🍓Strawberry frozen yogurt sandwiches:
8 full graham crackers
2 cups fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 8 oz container of fat free whipped topping
2 cups chopped or pureed strawberries
Combine the yogurt, whipped topping and strawberries together. Place 4 graham crackers on the bottom of a parchment paper lined dish. Spread the yogurt mixture over the tops of the graham crackers and top with remaining graham crackers. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours. Once frozen, cut into individual sandwiches. These are best when you allow them to defrost for a few minutes before eating.
Makes 8 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 5 SmartPoints / Blue: 5 SmartPoints / Purple: 5 SmartPoints **Thanks to a viewer's comment, I realized the Kroger brand whipped topping is 4 points higher than the Cool whip brand I used to use and calculated in the WW app to come up with the points. When recalculated with the Kroger whipped topping, these are 6 points!

Ive lost 141lbs and a few more to go still ! I have a sweet tooth these are great!💝
Wow! Congrats! The sweet tooth gets us too so it's nice to have healthier options. Thanks for watching, Joy!
Thank you for the amazing recipes. Thank you!
My pleasure 😊
Can’t wait to try the ice cream sandwich 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Maribeth! Those are my favorite of the 3 😊 Thanks for watching!💛
AliciaLynn thank you ❤️❤️
These look delicious
Thank you, Joy!
Looks delicious. Always looking for a change with my sweet tooth..
Thank you, Betty! I am too!
Oh my! That last recipe!🍓 And rice krispy treats are one of my favorites. And the banana peanut butter ice cream, yum! Thanks for sharing these Alicia😊
Hi Amy! That last one is my favorite, it never lasts long! Thanks for watching and have a great weekend! 💛
Thank you so much for sharing these recipes! I can't wait to try them! 😋😋
Hope you enjoy!
We LOVE nice cream! I’ve started mixing a little oatmeal with PB and honey, and mixing that in and OH it’s good! I’ve got to try these ice cream sandwiches- they look so amazing and anything with strawberries is good for me!
I will have to try the oatmeal PB and honey, that does sound good! Those strawberry sandwiches are my favorite out of these three, I love me some strawberries!
Finally !! Where have u been all my life lol
These all look so delicious!!! I would never make it if I couldn't have dessert!! I'm going to try something else with the strawberry bars. I'm going to puree the strawberries, then add it to the whipped topping & yogurt. I may or may not put it in the freezer. Then I'm going to put the filling in 4 pretty dessert dishes. I'll crush a couple of the Graham crackers & then sprinkle the crumbs on top of the strawberry mixture. Can you imagine this either way, the bars or a dessert dish, with chocolate grahams! Yummy!! For that matter, you could use Lorna Doone cookies or Vanilla Wafers for the crumbs. Another thing I thought of would be to put the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds!! Wow, I better get in the kitchen & start experimenting!!! Lol!! All of your desserts look incredible!! Thanks!! BTW, I'm new here & I'll be back!!
Thanks Lynn! I am the same way, I need my desserts! Sounds like you have some great ideas with what you could do with those strawberry bars, I really like the popsicle mold idea! Those would be even lower in points! And pureeing the strawberries does work a lot better than cutting them, I learned my lesson on that Lol! Thanks so much for watching and commenting, hope to see you soon!
Glad I found your video and have my snacks now Thank you!!!!
Thank you for watching, Lois!
Big ole chuncks of banana sounds really good actually.
I can see that! Thanks for watching, Pamela!
Thank you.
Thanks for watching, Mary!💛
1st off thank you for the amazing recipes I can't wait to try them, here's some ideas for shaving off even more points. The yogurt can become 1 point verses 12. If you use fat free plain, add 1 Tbsp vanilla extract for 1 pt & some sugar substitute 2 cups become 1 point verses 12. Also if you opt for 3 cups, same as a whole container of Cool Whip, Lucerne fat free whipped cream it's 10 points verses 14. This wld make each delicious bar only 3 points verses 5. I'm just starting my 3rd wk on WW & I lost a point a day after my 1st wk weigh in so my brain immediately went into panic calculate & point stretch mode because food has been a serious issue for me & I am never as uncomfortable as I am when I'm hungry. I take prednisone so losing weight is very hard. Please don't think I'm being rude or a smarty pants, just passing on some tips from the community.
Thanks for the suggestions to lower points! I am always changing the way I make things when I find different ways to do it! I hope you enjoy WW, I have done it on and off now for over 10 years and always have good results when I stick to it. I'm sure the prednisone makes it more difficult for you but you can do it! And no, I didn't take your comments as rude at all, I appreciate the tips! Thanks for watching Jessica!
