As a black man growing up in small town rural New England, I can tell you right now that I've only experienced racism in large "progressive" cities like Boston and Albany. In my rural "hick ass" town, I was treated like family by everyone. I volunteered in community projects and was very social. I also did "white ppl" stuff like ski, fish, hunt, and banged chicks in the woods. I was never oppressed in any way, worked my ass off like all good folks round here, and built myself a family life in the same town. Now, fast forward to the 2020 riots. Because my town in 99% white, many folk were constantly asking me about the whole thing. I got different looks in public. Some looked terrified while some glared. One day, this woman came up to me and gave me like 50 dollars and I shit you not, said this is "my price I owe to you for being white" CRINGE. I threw the money back at her and said "Fuck BLM and anyone who donates to them!" Never seen a more stunned face in my life. I knew I just had to close my thoughts on social media. I won't go into details about my post. Basically it was about how George's death was unnecessary and the cop should be charged. However, I also condemned BLM about their corruptness and scamming and said I will never hate cops. Finally I said I don't wanna be treated differently or be given anything because of some BS that happened 3 time zones away. Nothing changed in my life. As you can imagine, the post blew up and MAN, did I get some interesting responses. Pandering white girls trying to tell me that I should be furious and that I'm "oppressed". POCs who I've never met telling me I've been "whitewashed" People telling me I should be out there protesting and smashing cop cars, basically risking ruining my career that I've worked to build for the last 7-8 years. Had one kid tell me I'm a disgrace to my people for not supporting BLM and how my ancestors would be disappointed. Would you all believe me that I experienced more racism from "woke" "progressive" "inclusive" "liberals" on one FB post, basically trying to tell a black man how they should feel... Than I have in my entire life living in a "poor" "uneducated" "hick" town?
You need more upvotes because this is a serious problem I've also witnessed having lived in 3 different countries and multiple cities on all sides of the political and educational spectrum. Am not black, but have seen this happen to many non-white ethnicity people around me as well.
Progressives think small towns are racist but how would they know. They never get involved in those communities. Their only view is through the Hollywood episodic lens that is written by the priest hood of progressivism. If TV shows, biased "News" and academia are your view into that culture than you will be severely misinformed. The cure is exposure. Just like water crashing against land over time, it starts to eat away and doubt forms. This is why they censor. The priest class knows this. They are not dumb.
These things makes it difficult for honest charities to get support for the people they try to help. As much as it is important to ask where does your money goes, even the slightest caution due to criminal behaviour by other fake charity organizations can be a death nail to small local charities.
My golden rule for charity is that I always donate money to local organisations, never the Red Cross or any other "umbrella" organisation. Not solely because I think the Red Cross or sth like that isn't doing good, but because they have so much overhead, most of the money you actually donate gets spent on management and logistics, instead of actually helping those in need. I think for some of the biggest organisations only like 5 to 10% of the donations are actually used for their intended purpose. The rest is management, wages, advertisements, campaigns, lobbying, logistics, etc. We had a big flooding over here and immediately you had thousands of organisations "collect" money. I gave my money to the locaol Red Cross organisation instead. We don't need multi-million dollar organisations to help a few thousand people a few hundred kilometers away. A small, local team can do much more good much quicker usually. They may have less "leverage", but people know how to help one another. My money, I imagine, was mostly spent to provide food and shelter. Let the government take care of the rebuilding effort. That's what we pay taxes for.
Donating to any charity is a waste of your money. Unless you have a fat bank account. Donate in your local area. Maybe a family that's you know is having a hard time making ends meet. Helping them is a far better use of your generosity and the money will always go to them...all of it.

I stopped donating to all "charities" after learning about one that stood outside of the Wal-Mart my mom was working at about a decade or so ago. Wal-Mart kept kicking them out, and they actually sued Wal-Mart because of that. In the process of all this, I learned that "charity" just pocketed about half or more of the donations it got. At the time it was apparently all legal as well. It was always a Latino man who wore some kind of white military looking outfit. Wish I could remember more.

I personally hated it when well meaning UA-camrs would make a video asking their fans to help donate to BLM,.. because it's clear they either only read the name of it and believed what the BLM 'Charity' said they do, or they did infact look further into them and deemed them trustworthy meanwhile being oblivious to BLM's actions. I really do want to give these UA-camrs the benefit of the doubt, and that they were just caught up in the initial 'hype' of BLM because at first glance it's a no brainer during that time, they would have thought they were helping black communities, and as a public figure, how damaging would it be to say "I don't support Black Lives Matter" because guess what? the name defends initial criticism from anyone, and anyone who does are immediately seen as racists. Actions speak louder than words, but unfortunately Words also have power.
I've tried to criticise the osmosis of BLM into football/soccer here in Britain but nobody wanted to hear it. It never got hijacked. These things are always a scam. Massive riots and b.s virtue signal and fraud aswell as destroying race relations is what they achieved. It was always their goal.

