    OMG, I have been suffering from upper and lower back pain and sciatica pain on my right from sitting in front of my computer 12 hours a day. This video tutorial has been so helpful and after doing all these exercises I have felt so much better.     This video is the best instruction manual. I purchased foam roller while back, but this is the first time I used it so well with this video, I am feeling better from the day 1.. I will add more comments as I see more results

    Oh my goodness this is life changer! My back has been hurting constantly for at least 3 weeks and nothing really helped, not even exercising for lower back pain but this helped me like immediately! Im so thankful I've bought the roller today and watched your video. I can't thank you enough ❤️

    I just started using a foam roller. I was just rolling up and down it like a fool. I started having muscule spasms so I did a Google search on the best ways to use a foam roller and found your video. It helped tremendously! Thank you so much!!!

    I suffer from Advanced Arthritis of the Lower Spine and bought my first foam roller last week. I am using the TriggerPoint Grid and used your instructions and thought these exercises worked great. I'm on fifth day using the foam roller and am noticing some subtle improvements. Thank you for this tutorial.

      OMG dude, same. I've been using this roller improperly..
      Plus it's a smaller than normal.

    I have used these routines for a few months now and I can say its helped me with my foam rolling. I also added some (other) routines but I can honestly say this has made a big difference. UA-cam algorithm has worked a treat to bring your video to me during lockdown in the UK. Thank you!

    Oh my god. I've been dealing with such intense back pain since pregnancy and postpartum. My job required hiking in the wilderness with 60+ lbs everyday, as well as sleeping on the ground for as long as a week consecutively. Financially, I didn't have the option to quit when I became pregnant, so I was still doing this at six months pregnant. Now my baby is 10 months, and nothing has helped relieve the back pain. I've been to chiropractors, massage therapist and experts in holistic medicine, but with no relief. Thanks to this video, I have finally found enough pain relief to begin exercising again. Thank you for sharing!! Also, you are beautiful, and I appreciate your calm energy as well as your explanations of both cause and results. It has been so helpful.

    I finished my yoga practice and realised terrible lower back pain, very strange as I'm very cautious about my lumbar spine.     As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

    Unbelievable! I have been in terrible pain for a couple of days. I have a high pain tolerance and it has been up to an eight. Your class brought me down to a one or two. In a matter of 15 minutes. That’s incredible. I think people would have to try this to believe it LOL!

      @@Kamishal Here is the link for the one I got. I got the 36" one. The medium density is hard enough to smash the muscle but soft enough to where it isn't extremely painful. I have 3 different ones and this one is my favorite hands down.

    Ngl I’ve had the worst back pain lately.. so I thought using a foam roller would be a good place to start. After searching about it I started to read so much about the dangers of foam rolling the lower back which made me a bit reluctant to trying it. Honestly after doing this routine once I felt so much relief. I will be continuing to follow this! Definitely recommend 🙌🏼☺️

    I tried the hip flexor rolling the other day because I've been extremely tight and suffering from very intense lower back & hip flexor pain (I'm 23 and I've had this pain since I was 15!). I rolled so intensely that I was literally sweating and seeing stars (don't worry, my PT used to do the same thing). But the next day: POOF! No hip or back pain! It's amazing what rolling can do! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO!! I feel SO much better!

    I have issues with L4/5 and L5/S1, this has caused problems in the hip and pelvis also. Every time I do this sequence, it helps me so much, its I cannot thank you enough for this video🥰It is better than any painkiller.     I been having back problems for a few years now due to my weight gains my lower back felt so tight and soreness on the hip whenever moved side ways. This foam roller routine helped me tremendously my hip and lower back felt so relieved. I can keep up with my daughter and pick her up whenever I need to now! Thanks for this really saved my life!

    Cannot thank you enough!
    Overall, I have back pain issues, but today I was walking a lot around the mall and at some point I couldn't walk anymore from the back pain. I got into a fitness shop and got the foam roller immediatetly - I thought my back would break into pieces.
    I feel like a brand new human now!

    This was such an informative and well put together foam roller session. I love my foam roller but it’s always so helpful to be reminded of placement and shown additional ways to use the foam roller. My piriformis and side glute were especially tight and I thought it was my lower back that was bothering me, crazy how connected the body really is!

    I injured my back in a fall. It’s slowly healing but there’s been ongoing pain and discomfort. This rolling routine has had the biggest impact on my rehab. I found rolling the periformis painful but extremely beneficial! Thank you so much for posting this video!

    I just bought a foam roller earlier today, do to bring tight in the hips and essentially everywhere else. This video has been very helpful with explaining different parts of the lower body and the different types of things you can do to stretch the lower body out. I’m excited to start my journey with a foam roller.
