    I like the way you teach. You are taking your time and doing it slowly and with lots of encouragement. I am 72 years old and i can follow it. You are rhe best instructor of them all.

    Ok I got lazy for a bit and I can feel it. This is absolutely my favorite stretch routine and I love the way I feel afterwards. I have to keep this going.

    Been doing your hips and butt floor workout daily and find this stretching video really helps afterwards . I really feel your talking and connecting with me personally on your workouts and its helping me keep motivated throughout covid 19.     There is a great deal of difference between butterfly at the beginning and in the end. I suffer from lower back pain all the time and this helps me a lot. Thank you Caroline :)

    I love your classes! I just discovered your classes and your meditation.

    I LOVE this video! I’m 47 and up for total right hip replacement surgery. My right femoral head has deteriorated and mobility in that hip is severely limited and painful. But I always see a difference in range after doing this video. I highly recommend it.

    This routine really emphasised how tight my hips are. Since my foot surgery I have difficulty walking on one foot and my hips have not been the same since. Your hip and PS stretches really help. I would love to have your level of flexibility Caroline 🧘, second best is doing your stretching routines and having a goal. Thanks for another great session.     Your workouts are total life-savers! I've got a stress fracture on left metatarsal which is driving me CRAZY as an active person. But thanks to you, I''m maintaining fitness, muscle tone and (I hope!) bone density as well as protecting my mental health. I've just started my day with 30 min chair cardio with dumbells, followed by 15 mins butt and thigh workout for balance, finishing with this stretch video and I feel ready to face the day and more positive.     I'm a classically trained dancer of 44 years but dance injuries and age have left my hips feeling on lock down most of the time. This video was AMAZING! My butterfly by the end was surprisingly more open and pain free compared to my butterfly at the beginning. Excellent stretches...thank you!

    Hi, Caroline, I just started exercising due to high cholesterol and I am alternating days between recumbent biking and beginners Pilates and finish each day with your stretching routines particularly this one because my hips are so tight. I am noticing that I am feeling a lot of tightness in my groins. Due you have a video specifically for groin stretching?     I didn’t notice a change in my range of motion but that is because my hips are extremely tight. I do know that these stretches worked because I felt a brief release in my hip tightness. Thank you for this video. I will be adding it to my daily stretching practice.

    Hello Caroline! I am a 38-year-old woman and have been exercising (yoga, fitness, swimming) on and off all my life. I have come across with your videos just recently and I love them! Your exercises are so to the point. For instance, I can see now that butterfly pose needs some warm-up. I thought it was my body which stopped me from bending forward while in the pose. Now I see, it is not that. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
