Hey thanks for the comment! If you have wide feet, you'll find the 70s to be a bit narrower as they have higher sidewalls. They will start to give after few wears though.
Love Your Video! A little more with the Chuck 70 is that in the left shoe, under the tonque there is a Sign A Player's Name Patch and the Inner Soles can be removed out of the shoe and slide back into the shoe. Anyhow, Converse are my favorite footwear but the 70s are AWESOME! Peace and Love.

My experience i have 7 chuck all star high in different color I always break the folding part of the shoes and I glue it and good to go.but this time I will get the chuck 70s online and they says its comfortable than old I will try to break it soon.

nice video but i found something very strange, all the regular chucks in stores have a loop on the tongue to put the laces through. on the other hand the 70s don't have that. that being said, your both models are missing this feature. any idea why?
All adult sized All-Star’s have lace loops on the tongue; it just didn’t look like it on his pair (they weren’t being used and the all-white upper makes them practically disappear). The 70’s sadly ditched this element for a clean look. I wish they opted to keep it!
Hi. I am size 6 in classic and I got a size 6 in the 70s but it feels narrow on the wide part of my foot. Should I have gotten a 6.5 if it is in the 70s?
As long as your toes are not hitting the front end of the shoe, then you should be fine with size 6. The 70s feel narrow when new due to the higher sidewall as shown and mentioned on this video. Just keep wearing them, and try to loosen the shoe lace on the widest part of your foot.
Some folks say that they feel long and narrow. With me, they feel about the same. It’s just that the higher sidewall of the 70s makes them feel stiff in the beginning.
The CX 70 are more like the shoes originally were made, the other version cost less because they’re cheaper to make as far as the materials and design. They’re cheaper just like like $25, you get for what you paid $85 and $60
Thanks for sharing James! That was my initial reaction too, but after few times of wearing them, your feet will start to adapt the feel. Then it will feel more natural, and more secured.
@@grahamhere3790 yea one issue i got with squishy insoles is how the foot works in constantly adjusting and the bones moving to keep you stable. If its too squishy your feet muscles are constantly moving to adjust vs if the sole was more firm. Thats why while Ultraboost are comfy, they hurt after a while. One of my fears if i get the 70s and since it is more expensive idk if i want to get a pair tbh
@@TheRabbitHasLanded I agree with your assessment. Another reason I don't like the 70s is the white midsole is higher/thicker and it looks like there's more midsole than upper materials. I like the look and balance of the regular chucks.
That’s exactly what I thought, I have a white all star just like the ones shown in the vid.. the difference is, all star is flatter, the fabric is flimsy and your feet literally lands deeper into the sole, due to lack of cushioning

I would get the same size for regular/narrow feet. And half size large for wide feet.

Yes, same size. Though the 70s felt a bit tight at first.
The 70s are Very narrow both in width and in the toe box.
The 70s are also really heavy, so bear that in mind.

tbh the 70s feel too off and strange compared to the regular chucks. I feel much more grounded and stable with the regular ones.
