Acer service is very bad actually. I can't say about other people but I felt it. My Predator Helios Neo 16 Laptops CPU fan stopped working within 8 months. They took 16 to 17 days for changing a simple fan while it was in warranty period. Customer service guys kept me saying that they don't have this part available right now and they are arranging it. They took more than 12 days for arranging a simple fan for a premium laptop. In between, I was unable to use the laptop. This is my first impression with their customer service. And, I will try to not purchase any product from Acer in the upcoming future until they improve their customer service.

But I would suggest go for last year ka predator Helios Neo 16 it's 50-55k cheaper i9 variant and dono generation ke cpu meh bas 3% performance boost hai.
