    Such a great recovery video! I received a foam roller for Christmas so it was a great introduction to it for me. I was moaning through the whole video because my muscles were so sore from my latest workout but I feel amazing now 😄. Thank you, Caroline!!!

    Great recovery workout after the seated workout. Doing this with a fibula broken and in a boot. I was able to do most of it and what a wonderful recovery video!!

    Foam roller and massage stick so amps up recovery. Foam roller can give sore elbows when you use the foam roller to work behind the knee caps.

    This was my 2nd attempt with a foam roller. These exercises were much easier to do than my other try. They actually did feel good. AND.... I only fell off once! Haha.