I wish I could say I hadn’t seen this happen before so many times to be immediately distrustful of any charitable organization of national/international scale. I wish.
In addition to many of the things in this article, it gets into how the national group actively undermines local groups and how the families of victims of police shootings feel like the memories of their loved ones are being used to raise money that they never see a dime from.

Unfortunately, people like to conflate the two. They reason that if you criticize the organization, then you are automatically picking your side in opposition of the concept. The concept never burned cities to the ground and rioted for almost an entire year. The organization did.
This was always the problem with a charity sharing a name with the movement. The slimeballs in the charity understood that by having this phrase as their actual title individuals would think twice before scrutinizing their actions and spending.
This is why I do not donate to charity. In my experience (for example) my boyfriend lived in an apartment building that burnt down, none of the tenants had insurance on their apartments so the Red Cross stepped in and was extremely crooked. A significant amount had been donated however none of that money donated was given to anyone who all had lost everything; apparently they (the Red Cross I guess?) said money would “overwhelm” the victims. It was extremely sus & no one got a cent. If you want I’d say donate to people directly & not to groups; this happens way to much. That sucks all the money that was donated to BLM really did not go to what people thought it would go too.
Finally a content creator that isnt afraid to look deeper into things . Thank you for this video and be prepared to be called a conspiracy theorist because people would rather be dumb an ill informed than know the truth
If you want to help minority communities, spend money in their stores, restaurants, and on their artists, instead of giving money to a faceless organization. The ethnic tensions in this country are different than other humanitarian crises, like homelessness. The best way you can help build up minority communities is to do business with their businesses.
absolutely fascinating. I remember hearing about Cullors buying a house in a very wealthy(and white) neighbourhood, but never looked into anything. it's interesting to see how quickly an "activist" movement has been corrupted.
@@blunderingfool yeah just because Cullors bought another house and people don't look beyond 2018, BLM as a movement was basically a slush fund for a few shysters and in some way the Democratic party through the commission fee of ActBlue and also said shysters giving kick backs to corrupt officials. Never let a good crisis go to waste, especially a crisis you helped create with the current President and VP and their decisions as a criminal prosecutor and senator, remember they only want you for jail slavery and don't want their neighborhoods to become a "racial jungle" in their own words.
What's interesting is that you'd think the grift would be something more nefarious. Like using the money to free violent criminals, but no, just buying a house in a white neighborhood
@@blunderingfool Yep, the clue that it was always a grift is in the fact that it took them 7 years to apply for real, accountable charitable status. I stopped giving to big charities several years ago when I researched and realised that most are now profit making businesses giving only a very small amount of the income they generate to the causes they claim. Even the ones that claim non-profit pay they're senior staff and board members a considerable chunk of the money you give. These days they are just cons designed as just another way of funnelling money to the rich. Who, by the way, (with the aid of a well paid accountant) claim tax back for all the "charitable" donations they make meaning the tax payer actually gives that money, not them.
I already knew what you had exposed when the title said BLM. I'm black and I just shake my head at it all. The first opportunity that presents itself to BLM they will use it to further their own personal agendas to gain wealth and power using that. It's sad that us black people have to and use someones death to get over to financially prosper. I never agreed with BLM but I knew the score and what it really meant and wanted to achieve from the beginning. It's sad to see African Americans resorting to these tactics to achieve a small amount of wealth.
I understand the sentiment behind separating the movement from the organisation but I think the movement is little better. The idea of black lives mattering is the only thing that is not objectionable. The movement itself was not a force for good and most people who supported it under the guise of being good non-racists were manipulated into doing so. No political movement that commits mass scale destruction and actions that amount to domestic terrorism is salvageable. The fact that at an organisational level it is a grift is a cherry on top more than anything but the activists in the movement deserve it after all the damage they caused.
Movements don't cause destruction. People do. There were thousands of BLM events nationwide. Only 7% of them contained instances of violence or property damage. These were the hotspots where relations between police and the community were already hostile. And plenty of people who didn't give a shit about the protests used the event as cover to commit crime. Which occurs any time when a large number of people take to the streets. People also condemned MLK for creating havoc in the streets with his civil rights protests because of the chaos that would happen when police clashed with them. Almost always it was the police escalating the situation. I'm not saying police instigated all of the violence and property damage during BLM. But we did see the effect they had. When trump ordered federal troops to into Portland and quell the protests the number of people who took to the streets and broke curfew went UP not down. How the police handle these situations is extremely important. We can control how police respond to a protest. We largely can't control a crowd and what people do within it.

