Energy rope on top is gonna be insane PROVIDED your base attack will kill enemies. - this blessing is kinda op and we might see less of this strat afterwards
Asia and just 12/12 it with Kafka-Sampo and Himeko-Topaz-Herta-Ruan Mei. Svarog was a tough cookie to crack when I was on a sustain, so removed my sustain for Topaz. Mode is fun. Gl everyone.
I stopped building Himeko at level 70 and lvl 3 traces because I needed to build JL. Even with just the MoC lightcone, she got me the last star in Pure fiction lol.
Just wait until they start pulling the same as with MoC and it ends up being a limited 5 star check like when MoC forces a physical AoE but punishing Clara or the fight being a Blade check
It still a pain for me, I don't have any ice, fire and physical dps. I do have Herta but she so underlevel and I don't have resources to farm her rn, as I want to farm for Ratio
Day by day, I'm amazed by how HSR handles their endgame content. Not only is there an obvious focus on combat, but they give all characters a chance to shine. Some games can learn a thing or two from HSR 👀
As someone who has been playing since HI3rd, I've been doing 4 redlotus abyss, 6 memorial arenas, at least 2 runs of Elysian Realm, 1 run of Genshin abyss, 1 run of MoC, at least 4 runs of SUs every 2 weeks, I'm actually tired of Hoyoverse repetitive "endgames". For this reason alone I don't see myself adding ZZZ to my routine, I don't even have time to playing fighting games, Monster Hunter and others because of these "endgames".
But... These aren't endgame content. They're just fillers to keep you sated in between patches. How can you put an "endgame" to a game that hasn't even "ended" yet? Endgame is what the game's version of "what happens next after the journey" is supposed to be, the you after defeating the greatest evil. A playable epilogue if shortened to a term. HI3's story going.into HI3 part 2 is endgame as it passes the story of Kiana and the herrschers of earth to the next team in Mars genshin doesn't have one yet as it just passed halfway into its story Especially HSR who pretty much just started its trailblazing story.

There's a weird obsession for "endgames" nowadays, when it's basically filler to waste time and prop up a game's play time. This is also why I actually respect Genshin having just Abyss, because it doesn't want to waste your time, just 15 min dailies is all you need outside of actual story and event content. This is also why FF14 is so respected as an MMO, it doesn't force players to do such repetitive "endgames" and producer Yoshi-p even encourages players to go play other games between FF14 patches.

Seeing as Gepard side has a lot of ice weak mobs... I'm thinking Herta Himeko is the play here Break with Herta and make Himeko spin. Mobs low hp and Herta spins. Repeat Side B is time for masterstroke
this mode constantly let you deal with 4-5 fire weakness enemies so you can trigger himeko follow up attack and create another follow up attack, while have enough energy to perform ultimate to create another followup attack. It's like Himeko main wetdream.
@@MCBadWolf_24I run mine with the follow up set and the difference is noticeable. I would 100% reccomend using this set, but if you don't have it right now just use pieces with the best substats while farming for it. 😊
Jing Yuan himself felt strong in this mode with his skill and ult (can pretty much kill all small mobs), but LL moving once per cycle kinda hurts, and we only have 4 cycles in this mode. If only LL strikes immediately when he reaches 10 stacks... Kinda of a hot take, but I feel like MoC is still the best mode for JY. At least in MoC the cycle resets when you enter a new wave, and LL have high ST damage too. I tried him in PF4 2nd half and he only got 27k. I think I might try Himeko's LC on him since right now I'm using breakfast LC and see where that goes
So most of the best units for this mode are ones I don't have . Fantastic. At least my Blade and Clara can do a bit of damage, but I haven't been able to break past one star on the third stage. Jingliu just takes too long to get rolling in this mode, and she's normally my best unit. Maybe my Seele will do fine, but I struggled with this one
I can’t get past Stage 7 in MoC (yet) so I’m excited to see how far I can get in PF. Really glad we’re getting content that helps characters like Himeko shine too!
Im excited to see how they're gonna design enemies around peak fiction in the future. Cause if they release more enemies with annoying on death abilities like dealing damage to you or god forbid CCs this game mode could get really deadly really fast
@@davestew5135 Crowd Control, it's the thing where you can't use your ultimate and your turn gets delayed. It also stops your talent from triggering so like Clara and Herta can't use their follow up attacks etc etc.
I was on the fence about building Herta. When Pure Fiction leaked some time ago, I figured she'd age well into it and decided to build her. She's since become my favorite character, and the gamemode hasn't even been released yet. ^^

