I can tell this is going to be one of my favorite series on youtube. The editing of this video diary is awesome, and your artist journey is really relatable. I am going through something similar, but instead of learning toonboom I'm trying to learn After Effects and Photoshop and maybe Adobe Animate idk. The way you mimic 2d style in Blender is amazing. If you ever release a tutorial or speed modeling video, I would love to see it.

And good luck with adobe, their software is huge, you can achieve the same results/output in multiple ways. I always derail from the original path when learning one of the three and in the end learn nothing at all xD

Your awesome this is very inspiring seeing your work. The rigging looks great and I’ve always loved 3d. I haven’t gotten far in 3d but have been working to improve my 2d especially great work I can’t wait to see more!

This is really excellent! Beyond the stuff related to animation and rigging I really enjoyed the cinematography. What is your background in coding and how do you apply it to your animation/rigging/scripting?

There was a problem I wanted to solve, related to a d&d campaign of mine. While solving the issue I decided to turn the solution into a desktop app. I had no real experience coding apart from some basic js at work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As for the use of code in animation -> mainly simple javascript tools to speed up the workflow. Repeatable tasks and clicks.
It's also pretty useful for QC while rigging.
