      Depends on your skin really. If oils cleaned off skin before applying, they will last a bit longer.

      These devices are very simple. Pain relief through stimulation, distraction, and ability to change intensity, frequency, etc.

      @@SamVisnic Thanks, Sam. I purchased one and have been using it once or twice a day for a week. I am impressed that such a small, inexpensive device, can be user-friendly and effective. I strongly agree with the term you used: "distraction". I thought the same thing - it doesn't necessarily cure or heal, but even the distraction provides some level of comfort.

      @@kmcx8 We know that novel stimulation modulates the sensation, and that may lead to reduction of nerve sensitivity for some people. Certainly better than constantly having to slather on heat/cold creams!

    My battery shows full charge but cannot get the A side to vibrate. it doesn't move up the dial. Had 3 weeks used every day. can batteries go bad and where do you change. don't see little screw.

      I don't feel I need to. Its a Tens unit. It works well for what it does.
