    Thank youuuuu.. I followed your recipe (I forgot the salt though) and successfully baked my bread using air fryer. This is very simple and tiredless recipe. The bread is so moist and smells good. Gonna try another recipes on your channel.. thank uuuuuu

    Can you make those with tomato and you know the green paste? Instead of ham cheese they put like green paste and it’s so yummy

      I know this is very old comment but want to tell you that I make a whole bunch and the next day we reheat them in the air fryer and yummmmm so good and crispy

      It can be cooked in air fryer, but baking temperature & time might need to be reduced.

    Hi! Always watching your vids and tried some already ☺️ i have a question lang po, hindi po ba interchangeable ang paggamit ng all purpose flour and bread flour? Most of your recipes used apf kahit na bread sya. Ano po ba difference sa outcome? Thank you!

      hi, interchangeable naman po but depende po kasi magkaiba sila ng absorption quality kaya nagkakaron ng difference sa dough consistency. My main concern po is for some countries po wala silang bread flour that's why I used APF more often kasi yun yung flour na commonly available & hindi mahirap hanapin, lalo na po for some of my followers na OFWs po or who are living abroad, mas convenient ang ingredients po para sa kanila or for anyone at any country☺️.

      Ang bread flour has higher protein than apf so mas mataas ang napproduce na gluten nya. Ang difference naman sa outcome is ang bread flour mas airy sya, soft & slightly chewy while apf have a little less chew but results will still be good & nagvavary rin talaga sa recipe para maachieve yung soft texture.😉

      Thank you so much po for replying! ❤️ I'm using a kneading machine kasi since hirap ako sa manual kneading.. 1st two tries ko using bread flour sticky masyado kapag finoform ko yung dough medyo nanlalaban hehe pero ok naman outcome. then yesterday nagtry ako using apf, hind sticky and naroll ko rin ng maayos yung dough akala ko perfect na pero hindi po umalsa. Possible kaya namatay yung yeast kasi mainit yung dough nung kinuha ko na sa mixer. By the way yung mily cheese rolls recipe nyo po yung ginagawa ko

    Tanong ko lang po .kung ilang days sya itatagal sa loob ng ref pag may hndi naluto ..balak ko po gumawa pero gusto ko e stock sa ref ang iba para kung gusto kumain niyan e lulutuin na lang..pwd po un?

      any low fat milk po. pwde rin evap milk but denser po sya so tendency na maging dense din ang dough so possible maadjust ng proprotion or measurement po.

      i've been using a sharp knife before but doesn't achieve a flawless cut unlike using a blade which is better for scoring or slashing the bread. if you are familiar with bread scorer / lame, a razor blade is also being attached there😉.