I think Topaz and Numby will shine too, Numby will shred those mobs into dust all while helping Himeko buff and pop off those follow up attacks and in return bringing Numby right back up to attack again.

You made it look so easy compared to MoC, and I totally agree that this will result in new team combinations and abandoned units being used again The best personal thing about this is, my weekend starts in less than 4 hours. I will have at least 3 hours of trying this mode before my Cardiologist appointment, then back to playing pure fiction!
Man Dr Ratio will be eating stonk, too, lol However the thing is right now, even destruction charaters deal more single dmg than hunt (yes looking at Jingliu and Daniel) Only Ratio will top them, so I guess we need stronger hunt charaters in the future.
I have built himeko and herta for the reason of their efficiency in the Exp books farming in release patch. I didn't expect that random synergy became my saviour in the top content of this game. Now I can "You cant get away" and "Time to twirl" harder
I just pulled Clara on the general banner - 8 more pulls and I get my free 5 star....and I have decided. I am missing Fire and Ice DPS/Sub DPS Yanqing or Himeko....yep I'm going for our coffee lover Himeko. Cannot wait!🎉esp for this mode. It's meant to be 😂
RNG already blessed me with a Himeko and her LC, but i didnt think that erudition units will slap this hard in Peak Fiction. Really glad to have committed to Erudition very early on (it was rough getting dunked on by the community 😔)
I've loved Herta since the beginning, built her super early game (lvl 80, e6, nearly all max traces) and she absolutely CRUSHED peak fiction. Imo this event really showcases the value of units that are able to do lots of action within a single cycle, because of her FUA talent she's able to come back to the field so many times. I'm excited to bring Ratio to this event when he is released.
Tried out 2 stages just to get a feel for it. I had to switch out Argenti's rope to ER so that he could ult spam more consistently. Also, Himeko did such a great job in this mode even though she only has the bad relics Topaz didn't want.
Thanks for letting us know in advance about the weaknesses on either side! I think a lot of people who dominate MoC are going be performing less well here since a lot of us have avoided pulling and building erudition units. I built my Himeko mostly for waifu reasons, and Serval was one of my first ever DPSs, and her build holds up even today. I have both Herta and QQ at e6 and unbuilt however. Well anyway it will be exciting to try this new endgame mode and experiment a bit!