Everything looks really yummy 😋. I’m definitely making those strawberry frozen yogurt sandwiches!!
Thanks, TaShonda! The frozen yogurt sandwiches are my favorite!😋

I’ve never made rice crispes, after watching you make them I’m going to make some for my girls. The strawberry sandwiches 😧 Definitely trying those out. Thanks so much for sharing ❤️
Thanks Susy! We love that banana ice cream and I don't feel bad eating it because it's bananas! The other two are yummy too. Thanks for watching my friend!💛

It's so good! Thanks for watching Andrea and Happy Wednesday to you!
I agree homemade rice Krispy treats taste different to me then the store bought ones in a good way of course. I definitely need to make some. I need some Graham crackers to try the last treat.
Hi Crystal! It's funny how different home made vs store bought rice Krispy treats taste. I like them all though! Lol Thanks for watching!💛
@@AliciaLynnYT you're welcome and yes very different
You just made my day. I have had such a sweet tooth lately! I'm saving this for sure! definitely making the peanut butter banana ice cream. And I love soft serve! The Rice Krispies and sandwiches both look really good too. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! You can’t go wrong with Rice Krispie treats, boys love them and we love them! I haven’t ever made them though so will definitely be using your recipe thank you. Love the look of the frozen strawberry yoghurt sandwiches perfect sweet treat for the summer time especially! Thank you so much for always sharing your amazing recipes and love that these are quick and simple to make. Much love sweet friend 🌸🧡🌸
Rice Krispie treats are such a classic, I've always loved them and they are so easy to make! The other two recipes are really good too! Thank you as always for your support sweet friend! Happy Friday to you!💛💜
Hello there. I made your third recipe of frozen yogurt sandwiches. I also added 1 box of sugar free Jello cheesecake pudding and they were awesome. I think next time I am going to make in my Ninja Creami.
Sounds great!
I wonder how nice-cream pops would turn out. Homemade fudgcicles!
That's a good idea!
Yum! Thank you
Thanks for watching, Ashley!
Really liking your content!
Yes, dessert!!!🥳🥳🥳 We are definitely two peas in the same dessert pod!🤣🤣 Hi Alicia! These look amazing. I just wrote down the strawberry sandwiches recipe.
Looks fantastic! 😍😍 And I’m already a huge rice crispy treat fan. Those are the best. 🤩We have a restaurant here called The Noodle Company and they make fresh rice crispy treats.
They are sooo good! 😋😋 I can’t wait to try the strawberry sandwiches. Fantastic share my beautiful and sweet dessert friend. Happy Thursday. Have a beautiful day!🥰🌸🌼❤️❤️
Dessert is definitely a love of mine! Lol I have to find ways to still have it! Oh my goodness, I would be in trouble if I lived there, I would be buying and eating rice krispie treats all the time! 😄😋 Those strawberry sandwiches are good, they don't last long around here! Happy Friday to you sweet friend, I hope you have a great weekend! 🤗💜💖
It's so yummy for sure
Thanks!
Good Morning Alicia , Oh my goodness!! These look amazing! There are so many nights when I want a snack before bed and these would be perfect!! The Rice Krispy Treats are gonna be my favorite!! I can't wait to try them!! I am back to work today and watching on my desk computer and really want one of these snacks :):):):) Thanks for sharing!! Hope you guys have a great weekend!!
Hi Crystal! Rice Krispy treats are a favorite of mine since childhood so I love making these! I hope you had a good day back to work and have a great weekend! 💛💜
Hey Alicia! I love to make banana ice cream. Yum. The blue dish you used is super pretty. I very much like the idea of the strawberry sandwich dessert. I can't eat dairy, but I can do a sub-out. Love this idea. Thanks!
Banana ice cream is the best! And yes, you could easily sub with a dairy free yogurt in those sandwiches! Thanks for watching!
@@AliciaLynnYT Thanks!
All the treats look delicious Alicia😋..all of my family definitely have a sweet tooth so any of these desserts would be great..my little ones would really love the rice crispy treats..Loving your cooking videos😊💜
We all have a sweet tooth around here too so I try to find healthier ways to satisfy it! These are all really good and I bet your girls would have fun making the rice crispy treats! Thanks so much, I hope you all are doing well!💛💜
Yes, we're always looking for healthy sweet dessert recipes! haha That nice cream sounds awesome. We also tried a mango sorbet that it's just mango chunks, coconut cream and a tad of honey. Homemade crispy treats do taste different. We like them too. We'll need to try the strawberry frozen yogurt sandwiches. Anything that resembles ice cream, we're game!
