Great recovery workout after the seated workout. Doing this with a fibula broken and in a boot. I was able to do most of it and what a wonderful recovery video!!

Foam roller and massage stick so amps up recovery. Foam roller can give sore elbows when you use the foam roller to work behind the knee caps.
