I stopped midway around 16 minutes as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom-in-law does the full lesson once in the morning and once in the evening. It takes me 5-8 trips to carry the grocery bags, while she takes just 1 trip.

*(21 day tone challenge - january, 15th, 2021)* I died, I yelled, I took breaks but I did it. Arm workouts are a real torture for me, especially yours, especially 30 minutes of it, and even more so if it's an extreme one. I took much less breaks compared to the first time I did it so I'm glad and proud of myself. I've noticed small yet very visible changes in my arms since starting the challenge - makes me feel great about myself
I thought your comment was a bit exaggerated. Then I finished the workout and I couldn't feel my arms when I TRIED so remove the strand of hair blocking my eyes.

When I first did this video a month ago I couldn’t even do up up down downs on my toes but now I’m so proud that I did it on my toes at least halfway through. If I can do it so can you guys!!
I started the workout with a pound on each wrist, but I quickly got rid of those (just before doing the prayer pulses)! And when I heard Cassey say we were almost halfway done, I thought I'd really been crazy optimistic in thinking I'd do it with weighted arms!

Started working out by doing Blogilates videos 2.5 years ago - I was super unfit back then to the point that Blogilates' 5 minute arm videos made me so tired. I'm so happy that I managed to finish this workout today with 1 short 10 seconds break in between (the oil riggers killed the triceps!) and I feel like the consistent effort and your encouraging workout videos have allowed me to grow stronger and more confident! Thank you so much Cassey!! PS. Adding some Matcha to the condensed milk ice cream will be awesome too!

I usually work out with 8 or 10 pound dumbbells for arms. I was skeptical that this wouldn’t be /that/ hard but the workout was killer! To increase my heart rate, I did all of the sitting arm movements while in a sumo squat hold or pulse.
So much respect for this woman. Her upper body strength is insane. How she did those wide toe pushups at the end and the speed she had during the Oil Riggers is amazing. So much hard work from years of training! Bravo. I was dreading this third part of the Arms series since it's my weakest area, but following the calendar during this quarantine I've seen my arms tone out. I'm proud of myself for doing it and loving exercise now and so thankful for Cassey. One day I will be able to match the speed and efficiency of those Oil Riggers and not fall flat when I try those toe push ups at the end! But for now I will keep trying!!

Instead of pausing, I'd walk around the room or modified. As we approached the last move, I was like: *wow, I actually wanna be strong enough to do this move full on*. I imagined a stronger, better version of myself and she had strong arms and was able to do this like Cassey. So, during the last 30 seconds, I did the travel push ups all the way. I couldn't do it for the full 1:30 minutes because that was too much (I modified for a minute) but baby steps. - Grass P.S. something smart I did was, I did this video AFTER the warm up. Like, right after. This is extreme so I didn't want to blow off too much energy on other arm videos.
Dear Future Grass, yup. That's it of my arms. They are no more. For the FIRST TIME EVAH I did this without taking A SINGLE BREAK!!! I just think that's crazy! I was halfway through when I realized I hadn't taken a break and was like "well, I might as well go all the way". On the 15th move, I was parched (it's hard to fit a water break), my arms were wanted to unattach from my body, walk to the police station, and report for arm abuse, and the sweat on my forehead was going at it hard!!! My arms are still burning HARD as I type this! But I can't believe I did it all the way with no break. Oh, and for the last move, I did the travel push up for 40 seconds! I'm trying to add 10 seconds each time. So glad I’m just chilling on the floor for this one. I got my period and usually I rather not do anything cause I get fatigue, light headed and stuff. If I don’t have to do too much movement during this time then I’m happy.
I first did this workout when I was doing the 21 Days Challenge and I wasn't able to do much with my arms for the next few days because they it was so painful. But after I finished the 21 Days challenge, I actually keep coming back to this workout because I love what it did to my arms, they're so sculpted now! Literally enemies turns to lovers kinda thing. I did this for the first time last Saturday (January 2) and then again today (January 7) and I definitely noticed I was already stronger the second time! I was able to push through and do more reps and it was a great feeling! Thanks for this video. My arms were already feeling like jelly by about 10 minutes in- I went to reach for my water bottle after a move and my arm just dropped like it was dead :D
Day 4 complete- My arms are relatively thinner & weaker than the other parts of my body, and while I was doing this routine I could feel how much additional upper body workout I need 😂 And I liked how this one arm push movement made it clear that my left arm needs so much more training!

I first did this workout when I was doing the 21 Days Challenge and I wasn't able to do much with my arms for the next few days because they it was so painful. But after I finished the 21 Days challenge, I actually keep coming back to this workout because I love what it did to my arms, they're so sculpted now! Literally enemies turns to lovers kinda thing. Thank you, Cassey!
Not gonna lie. Here from future. Day off of epic heat needed something lighter. Grabbed 1 lb barre wts and WOW! This is a burner. Will do again

Hi Sandra! Are this also for men? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I stopped midway around 16 minutes as my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom does the full lesson once in the morning and once in the evening. It takes me 5-8 trips to carry the grocery bags, while mom takes just 1 trip.

I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with half pound dumbbells and then my arms just give up. I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. :-(

I did this for the first time last Saturday (January 2) and then again today (January 7) and I definitely noticed I was already stronger the second time! I was able to push through and do more reps and it was a great feeling! Thanks for this video. My arms were already feeling like jelly by about 10 minutes in- I went to reach for my water bottle after a move and my arm just dropped like it was dead :D
Day 4 complete- My arms are relatively thinner & weaker than the other parts of my body, and while I was doing this routine I could feel how much additional upper body workout I need 😂 And I liked how this one arm push movement made it clear that my left arm needs so much more training!

Thank you, Cassey! It burns as always but this workout is a way more harder than others and it's amazing! My arms haven't trembled like this for a long time and these 30 minutes have just made them remember what pain is.

Sep 23,I replaced some moves with weighted triceps which make my arms literally shaking and it was super fun 🌸.
its my second time finishing all of it no breaks. ugh so dificult. i need to train for my blackbelt test. Thank you for the amazing workout
for some reason, today I had noo motivation. I didnt feel like doing anything but I'm glad I finally did it. I actually even thought about doing it later at 5 pm (9 am rn) but I put myself through it. Half assed my way in some of the moves but I DID IT!!!
