@@FedeFoedder lol. Amanda said she is unhinged, meaning a little bit wild, a little crazy, a little bit different. Hinged and sliding door was a joke about her level of hinged-ness. Sliding doors don't have hinges and move on runners. Meaning I'd enjoy her even if she was totally different ❤️☺️

I'm concerned that you have a low level of acceptance of different ways of living. I'm not saying it's 100% normal to eat eggshells as it's certainly not something I've heard about but I wouldn't have that as a reason to stop being someones friend. I would think that the abuse, incest, control and other cult routines and rituals would be the things that get in the way of a friendship. I'm not being critical but just wanted you to maybe think a bit more about this. I wish you all the best.😊

@snow crystal it doesn't make you are weird at all so please don't doubt yourself. There is a condition called Pica that results in people eating things that are not generally seen as food for example paper, coal etc. It is often because you are lacking something in something like iron. This is why I have Pica because I often have ,or iron due to many physical illnesses. I would eat paper and because I understood why I wanted to eat paper I booked in for an iron infusion.

So about the egg shells. I did find some very useful information, hope this helps:
    Health Benefits:
Egg shell is a very effective source of calcium. Half an egg shell may provide enough calcium for adults to meet the daily requirement of 1000mg per day.
    Health risks:
First, do not attempt to swallow large fragments of eggshell as they might injure your throat and esophagus. The next chapter gives you a few tips on how to grind eggshells into powder.
Second, eggshells may be contaminated with bacteria, such as Salmonella enteritidis. To avoid the risk of food poisoning, make sure to boil eggs before eating their shell (18Trusted Source, 19Trusted Source).
Finally, natural calcium supplements may contain relatively high amounts of toxic metals, including lead, aluminum, cadmium and mercury (20Trusted Source).
However, the amounts of these toxic elements in eggshells tend to be lower than in other natural calcium sources, such as oyster shells, and is generally not a concern (3Trusted Source, 21Trusted Source).

Eggshells are a good source of calcium - I remember some people in my area would save the shells, crush them up, mix it with chicken feed, and feed it to the chickens. Supposedly it made them lay eggs with strong shells? I don't know, I'm not a rocket surgeon. But, this is the first I've seen of someone cronching on an eggshell like it was a cookie. I mean, if you like it, go for it lol but I'm going to stick to the less crunchy part of the egg.

Egg shells contain calcium which is good for you. Ginger helps with nausea and garlic I've heard has antibacterial properties.

the reason we feed the egg shells back to chickens is because to make egg shells it take calcium from their bodies. By eating egg shells they get calcium back. Also we feed them crushed oystershells calcium rich..

In Canada we can get toothpaste with calcium carbonate in it. I fell in love with an American and found out that they don’t put calcium in any toothpaste at all. I cannot live without my calcium infused toothpaste! It makes a big difference in my oral health. All that to say, I don’t think it’s beyond reason to think that eggshells can strengthen teeth, especially the powder.
I don’t think I will try it though. I will stick to using my Canadian toothpaste 😂

I don't think applying calcium carbonate strengthens teeth, but it does neutralize the acidic bacteria found on teeth to interrupt tooth decay. Wish it was in American toothpaste .

Eggshells contain a massive amount of calcium, as well as 27 other minerals. The chemical composition of eggshells closely resembles our bones and teeth. Eggshells can provide the necessary raw materials to remineralize teeth and to rebuild bone.

Mentioned on Secrets of Polygamy last evening: How SUGAR affects some of the people by destroying their livers, due to a birth defect caused by the incest.
I suspect that is why sugar is/was highly discouraged.

Comfrey is used as a plant fertiliser in Ireland and back in the day was used as a boner builder if you were sick for a very short of time and as a poultice it’s ok but definitely not long term!!!