Damn your small town looks like heaven, why leaving it
Progressives think small towns are racist but how would they know.
As much as it is important to ask where does your money goes, even the slightest caution due to criminal behaviour by other fake charity organizations can be a death nail to small local charities.
...i've typically seen it written as 'death knell' but ok

Outstanding.
THIS.
This is what you should be focusing on.
Keep it up!
Living in the UK I was completely unaware that there was BLM company on top of the movement. Perhaps we've largely missed this bullet, our BLM movement wants better schools and less prison sentences for trivial quantities of marijuana, not private houses in upscale neighbourhoods for the 1%.
Wow your BLM movement actually sounds like it’s doing good stuff instead razing hell
Thanks for this. I've been keeping track of this omnishambles, but there's a lot of my friends and family who have no idea how corrupt all this stuff has been, and how many of the people stirring in these social problems are doing so to line their own pockets. This will be a good, quick way to give them an easy to digest break down of what's been going on out of the media's spotlight.
I severely doubt that that 90 million is just floating around. My best geuss is that it has already been spent or its sitting in someones offshore accounts, we just cant find the paper trail to where the money went.
For a while BLM's page for funding went to ActBlue's page. Basically, the money went directly into democrats campaign buckets
So the donators are funding their slavers. Such a lucrative grift. Conveniently, the grift would be useful every election cycle, since humans have such short attention span and lousy history learning skills.
You have some balls covering this issue. You have my respect.
AMAZING video, thanks for summing up all the parts of this disastrous and corrupted organisation's history, I had a big lack of information about the whole thing, other than the mansions that she had bought.
Remember? How can I forget when it was beat into my skull about how we need to support their shitty cause
I wouldn’t say what u do is easy, but it is always appreciated!
The "movement" gained traction on lies. Remember the "hands up don't shoot" nonsense? The grift that keeps on grifting.
Wish I could get rich by telling lies. But that's not really worth how awful having to lie makes me feel.
yup, that made me skeptical of blm. Received plenty of backlash from family and friends but I held my ground. There was never any effort to remedy the falsehoods that had been spread.
It's not a lie that black people are targeted in an overwhelming % in this country with police violence. That is a fact.
@@binnieb173 lawbreakers are being targeted by police. Anyway it's more of a catch and release system in the inner cities. You know, bail is raycyst, if you believe the race baiters.
It all makes sense if you don't think about it...
@@bigredneck789 bail is classist. Since our economy is racist, anything that is classist also usually has a larger effect on minorities. That's how it works.
Are you saying Castillo was a lawbreakers being targeted by police? Or what about the no knock raids on the wrong address that killed black people? Our entire policing method in general is just to harass poor people over rich people. Look at the most recent shooting in NY. A random guy found the shooter while cops were shaking down the homeless and those in poor communities. It's their entire MO.
Enjoy?!
UEG, this is yet another well researched, well written piece of actual journalistic investigation.
Well done. 🙏
If you want to contribute to charity, do the work yourself, otherwise at least 70% and likely more is just going to go into the company's pockets. This is what happens when companies have no obligation to deliver their promised "product".
That's precisely why I have zero trust in charities. They're just pretty scams. The fact people still get duped by them disgusts me.
i used to donate 10 bucks a month to a charity. they kept calling me twice a month to ask if i would like to give more. fun fact: one call to or from a qualified callcenter or helpdesk employee usually costs a business more than 10 bucks. so after the third time they called, even though i repeatedly asked them not to call me, i got upset and cancelled. that probably actually saved them money because they dont need to pay someone to call me anymore. and thats why you shouldnt donate to charity.
I told people " Watch how this entire movement is going to be hi-jacked "
I don't think they even realize it now.
Same.. I felt it either they were going to get compromised or be compromised
I fucking despise how many times legit social movements are hijacked by some corporate asshole or some big company, it understandably makes the actual social movement less credible in most peoples mind.
It wasn’t hijacked it was a scam from jump
It was never hijaked or subverted.
Its functioning as intended, as founded.
The creators are self avowed "trained marxists".
Its like eating at a cafe called The Donner Party and being surprised the meat is people.
It never got hijacked. These things are always a scam. Massive riots and b.s virtue signal and fraud aswell as destroying race relations is what they achieved. It was always their goal.
I wish I could say I was surprised to see a “charitable corporation” using the good will of a name to funnel money into the pockets of a few people at the top. I wish I could say I hadn’t seen this happen before so many times to be immediately distrustful of any charitable organization of national/international scale.
I wish.
In addition to many of the things in this article, it gets into how the national group actively undermines local groups and how the families of victims of police shootings feel like the memories of their loved ones are being used to raise money that they never see a dime from.
this needs to be blown up. I had literally no clue about any of this if not for this guy. Cant believe that this is all true. I wish for once it would be easy to keep a company in line, but the government cant make a big deal out of this or the issues will be worse than the benefits of upholding the rules.
Echelon IS REAL journalism!!!!!!!
I believe her. I get annoyed and stressed dealing with my own legitimately acquired money. I can see getting your *corruption and fraud exposed* and everybody thinking you're a horrible person would be triggering... ...
Does she think this is somehow a defense or unjust towards her? Is this how criminals getting caught are going to be now?
Unfortunately, people like to conflate the two. They reason that if you criticize the organization, then you are automatically picking your side in opposition of the concept.
The concept never burned cities to the ground and rioted for almost an entire year. The organization did.
much respect for not being scared to do what you do. the professionalism while addressing the situation....
Its called Big Luxury Mansions.
Eric Hoffer - 'Every great cause begins as a movement, becomes a business, and eventually degenerates into a racket.'
This was always the problem with a charity sharing a name with the movement. The slimeballs in the charity understood that by having this phrase as their actual title individuals would think twice before scrutinizing their actions and spending.
I remember that it was a criminal cult that just vandalized and pillaged, or was used as a shield to do such.
Not in the least... Again, the protests and the movement is not the same as the corporation. UEG had a whole intro explaining this.
@@binnieb173 a lot of people sadly did use the name of what could have been an amazing group for evil

