If you could also point me to any enb tutorials I'd really love ya although, I already sub'd. Well deserved -TY!!!
Interesting modlist. I just bought AE, am on my first playthrough, and this provides some great guidelines. For some mods I picked some alternatives that were lighter, and with less prerequisites. I'm still looking for alternatives to facemods though, that don't get baked in.
Nordic Faces is great if you only want one mod to improve the vanilla look with modern and high-quality textures. It covers all parts of a character, from hairs to heads to faces to feet. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for alternatives.
Skyrim Mod Managers realy need a feature where you can share your Modlist and download them automaticly. So you have the Modlist you wish and "only" needs to set them up manualy, like Nemesis.
I like how it looks in the morning but for some reason every time I try such overhauls ESPECIALLY if enbs are involved, at night Skyrim starts to look very dark, like realism dark. Yes, realistic but also almost totally unplayable and I start hating nights on top of my life. Plus for some reason night + snow looks weird as well. Usually, everything is dark and the snow is just bright white. I have mixed experience with LUX. While it's beautiful and works great with Vanilla assets (minus buildable houses), it starts to become a burden with other locations added by mods. Since light sources are hand placed in LUX, unless there's an interior patch, mod-added buildings look darker than normal.
Man all I want is for my game to look like yours. I have never modded or really even played Skyrim before and its so complicated and there are so many extra steps just to get my good to look semi decent.

I'm just getting the hang of Mod Organizer 2 and using it to mod Skyrim. In your google doc, for example, under Skyrim 202X, you say to "Delete / hide / overwrite the landscape textures in favor of previously mentioned mods." How do I do this when I am installing using the mod manager? How do I delete/hide specific sections? I see you also mention the same thing under the "Skyrim Remastered Caves" mod, to "Hide / delete the dirt cave textures."
I love light mod lists and am going to immediately start using this as a base. I think afterwards for my own tastes I will focus on adding some first-person based combat changes. Like maybe an archery overhaul and FP animation changes. Maybe also something to up the combat difficulty a bit without being spongy. Lastly any major unofficial patches and basic stuff. Trying to think of how I can get those things with minimal mod count.

Finally someone who actually shows the difference using mods
My Skyrim kills me with 600 GB and the game is crashing all the time.
I think I reset everything and use your Mod List
Thank you
I like this mod list,it's simple but effective 😎😎
The dungeon mod looked so good too..
You can easily adjust the Brightness in the ENB settings of the one I showed off - nights can be in a constant twilight sort of brightness
@@redshift1 how do ENB and light mods affect mod-added locations and separate cells or sometimes continents added by mods?
Man all I want is for my game to look like yours. I have never modded or really even played Skyrim before and its so complicated and there are so many extra steps just to get my good to look semi decent.
Damn I love how this modlist stays true to the original game's vision while remastering it to a flat-out better version of itself. Good work!
Is it important in which order I install the mods? Or can I just take the order of the video?
Yes - All the info is on the Google doc
I need to save this!
My mods included a variation on people's size, age and proportion.
It's surprising how effective it is to see the variation in game.
Could someone please help me, I'm dyslexic so understanding modding is very hard for me to understand. With the Google Doc that is linked in the description do I just need to only install requirements of the mods where he has written in bold? Because virtually all the others have requirements too, not to mention requirements for those requirements, for instance Northfires Photoreal Mountains 3 for Majestic requires Majestic Mountains and then Majestic Mountains require DynDoLod(which seems like a big application and not just a mod) I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out because I'm loosing my mind here.
Yeah you need all the requirements - dyndolod is not required for majestic mountains though
@@redshift1 Thanks for taking the time to help me and thanks so much for this mod list. I've longed to find a great mod list like this that stays true to the vanilla game.
@@redshift1 If I could take up anymore of your time, I'm very confused about what Parallax is how to enable it. Cheers
@@MaxClarke-qf8to Sorry yeah should've made that clear. Parallax enables a 3d like effect for textures. It's a feature of ENB. You need to enable it by going to the enbseries.ini that you installed and changing the line "EnableTerrainParallax" from false to true.
@@redshift1 Everything is finished but I'm having just one issue I hope u could help me with. Written under Skyrim remastered caves, you note delete/hide dirt cave textures, where are these located? There are no files named this.
There’s always those spots in mountains where you can go through part of the ground
Great video I have been looking for a LO with few mods but on Xbox its kinda hard can you do a LO xbox oriented with less of 30 mods?
What I'm saying although the mysticism and adamant looks interesting since it's on Xbox
Awesome list, will give it a try. How taxing is the ENB? I have a 5700x and RTX 3070 for reference.
i get 55 fps with the upscaler on my 1060 and i7700k so you'll be fine
You know the game is so good when it is played, modded and cared about by fans and devs. decade(s) later.
Hello, what is your Skyrim version?
great LO. and lots of availability on XBOX for me. thanks!
this was what i wanted thx
This makes me realize how actually lazy I am, because I just pop Skyland in with a weather mod and call it a day.
Incredibly great modlist and video! But there's a small problem in your google doc modlist. The Azurite Weathers modlink took me to the error Nexus page(not the one in the ENB turtorial), but Azurite Weathers still on Nexus. I assume the modlink is wrong? Yet still an amazing google doc guide! Loves you include how to install ENB in there!
You're right. Just fixed it - thank you!
Oh! I've noticed you've got the nordic UI compass navigation overhaul working, mind if I ask how you did that? Did you need any special mods for it? I've been trying myself for a while and it never worked. Either way great video! Always good to see a new modlist.
It requires no patches - though there is a nordic ui skin availible for download on the Compass Navi page
I'm just getting the hang of Mod Organizer 2 and using it to mod Skyrim. In your google doc, for example, under Skyrim 202X, you say to "Delete / hide / overwrite the landscape textures in favor of previously mentioned mods."
How do I do this when I am installing using the mod manager? How do I delete/hide specific sections?
I see you also mention the same thing under the "Skyrim Remastered Caves" mod, to "Hide / delete the dirt cave textures."
I love light mod lists and am going to immediately start using this as a base. I think afterwards for my own tastes I will focus on adding some first-person based combat changes. Like maybe an archery overhaul and FP animation changes. Maybe also something to up the combat difficulty a bit without being spongy. Lastly any major unofficial patches and basic stuff. Trying to think of how I can get those things with minimal mod count.
Also, do you have a "full list" you can share, adding patches and stuff, or is this literally it? Thanks for the video btw!
@@JesterJames22 My full list is 1000+ mods - these are just the heavy-hitters. I made a copy+patse of my LO on the about section of my channel
youve made me reinstall skyrim
Re-mastering Skyrim for the 100th time. Todd definitely loves this idea.
He will make a good bethesda employee 😂