Built both Himeko and Herta since day 1. Always thought they were so fun to play together especially when farming XP mats. I didn't really care that they weren't meta especially Himeko (I love her. Im an HI3 player so you can probably figure out why). Seeing both of them thrive in the new end game content makes me feel like they were worth my investment after all. Seeing them hit 6-digit damage follow-up attacks (with the help of Ruan Mei) is so satisfying. I also tried clearing the max level deer boss in SU with Himeko, Herta, Fu Xuan, and Ruan Mei. The deer boss got absolutely curb-stomped that I basically skipped the first phase. My Herta isn't even max ascension yet. 💀
Very glad I got the silly knight, he was already doing wonders in general but it looks like it's finally spam time. I was planning on using Serval on the other side since I have used her before so she at least has relics, but she's definitely underinvested still so I'm not sure it's the best idea. I want to be silly and try a no sustain so I was thinking of Welt for the first half and Ruan Mei for the second, I hope it works (I'm always looking for any opportunity to use grandpa). I had totally forgotten about my break effect fire MC, maybe this is the occasion.
As a Himeko and Topaz haver they're an amazing combo together since Himeko follow-up triggers numby's chunky follow-up on the elite or boss enemy. already 36 starred pure fiction with them both carrying me in the svarog fight. I also did it with Kafka and Topaz but it was significantly more difficult due to not having the large AOE on Break
I can clear MOC12 in 6 cycles, but I can't clear PF with JL/Blade on the other side. PF feels much more hard than MOC to 3 star the last one for me, probably because I don't have erudition leveled
I can't wait to try some no-sustain teams here. Mono-ice with Jingliu + Herta + Ruan Mei + Pela is on top of my list of stupid things to try. All sorts of variants with Herta + Himeko could also be really fun. And... of course Seele + Bronya + Tingyun + RM, to ensure that Seele's turn never ends XD With Pure Fiction seemingly functioning like a calyx node on streoids, I'm expecting a lot of previously farming-oriented setups to work beautifully here.
I get to use more underused characters ? no no no good sir, what I get is that I get to farm 10000 more relic combinations with the worst rolls, hit my head a few dozen more times into the nearest pillar and then ask myself "why are we still here ?"
As someone whos been consistently getting 30* and now 33* for the latest moc, ive only been able to get 8* for pf...desperately building my himeko after getting her from ruan meis banners 😢
So far from my testing in Pure fiction it seems like with Ruan Mei on your team in the current version you can wipe entire rounds with just weakness break. I literally ran March 7th and Pela with Ruan mei to just Ice Break everything between the follow-up attacks and Ults it cleared up pretty fast. Pela was level 60 with no leveled relics just a lightcone her job was literally only to use burst to break enemies
I had to use energy rope on all my dps to beat it xD JY+Clara first team and Sampo+Kafka on 2nd team. That was fun and definitely easier and faster than MoC. Argenti and Himeko havers stonks 🎉
I think this mode would favor harmony supports over nihility supports like Pela or SW, since those debuffs are gone when the enemy is killed, reducing their uptime until the last wave. Still, time to build my Himeko?
Pela's a neat 'discount Herta' for Himeko, if you already have her built. It's less about the def shred even, but the aoe ice breaks work wonders! And not many harmony units can actually do 'aoe' breaks, even on hyper speed. Energy refills or speed boosts tho, for sure harmony over nihility
My mains are Daniel and Jingliu, so I had all the 4 star supports built. I just hope that my 1+1 Himeko can be put to use. But with the free Dr Ratio, who should I build first?

This mode just opened and will stay available for like a month tho, and new MoC in 2 weeks will probably be curated towards Ratio and maybe Kafka - so plan accordingly. Though that one also stays for a couple weeks, the way they changed it. So, uh, I got no advice, I'm struggling with full stars on current MoC 12
HImeko(E1 S1) was my first 5-star, and I'll always be partial to her (kafka main). I've actually gotten decent value out of her in the last couple MoC's, but erudition tended to be too niche for endgame. I'm glad they have a spot now!

It sucks being new and not having enough characters to build 2 teams for MOC and pure fiction, it took me a LOONG time to finally have 2 teams to 36 star the abyss in genshin, at least the progress is much faster in HSR
People who have Fu Xuan's LC are going to be very very happy for this game mode. That thing is OP af for farming, SU, and Pure Fiction. Ruan Mei's LC is very good for the extra energy every wave.
It might sound ridiculous, but seele is amazing unit in this content as well, even with mobs without quantum weakness, without sign LC, as long as shes decently built, she can easily clear 30k points with infinite resurgence trigger by cycling your normal att, skill, and burst, you just need to put tingyun in the team and youre set

What’s to bet HoYo won’t implement a hunt-focused game mode down the road as well, where there’s one big boss with a large amount of HP.

Only Ratio will top them, so I guess we need stronger hunt charaters in the future.

