We are packing up our house and preparing for a move next week. I aggravated my piriformis and my SI joint is “out”. I called a chiropractor but in this rural town it is rare to get a return call from a healthcare provider.
These tips are exactly what I needed. I can’t thank you enough! Now, off to load a truck!

I went to Programs but it was all about plantar fasciitis. I saw nowhere to get to tens. However, I did find it under Featured Products.

Not related to butts....but your channel is extremely helpful! Do you mind if I send you a private message regarding a personal issue regarding both of my shoulders? (as a lacrosse player I can't think of much that would suck worse!)

    Hi Bob & Brad,
I have a question, please. This gonna be a complex one 😂I have no pain all the time but i always have it on the left side when i bend forward and then straighten up. On the left side my hips giving a popping noise if i squat or doing a circle movement with my legs. ( it doesn’t hurt anyway only when i bend forward) Also i a have problem with my shoulder-neck on the left side. My shoulder gives popping noise and hurts the side of my shoulder (little bit from back side) and also between the shoulder and neck ... it looks like i’m miserable on my left side😂 i checked all your videos about these kind of pain but still cant decide what is the problem as i tried all those shoulder exercises and 2-3 are giving me pain but as you explain what cause the problem, they are all different. What cause this problem then and what can i do for. I tried those exercises what you showed in the video for buttocks pain but i can’t feel anything... it doesn’t hurt only when i bend forward and then straighten up.

Guys, guys guys. I've watched a few of your videos on neck sprains because that happened a few months ago. I loved your song lol. I just bought a tens unit because I keep hurting my back and my boss recommended it. I used it on my lower back and it was effective. But I really, really need it on the upper butt region that connects to my hips. I googled proper placement for that and what do you know, I hear the Bob and Brad song. I'm not a social media person and I don't "follow" people. But I was legit pumped when I saw it was you guys. I will respond to my own comment about whether the electrode placement worked for me.

Ok so I like that X idea with the electrodes and for me, keeping the second pad closer to the side of the hip works best. Using the tens doesn't remove the pain completely but helps relax the area. I used it twice on one side tonight and can tell the difference compared to the other side.

Thank you guys. Kim👍😊

Very good video. However, I'm looking for a video that talks about using a TENS unit for prosthesis or bph.
I have read articles that say that it is beneficial but, where do you place the electrodes or is this a different type of tens unit?

You fix the right side by correcting alignment. In order to correct alignment, both sides should be worked evenly. Same principle applies with stretching, weight training etc.

I'm a cashier. Can you stand and use tens. Will it work while standing?

I have to chuckle at this one. I frequently refer to "that 'oh, $4;+' moment as "A sphyncter moment". We all know the feeling when our gluteus Maximus quickly tightens tightly. Those TENS units sound like "purposeful sphyncter moments".

At about 6 min re placing them by yourself with a mirror. Forget that if you're dyslexic and left handed! Spent at least an hour using a mirror and couldn't get it right! Then tried by feel using boney landmarks and did it in about 15 minutes! Don't waste time using a mirroe if you're dyslexic!
