- These Cream Cheese Biscuits are absolutely melt in your mouth tender and have a nice little tang from the cream cheese and the buttermilk. They are perfect with butter and jam, sausage gravy or making little sandwiches! They freeze great too!
Ingredients:
2 3/4 C all purpose flour
1/4 C cornstarch
1 T sugar
1 T baking powder
3/4 t baking soda
1 t salt
4 oz cold cream cheese
4 oz cold butter
1 C cold buttermilk

Karen, I will definitely make this a little later because I have all the ingredients on hand and wanted to use up some leftover cream cheese.This sounds great with the sausage gravy. I also wanted to let you know that I made another Karen recipe, the Best Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, making mine with thighs instead of the original breasts. Fantastic! Best is the right word for this. The combination of sauce ingredients is what puts this one together so well. Next time, I will use breasts because I think that I would prefer it that way, anyway. Delicious!😊
Also, I haven't made the Napa salad with gorgonzola yet, but letting you know it's still in the works for later. I know a friend who loves Napa and will appreciate it. Of course, you will hear from me then. I know you said you once worked as a caterer. Well, girl, it shows!! Keep sockin' it to us.😊