Yummy, the mango sorbet sounds really good, I might have to try that, I have mango too! The strawberry frozen yogurt sandwiches are my favorite because I am the same with anything that resembles ice cream!
All three deserts look delicious and the ingredients are few and easy to get/ or have on hand to satisfy any sweet tooth morning, noon, or night.
Thanks for Sharing😊
Thank you, Tamara!💛
I've made Niccream before. It's really good!
So good! Thanks for watching Leanne!
These look like what i need. I don't feel safe going to the bakeries anymore and Walmart...meh...these are great 👍🏻
Good morning, Tracey! I hear you on not feeling safe going to bakeries so I just make my own stuff. Hope you are doing well sweet friend! 💛
Hi Alicia great recipe 😊
Thank you Sandra😊
They look amazing and yummy 😋 thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe I will try these I’m trying to keep weight off as well .
Thank you, Maria! I hope you enjoy if you try them!
I just thought of something from the past. About 5 years ago we went to a summer pool party. We took along our Yonanna machine & a ton of bananas. It makes the "nice cream". Everyone loved it, especially the parents. Everyone was talking about buying one as the party sound down!
Nice cream is so good! I didn't know there was a machine for it, I've always just used the food processor which works pretty well. Thanks for watching!
Yum! One of the biggest blessings of so many kids is that it’s hard to have too many servings too often because they eat it all up asap! Haha so these look realistic like I could make it and only have one serving!
I have been craving sweets so much and am working to not go overboard!
I love pBFit! It’s definitely different but good if you get the chocolate one! Lol 1/3 the calories!
Hi Tiffany! I would imagine desserts don't end up lasting very long in your house with so many kids! That would definitely help with just having one serving! I go through periods or craving sweets and am in one of them now myself! I haven't tried the chocolate pBFit, just the regular, I will have to check that one out!
I love sugar which doesn’t help me to lose weight 😜 I love these ideas! So nice to have when you need something sweet! I love the frozen strawberry dessert!!
I hear you on the sugar! Lol The strawberry one is my favorite! Thanks for watching💛
Yum. I pretty much have all ingredients on hand. I’ll file these away for my next sweet tooth.
These do hit the spot for me when I have a sweet tooth! Thanks for watching!
Thank you Alicia!! Looks delish!! 😁 are you guys going to continue with the w.w updates? 🤗
Good morning Sarah! Yes, we are going to get back to the ww updates. I will film one this coming Friday and have it up Saturday!
@@AliciaLynnYT
Awesome 😁👍
These all look delicious. Can you share full nutrition information.
Thank you, Hazel. Unfortunately the WW website doesn't give any of the nutritional info, just points. I wish they would though!
Awesome desserts!
I have been meaning to try that banana ice cream. I think that the addition of peanut butter would definitely make it great. i am not surprised that it doesn't last long in your house haha
The rice krispies look interesting. I have never seen that yogurt spread before.
Those strawberry bars look good. Thanks for the tip on how to cut them.
Another great recipe as always, Alicia!
The banana ice cream is really good stuff and I don't feel guilty eating it! The yogurt spread works well in those and helps keep the points way down. The strawberry bars are my favorite of the three, they are so yummy! Thanks as always for watching, Parnell, hope you are having a good weekend!
@@AliciaLynnYT Like I said, 3 great desserts. I had a good but busy weekend. I hope you had a good Mother's Day!
Made them today. Graham crackers have gotten smaller and the recipe calls for 5 graham crackers and a “1/4 cracker” row at the top. To fill in the empty space since checkers have shrunk. Lol
Why is it that food is always getting smaller?! Lol I hope it still worked out for you, Patricia!
@@AliciaLynnYT I’ll eat it today and give you feedback Alicia.
Your butcher block is beautiful.
Thank you! We love having it!
Nice video alicia
Thanks! 😊

Hi Alicia, def making the chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream!! I only have 2 frozen bananas so ill do half the recipe 😊 wanted to know if this is something that can be stored in freezer for more than 24-48hrs? As i want to make this in advance to have on the weekend 😃😋
Hi Sarah, sorry I didn't see this before now! I think I answered it already last night on the comment I did see though. But yes, definitely you can make it ahead. I made a bunch of it up once and stored it in the freezer for about a week and it was fine. Ours usually doesn't make it to the freezer when we make the normal size batch though! Lol Thanks for watching and Happy Friday to you!
Can I pre make the banana ice cream and freeze it? If so, how long will is stay good for frozen?
Yes you can! I have left it in the freezer for several weeks one time when I forgot about it and it was still good. Thanks for watching!
Do you get the big vanilla from Sams by chance?
Rice Crispies look amazing beyond!
