Hard Drive Oddities #3 - BBC London News opening titles, Monday 1st March 2004

LDN is dead, long live LDN.
Remember BBC LDN? Albeit never pronounced as LDN on screen, it was the BBC's brand across Radio, TV News and Online in London from October 2001 to February 2004. From what I remember even the idents were listed as 'BBC ONE LDN'. However in lieu of ITV relaunching London Tonight from ITN on March 1, the BBC relaunched its bulletin, with a bigger screen and now known as BBC LONDON, which is the same to this day...
