Hi Caroline, I use all of your foam rolling videos 😘I know you have ones focusing on lats, chest, forearms and upper back. Just was curious if you could make a 15-20 min focused just on the upper body ie. upper back, lower back, chest, lats, tricep and forearms, wrist. A lot of you tubers just focus on the lower body recovery... not many videos for upper body. Love your channel girl it has helped me so much with my mobility.
