First off sorry for the ticking during the beginning of this video, I purchased a new mic and I didn't aware that it had issues until I have already completed this project.
I decided to create this video after being unable to find one online, so I hope this helps. I provided a list of parts that I would recommend replacing. Everything should be under $100 total.
When reinstalling the lower intake you will need a extra pair of hands to set the gasket for you. Cheers!

Nice man, thanks! I've been knowing I need to switch out my lower intake gasket due to it leaking and causing random misfires too. Seemed like a bugger to get to but you show that it's much easier than I thought.

Thank you....I'm really afraid to try this something is making everything shake in the front end they are saying its not any of the exhaust pipes this is tge next thing to look at uuuhhhgg!
My Haynes manual says to depressurize the fuel system before doing that. Did you, or do you feel that's unnecessary?
Hi, Do you need to put gasket sealant Like Permatex on the gaskets or does it not matter??
Did you have to de-pressurize the full rail before removing?
How on earth do I get a socket on those 2 15mm bolts. The fan shroud is in the way.
Did the money light come on with a misfire code from this problem?
The two bolts on back of manifold are 13mm.
I had a misfire code come up when I got my 2002 pt cruiser, so as a precaution I bought and replaced the coil with a china model ,, prob my mistake,,, anyways, when kicking down on the car to pass someone, it threw misfire code again, all 4 cyl... it didn't harm the performance or anything, I erased the codes,, its driving normal still yet, also ive noticed when I ride out a gear to long such as winding out 2, then later shift to 3, check engine will come on giving another code, any clues?
Tutorial was good up until the injectors. How do you get the fuel rail off? Couldn't find out anywhere so just put it back together and am hoping for the best. Just for future reference. Make sure you give how to tear down EVERYTHING. I can put it together myself and don't need to be told what to put back after taking it off. I need to know how to take EVERYTHING out.
