    PTs are magical! Post my second c-section, a year ago, my back felt horrible. It’s become progressively stronger but these exercises enable you to pinpoint the exact section that may be still weak. Thanks.

    I used furniture sliders as exercise slides, one item, two uses :D
    Regarding your pikes, very good! I was doing pikes on a yoga ball/wheel and currently don't have the stability (battling severe sciatica) to feel steady and posture gets lost. But these are much safer, I get to stay in posture and eliminate the thought of smacking the ground. Really helpful! Thanks for all you provide!

      You can't spot reduce fat, but it is a great workout to strengthen your core. To lose fat, you need to eat a clean diet and start doing some cardio workouts as well.

    Janice: Just started with these today - thought I'd incorporate with my usual stuff as needed more core still have belly after a year of workouts at home. More difficult for me to bring my lower body towards the knees as very light in upper body - could I do more of the latter, as it's easier? Also can't bend L wrist as loads of metal in it - so OK on fists; It is harder? Can't do pushups though!

      You're right, Sidney - lots of weight bearing through your wrists. A good solution could be to do these exercises on dumbbells to keep your hands/wrists supported in a more neutral position. Thanks and good luck!

    That looks like an interesting add to planks. In the video, the guy has his head positioned so he can watch his feet tho which isn't proper form for planks where your meant to look at a space on the floor a foot infront of you so that your neck is straight in line with your back

    why isnt this called 6 minute workout?

    • @toneandtighten
      @toneandtighten  5 років тому +8

      Kelsier P - great question! In the description, I explain that you do these 7 exercises that I demonstrate 3 different times, with a 1-2 minute break between each set. Each set should take about 4-5 minutes . . . so if you do the full 3 sets, it should take you about 15 minutes. I hope that helps!

    BIG waste of money. Most of these exercises could be done with out the Sliders. Sliders for Mountain climbers... Be for real. If you workout on a wooden floor, use your socks or just place a piece of paper or a paper plate under each foot

    • @jesusmarquez5602

      BIG waste of money? They're like 5 bucks. Cheaper than a pair of socks and they won't get destroyed.. Paper plates? How long will those last per session? They'll look great in your workout closet too