@@binnieb173 The whole idea started with cases BLM lied about, so...
@@attilamarics4808 It did? So black people are not disproportionally targeted by police and by violent government action?
Is that your argument?

We seen DEM in action. Criminals.
We need to start sharing this video. More people need to see this and UA-cam is going to do whatever it takes to censor it.
Remember when cities were in flames. All ill say
If you want to help minority communities, spend money in their stores, restaurants, and on their artists, instead of giving money to a faceless organization. The ethnic tensions in this country are different than other humanitarian crises, like homelessness. The best way you can help build up minority communities is to do business with their businesses.
this is really one reason why I really was dismissive of anyone who blindly chanted the phrase...
I remember buy large mansions.
absolutely fascinating.
I remember hearing about Cullors buying a house in a very wealthy(and white) neighbourhood, but never looked into anything. it's interesting to see how quickly an "activist" movement has been corrupted.
It was a grift from the start.
The organization itself has always been corrupt
What's interesting is that you'd think the grift would be something more nefarious. Like using the money to free violent criminals, but no, just buying a house in a white neighborhood
@@blunderingfool Yep, the clue that it was always a grift is in the fact that it took them 7 years to apply for real, accountable charitable status. And that they're still not filing the correct paperwork. Of course, that could all be laziness or incompetence (if we're being _very_ charitable), but the founders all ending up rich and there being a mountain of evidence of embezzlement puts the nail in the coffin.
The main thing I couldn't stand about BLM, to paraphrase a former senator was that if you dared to debate and you dared to disagree with BLM, then somehow you are presumed racist. Well I'm glad we as Americans stood up and told them straight up that we have EVERY right to debate and to disagree with BLM or ANY other group/movement/organization/etc!
This here is great Coverage, but why stop here? Some More News, the Channel, has loads of fact-filled videos about BLM, the Police and even just the Concept of 'Problems'.

Oh yes I remember this scam.
Ubisoft was right to call this organization a terrorist group in their videogame! and the fact that Jim Sterling still simps for these people to this day is RATHER FUCKING REVEALING innit? its almost as if grifting is easier than games journalism.
Jim Stirling is such a cuck. He’s one of those “everything has to be political and socially inclusive” types. His logic is if a baby can’t chew steak, the men who can shouldn’t be allowed to eat it, because the baby can’t.
Forsooth, I say, yea verily this presentation on the Tube of Yews is straight fire!

It's sad to see African Americans resorting to these tactics to achieve a small amount of wealth.
please follow up on this. I think there's probably more to the whole story then just whats covered in this.
Hell yea, take taking swings at corruption!!!
Not to mention the riots and looting they caused..
No matter what 2 wrongs don't make a right
Hey UEG i just wanted to tell you i appreciate the channel, no matter the topic. It's always a good place to come by.
Yes I completely agree
"No political movement that commits mass scale destruction and actions that amount to domestic terrorism is salvageable."
That leaves out USA then.
@@Dairunt1 The USA is not a political movement