Home made ones seem fresher.. less stale.
I spray my hands like you say too! It really helps!
How are your kids doing in all of this stuff? Are you able to get out yet?
Yep the vanilla is from Sams! I agree, the homemade rice crispies taste fresher which is why I like to make them instead of buy them at times. The spraying your hands makes pressing them down so much easier! My kids are doing ok with everything. Our state is still on the stay at home order until June so not a lot of getting out unfortunately. It's amazing how kids adapt to things though. I hope your kiddos are doing well, they seem like they are in your videos, they have an amazing mom!
@@AliciaLynnYT Its the SAME with our state and he is saying now there will be NO return to Normal till there is a vaccine etc..so even church, they are saying won't resume to normal in June..so..I will refrain from opinions here :) perhaps on a DM..lol
Im glad your kids are doing fine..yes, mine are good as long as theres something to do and food to eat :)
I might look for vanilla at Sams then! I always run out!
I love strawberry and have a sweet tooth....what would be the recipe for strawberry nice?....thank you for sharing
For strawberry, I use about 4 frozen bananas, about 2 cups or so of frozen strawberries, you can use more if you want, and a tsp or so of vanilla. Let the bananas and strawberries defrost slightly and then just everything together in a food processer. Thanks for watching, Sandy!
seriously... those dessert looks yummy, even i can smell it through my screen
Thanks, they are good!
Hi AlicaLynn I just had to look at this video again for the “Nice Cream” so I’m on weight watchers So when it comes to the Purple, Green & Blue points what does three colors stand for? And how do I know which color to chose out of the three?
Hi Shamone, this is an older video from when WW was doing colors instead of the personal points they are doing now. This is now 4 points on the current plan. Hope that helps!
Thanks it does help
You can also just use wax paper to spread it!
That's a good idea, thanks!
Are the rice krispies 12 or 16 servings? In the description you wrote both
I made them at 12 servings and put the points for that first. I also listed what the points would but for them at 16 if you wanted to make them smaller and less points!
I wonder what pts would be for diabetic plan
I don't know what the diabetic plan points would be but I just updated the recipes in this video with WW recipe builder links down in the description box. If you click on those, they will take you to the WW app and recipe builder, where you can see the recipe and what your points are. Hope that helps!
How did you calculate the points for the strawberry frozen yogurt dessert? I’ve tried & tried & get 6 points per serving instead of 5. I used HoneyMaid reduced fat graham crackers (32 crackers - 20 pts), Kroger FF whipped topping (8 oz - 18 pts), and Great Value light FF vanilla Greek yogurt (2 cups - 7 pts), and strawberries at 0 pts. Total points of 45 divided by 8 servings = 5.6 pts which I assume WW rounds up. I know the yogurt is FF but everyone tells me flavored counts as points?
Hi Doreena, I just checked my WW app to see what I had entered in and found I had the Cool whip brand ff whipped topping entered instead of the Kroger. I used to use Cool whip all the time so that is why I had it entered in that way and I had totally forgotten that the Kroger is 4 points higher for the 8 oz tub! That 4 points was enough to bump them up to six. Thank you for pointing that out and sorry for the confusion, I will go make a note on that in the recipe!
Thanks so much for the quick reply! Glad to know that I’m getting the hang of this and had figured the points correctly! I love watching you & getting recipe ideas!
@@222dori No problem! You had all the points right on! Thank you again for pointing it out that it wasn't coming out right! Have a great night, Doreena😊
Ha ha left my computer running when I went to post office.. ended up here XX
😄😄 Love it!
I miss the blue plan
Hi 🙋😝♥️🧡yummy
Hello😊and thank you!
The ice cream sandwiches look amazing but I'm curious why you would opt for such high point ingredients, do you notice a flavor difference or do you not like artificial sweeteners of any kind, I'm genuinely asking not trying to sound like a smarty pants.
I don't think any of the ingredients were all that high in those myself. I used low fat graham crackers, fat free whipped topping and fat free Greek yogurt. I am not opposed to artificial sweeteners, no. I probably use too many of them actually. I have a serious diet soda addiction! Lol
Wow those look great!

Thanks for watching, Joann!
I dont think using regular peanut butter was a good choice. I know it may taste better but.... You are dieting... So i think it would be better to just deal with a less tasty option in turn for WAY lower calories. Peanut butter may be healthy... But only to a certain degree if you exclude the sugar and super high fat content
The whole point of WW is that you don't have to exclude foods. Its about portion control and moderation as well as calories. Im doing just fine maintaining my weight AND eating peanut butter👍
@@AliciaLynnYT Well as long as your happy and making progress