I have built himeko and herta for the reason of their efficiency in the Exp books farming in release patch. I didn't expect that random synergy became my saviour in the top content of this game. Now I can "You cant get away" and "Time to twirl" harder

I just pulled Clara on the general banner - 8 more pulls and I get my free 5 star....and I have decided. I am missing Fire and Ice DPS/Sub DPS Yanqing or Himeko....yep I'm going for our coffee lover Himeko. Cannot wait!🎉esp for this mode. It's meant to be 😂

RNG already blessed me with a Himeko and her LC, but i didnt think that erudition units will slap this hard in Peak Fiction. Really glad to have committed to Erudition very early on (it was rough getting dunked on by the community 😔)
I've loved Herta since the beginning, built her super early game (lvl 80, e6, nearly all max traces) and she absolutely CRUSHED peak fiction. Imo this event really showcases the value of units that are able to do lots of action within a single cycle, because of her FUA talent she's able to come back to the field so many times. I'm excited to bring Ratio to this event when he is released.
Tried out 2 stages just to get a feel for it. I had to switch out Argenti's rope to ER so that he could ult spam more consistently. Also, Himeko did such a great job in this mode even though she only has the bad relics Topaz didn't want.
Argenti er rope is always more recommended bruh since his main damage is ult
I was using Himeko alongside her signature LC for a while, this is a blessing
Thanks for letting us know in advance about the weaknesses on either side! I think a lot of people who dominate MoC are going be performing less well here since a lot of us have avoided pulling and building erudition units. I built my Himeko mostly for waifu reasons, and Serval was one of my first ever DPSs, and her build holds up even today. I have both Herta and QQ at e6 and unbuilt however. Well anyway it will be exciting to try this new endgame mode and experiment a bit!

Well, guess I have to eventually build my first 5* (Himeko) after all... Thanks for the guide! It unlocks for me in like 4 hours, but there's this pesky thing called work in the way... xD
Built both Himeko and Herta since day 1. Always thought they were so fun to play together especially when farming XP mats. I didn't really care that they weren't meta especially Himeko (I love her. Im an HI3 player so you can probably figure out why). Seeing both of them thrive in the new end game content makes me feel like they were worth my investment after all. Seeing them hit 6-digit damage follow-up attacks (with the help of Ruan Mei) is so satisfying.
I also tried clearing the max level deer boss in SU with Himeko, Herta, Fu Xuan, and Ruan Mei. The deer boss got absolutely curb-stomped that I basically skipped the first phase. My Herta isn't even max ascension yet. 💀
My topaz himeko herta team went nuts in this mode!

Very glad I got the silly knight, he was already doing wonders in general but it looks like it's finally spam time. I was planning on using Serval on the other side since I have used her before so she at least has relics, but she's definitely underinvested still so I'm not sure it's the best idea.
I want to be silly and try a no sustain so I was thinking of Welt for the first half and Ruan Mei for the second, I hope it works (I'm always looking for any opportunity to use grandpa). I had totally forgotten about my break effect fire MC, maybe this is the occasion.

As a Himeko and Topaz haver they're an amazing combo together since Himeko follow-up triggers numby's chunky follow-up on the elite or boss enemy. already 36 starred pure fiction with them both carrying me in the svarog fight. I also did it with Kafka and Topaz but it was significantly more difficult due to not having the large AOE on Break
The himeko dual teams are doing great :D Glad to see kafka topaz too , awesome times are coming for team building :P
I used Himeko and Kafka and got 40k my first try on second half.

I can clear MOC12 in 6 cycles, but I can't clear PF with JL/Blade on the other side. PF feels much more hard than MOC to 3 star the last one for me, probably because I don't have erudition leveled
I can't wait to try some no-sustain teams here. Mono-ice with Jingliu + Herta + Ruan Mei + Pela is on top of my list of stupid things to try. All sorts of variants with Herta + Himeko could also be really fun. And... of course Seele + Bronya + Tingyun + RM, to ensure that Seele's turn never ends XD
With Pure Fiction seemingly functioning like a calyx node on streoids, I'm expecting a lot of previously farming-oriented setups to work beautifully here.
With the latest moc already my jingliu started struggling but holy pure fiction broke her neck

I get to use more underused characters ? no no no good sir, what I get is that I get to farm 10000 more relic combinations with the worst rolls, hit my head a few dozen more times into the nearest pillar and then ask myself "why are we still here ?"

