Hard Drive Oddities #2 - TVS handover to TV-am, (Audio only) Tuesday 20th February 1990 (?).

No 2 in the series of random rubbish on my hard drive. Again this one was I believe downloaded from MHP. The source of this appears to be some severely wonky video tape, audio only, please excuse the pathetic pictures I've inserted instead. I wouldn't normally upload stuff like this, but there's one point of interest at the beginning of the clip. Yes as you can hear, it's the closing credits to the IBA's Engineering Announcements, more oddly was this recorded on ITV? Did it move back to ITV in the end? I don't know, any contributions are welcome. Or is it one thing on the tape cutting to another? I don't know, but interesting if it is the first...

I don't think the IBA Engineering Announcements would have been recorded from ITV - by 1990 they were airing at 5.45am as the Channel 4 Daily was up and running - so I think it's likely that the person recording this has changed channels following the closing credits to capture the handover to TV-am
