Beautiful stitching and finishing.... loved the wip / kitted up parade 😻. It was interesting when you showed the LDS on the lilac fabric , it looked lilac when you pulled it from the bag but alot lighter when you showed your progress. Enjoy your flosstubes so much !! Have fun at the Attic !!

I am really just getting into the reproduction samplers, they intimidate me a bit. I watched your video through once and then started over so I could slowly absorb all of the gorgeous stitchy goodness that you shared. It is going to be so fun to watch your progress. It was so funny that the first project you showed was Hoity Toity and I was stitching on that same project while watching your video!! Like I said, we have the same taste in a lot of projects. Your projects make me drool so much I need a bib! I hope 2023 is your best year ever and you keep showing your beautiful things. I also clipped a slub and made a hole in a project that was more than half-way finished and I was able to make an invisible repair. I learned to repair holes in knitting by weaving a piece of matching yarn across the hole, so I pulled a linen thread from the margin, threaded a needle with it, and wove it, matching the weave of the linen, across the hole and on to the other side. I wrapped the long ends of the thread around pins to keep it taut and just stitched over it. the doubled threads on either side of the hole were thicker than the other threads but not as thick as the slub had been. If your hole is going to be covered by stitches, this might work for you too.
You are amazing with all your beautiful projects and stitching. Just thought that I would mention on the shout out you did. It is the Hygge stitcher. She is so sweet and a joy to watch.
If you haven't started MARY SNOW yet, Jeannine from Acorns and Threads did a color conversion that I'm so jealous of... I finished mine and then saw her version and loved it so much more. She changed the red to a deeper red and she changed the green. GORGEOUS. I wanted to stitch again with her color conversion.

I am so glad I finally watched! I loved everything about your flosstube, Grace! You are a natural. So many beautiful projects! Mary Wigglesworth, Florence Mary, Shores of HRH, Yvonne LeClerq,… And I really enjoyed your kit parade. I feel the same as you do about 36ct linen, 1 thread is not enough sometimes. You have so many beautiful projects. I share your excitement and desire to stitch them all right now! How large of a scroll frame can you put on the K’s Creation stand and can you use it in a recliner? Do you prefer the floor stand?
I have two K’s Creations lap stands. One has 18” scrolls rods on it and the other 30”. Both stands are adjustable for different size scroll rods. I haven’t tried them in my lap, but use them on my desk and raise the height of my chair. I also like the floor stand and use Rolaframe for that one.

I think we are stitchy twins. I started (tiny start) Mrs. Campbell and Ann Tong Uffindal last year and have several of the same projects kitted up. I'm planning to attend several retreats as well this year so maybe our paths will cross at some point.
I am nearly always surprised by how differently the stitched projects look when compared with pattern photos. This is the case, especially, with the Reflects de Soie patterns, I think. I so much appreciate you working these and showing us how magnificent the colors and designs are. I hope to take on a few myself this year, thanks to you!
