Because of you I'm going to order a PM lathe and mill. The 20 ton press arrived yesterday. Your creative projects have inspired me to get serious into metalworking and at 71 I hope I have a few yrs left to learn and enjoy a new hobby. Thank you!
Frank, I would love to hear your back ground sometime. You are such a good designer/engineer I am curious about what you did for a living. I agree, this project like al of them turned out great!!!
Hello. Love to follow your projects. I think you should have the trailer hitch longer forward. I beleve the legs will hit the vehicle when turning. Maybe i am wrong
Those are run-flat tires but, as I understand it, they put a steel plate in front of the tires when they set this up. You'd have to be a pretty bad shot to hit the tire, though.

You won't regret it! Enjoy the journey.
And at a young 61 I’m doing the same! Still some good years left!
Great build. I like the end where you keep mentioning with a smile on your face how much you enjoyed building this project.
This is a cool project! Great job!
That was a great build. I may have to make something like that one day.
Thanks for the videos and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Merry Christmas to you and yours, too!
I did enjoy it. I use those folgers, plastic containers in my shop as well.
Finally! I only yelled at you three times,"You forgot the washers!"😊
Right 😂❤
50 hours to design and build - that's quick!
Probably spent 10 hours of that just moving the camera around. LOL.
@woodandmetalshoptime8048 oh yeah, I forgot you had to film simultaneously. Dude.

Retired nuclear engineer turned IT executive.

I think it's awesome 😊

It's for use with a trailer dolly, not a vehicle.
Hope no one hits the tire while aming for the swing trigger!

IT REALLY SHOULD HAVE HAD SOME SORT OF MOTOR TO KEEP THE TARGETS MOVING.
I thought about that but that would require electricity. Most gun ranges don't have power on the shooting areas.
