do all abdominal muscles work comprehensively during these exercises? 🤔
The floor of my living room has marble as its tile. So, it scratched my sliders. Should I buy some kind of large rug-mat type? I really want to copy these exercises
Try a hand towel or two wash cloths to slide on the marble tile! Works great!
How do I do the pike without my lower back feeling it? Thanks!
Focus on pulling with your abs and don't go up so high. Hope that helps!
thank you!
I’m fairly to working out, should I do this everyday or should I do something different on other days

You can mix in upper body and lower body strength training and some cardio! I have all of those on my channel!
Oh wow! This looks like a great workout but way too advanced for me... do you have anything for core workouts for beginners?
It's a good one, Kayla! I've also got some great beginner workouts, too! Try this one and tell me what you think... ua-cam.com/video/b5vH05WxqZA/v-deo.html

These sliders work on carpet? I was thinking of buying some sliders and exercising in my room
Just use paperplates works just as good. That's what I use
This looks really good but it's a 6min video claiming to be 15min workout
I show you which exercises to and how many reps, and you get to work! It will take you about 15 minutes.
Where is the link for the slide pads?

Five Below have them at the store
I used dust towels. You can even use socks of slippery shoes
Great alternatives!
Whew made me sweat thanks
That's what I like to hear, Aracely Fiske! I am glad you enjoyed this workout!
💥💥💥💥💥
Thank you, Andi D! I hope you enjoy this workout!
why isnt this called 6 minute workout?
Kelsier P - great question! In the description, I explain that you do these 7 exercises that I demonstrate 3 different times, with a 1-2 minute break between each set. Each set should take about 4-5 minutes . . . so if you do the full 3 sets, it should take you about 15 minutes. I hope that helps!
@@toneandtighten I was thinking the same thing but thanks for explaining.
Doing 1 set of these is enough for me. For now. Lol
Practicar mas y despues haces el video
Why’s this 6 minutes if it’s 15 min workout
You will do the workout on your own once you view what the exercises are, R T.
