    Abhi aapne bataye chizoka use karungi. Bahot achha bataye aapne. Aaj kitne saal bite koi nahi bataya yeh kya hai. Bas Maine bardasht Kiya aur pair ko khichau deti Rahi jab jyada pain hota hai to.

    Hello mam , you have demonstrated very well. I m also facing a problem in my right hips while walking or running . Pain or uneasiness increases when I run. I gone through MRI dr. says little bit problem in KE L5 . He suggested physio. Physio suggested me same exercises thrice a day . I tried but not much improvement . What should I do .Plzzzz help

      ​@@KDPhysio mam Mera hip me knee me or feet me inflammation hota he bethne ka bad Jada der se ,me pehle gym karta tha deadlift use sayad tan laga tha,ad 1 year nehi karta, Mera right leg 🦵 me thoda thoda inflammation hota hai, or ak per thoda lamba lgta hai kya karu suggest 😢😢

      Hellow Mam, My wife is suffering from same problem since last three months, she is not able to stand up straight. Doctor has advised same exersices as you performed in this video but she is not able to do requisit exersices as getting pain during streching. Kindly advise suitably. Regards 🙏

    Mam, I am facing the same problem which u discussed, whenever I get up after sitting, It gets very difficult for me.
    I want to ask that I have started physiotherapy today. Should I continue with these exercises along with that.

      Thanks beta for asking. I feei better but feel pain when got up after sitting for some time. I have no pain earlier while walking nd now to hvno pain in walking. My right leg gets stuck while standing nd feel pain on walking. But thanks a lot for let everyone guide nicely ❤

    Thank you for the video, the pain on my left buttock has subsided after doing the exercises mentioned. This week I used folded blanked on my left side while working and didn't feel any pain. Can I continue to do that or use it only when I feel the pain? Kindly answer. Thank you.

      There is no harm in doing the stretches even after the pain has subsided..but would suggest to do at least strengthening of hip muscles for some days so that pain does not reoccur

    Thanks for this video. It’s really helpful. I have a question regarding cold pack whether it helps the muscle like you mentioned about hot pack? I am currently suffering from this since last 2 months and pain goes till the bottom of leg especially while i drive the car. I use cushion while driving but it doesn’t help much. I drive a car for 30 mins a day and pain teaches its peak at that time. The rest of the day it’s normal.

      Don’t do prolonged sitting …keep a roll of towel on the affected hip while sitting to avoid pain pressure on that hip

    Dr. Gohrani/KD Physio - Few quick clarifications.
    1. The video consistently refers to the hip as the place of pain/discomfort. Can you please clarify whether you are actually referring to the Gluteus (buttock) area?
    2. I have been having a dull pain for more than 2 years in the left gluteus area which gets triggered more, whenever I sit for long periods of time, like computer work, driving etc. Also when running, am unable to run my fastest, because every time I attempt to lift the left leg off the ground, the dull pain kicks in preventing me from achieving maximum speed.
    Are the above clear symptoms of Piriformis syndrome and would your suggested exercises and tips help? Thank you in advance.

    I have a pain in my right leg and this pain is from the joint of my leg to my foot sometimes it is like this pain in my foot also goes away and the pain in the heel of the foot and sometimes it is also Is this pain also felt on the bone on the front side of the foot? Is this also the same pain for which you mentioned this exercise? Sometimes it also happens that on the front side of the leg I start to feel a severe burning sensation in a sensitive area.

      If the back is not involved, you can do little gym exercises but if back is the reason of the pain , then please avoid the weight lifting exercises
