I LOVE this video! I’m 47 and up for total right hip replacement surgery. My right femoral head has deteriorated and mobility in that hip is severely limited and painful. But I always see a difference in range after doing this video. I highly recommend it.

But thanks to you, I''m maintaining fitness, muscle tone and (I hope!) bone density as well as protecting my mental health. I've just started my day with 30 min chair cardio with dumbells, followed by 15 mins butt and thigh workout for balance, finishing with this stretch video and I feel ready to face the day and more positive. I'm a classically trained dancer of 44 years but dance injuries and age have left my hips feeling on lock down most of the time. This video was AMAZING! My butterfly by the end was surprisingly more open and pain free compared to my butterfly at the beginning. Excellent stretches...thank you!

Hello Caroline! I am a 38-year-old woman and have been exercising (yoga, fitness, swimming) on and off all my life. I have come across with your videos just recently and I love them! Your exercises are so to the point. For instance, I can see now that butterfly pose needs some warm-up. I thought it was my body which stopped me from bending forward while in the pose. Now I see, it is not that. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

I didn’t notice a change in my range of motion but that is because my hips are extremely tight. I do know that these stretches worked because I felt a brief release in my hip tightness. Thank you for this video. I will be adding it to my daily stretching practice.

I do this routine every morning before my yoga & although sometimes I don’t feel it so much in my hips it always helps my lower back which always feels stiff! Thank you Caroline😁

I followed your sciatica 10 min routine for month and now I have developed coccyx pain. Trying to do stretching to ease this pain. Can you recommend targeted exercises? There are many routines for this because your other routine has helped me, would prefer your advise