As someone whos been consistently getting 30* and now 33* for the latest moc, ive only been able to get 8* for pf...desperately building my himeko after getting her from ruan meis banners 😢
Me after losing 3 times on weapon banner and one on standard banner i finally got my S4 Himeko light cone on my argenti

So far from my testing in Pure fiction it seems like with Ruan Mei on your team in the current version you can wipe entire rounds with just weakness break. I literally ran March 7th and Pela with Ruan mei to just Ice Break everything between the follow-up attacks and Ults it cleared up pretty fast. Pela was level 60 with no leveled relics just a lightcone her job was literally only to use burst to break enemies
I had to use energy rope on all my dps to beat it xD JY+Clara first team and Sampo+Kafka on 2nd team. That was fun and definitely easier and faster than MoC. Argenti and Himeko havers stonks 🎉
I think this mode would favor harmony supports over nihility supports like Pela or SW, since those debuffs are gone when the enemy is killed, reducing their uptime until the last wave.
Still, time to build my Himeko?
Pela's a neat 'discount Herta' for Himeko, if you already have her built. It's less about the def shred even, but the aoe ice breaks work wonders! And not many harmony units can actually do 'aoe' breaks, even on hyper speed. Energy refills or speed boosts tho, for sure harmony over nihility
My mains are Daniel and Jingliu, so I had all the 4 star supports built. I just hope that my 1+1 Himeko can be put to use. But with the free Dr Ratio, who should I build first?

This mode just opened and will stay available for like a month tho, and new MoC in 2 weeks will probably be curated towards Ratio and maybe Kafka - so plan accordingly. Though that one also stays for a couple weeks, the way they changed it.
So, uh, I got no advice, I'm struggling with full stars on current MoC 12
HImeko(E1 S1) was my first 5-star, and I'll always be partial to her (kafka main). I've actually gotten decent value out of her in the last couple MoC's, but erudition tended to be too niche for endgame. I'm glad they have a spot now!
I recently got Himeko's LC on the standard banner and lost my 50/50 to Himeko herself on Ruan Mei's banner. I'm quite pleased.

Seele is like an exception to hunt because of her talent letting her hit various enemies

Himeko is not best used on Fire stages; her max potential is on Ice stages run as a duo-DPS alongside Herta.

@@guobacertified you might remember the Herta/Himeko Calyx farming memes from some time back; as long as your Himeko can get enemies to 50% using her Fua and adds have Ice it's literally infinite DPS.

It sucks being new and not having enough characters to build 2 teams for MOC and pure fiction, it took me a LOONG time to finally have 2 teams to 36 star the abyss in genshin, at least the progress is much faster in HSR

People who have Fu Xuan's LC are going to be very very happy for this game mode. That thing is OP af for farming, SU, and Pure Fiction. Ruan Mei's LC is very good for the extra energy every wave.

It might sound ridiculous, but seele is amazing unit in this content as well, even with mobs without quantum weakness, without sign LC, as long as shes decently built, she can easily clear 30k points with infinite resurgence trigger by cycling your normal att, skill, and burst, you just need to put tingyun in the team and youre set

Another thing to note is that break effect builds with aoe units will be very much viable even preservation that has aoe skill like fu xuan and fmc with break effect will be op

They are not kidding when they say Erudition will rise. Watching Argenti, Himeko, and Herta decimate an army of mobs is so satisfying.
A shame I don't have Himeko yet. Herta build is on the works and I'll probably be done with her before the next MOC cycle appears.
