Being consistent can be a challenge all its own. I love the fact that you all are just showing life with this way of eating. This helps me more than you know.. 😂😂 I’ve also been known to eat out of my stainless steel bowls! LOL
I am not big on challenges some just seem like old crazy diets like the cabbage soup diet. I just want to figure out my normal every day and what works. I did buy cans of sardines months ago but can't make myself eat them. 😅 absolutely loved this video happy 2024
I’m with you 2 KK’s on loving a meatzza! I make mine using a pound of Italian Sausage for the crust every Friday for supper. I use my air fryer though. I bought some silicone air fryer baskets and it works out perfect pressing it into the bottom. 400 for 8 mins, flip it then add sugar free pasta sauce, mushrooms,fennel seeds and onion’s, all topped with an Italian blend of cheeses 😋

I have found, for the most part, the neiche for me. I just want to stick with it.
I've never eaten at "just wing it". But does anybody know if they use bad seed oils? They're always sending a coupon to use from there. Probably just for first timers. I know I could just call there and ask them but I tend to not trust places to tell you the truth.

Hi guys, We have been using Keto Chow for a few years, we could not eat your ice cream recipe it hurt our teeth. And for the last year it’s has been real bad for my child’s teeth our doctor told me she needs to come in for cleanings every other month it was so bad. Last week when we went in for her appointment the doctor was very upset at how bad it was and said this is not good for her all the extra cleanings so often, she needs to stop the Keto Chow.
I have a little discoloration on my teeth but not like hers.
I would like to know how many other people in your audience have that problem.
I have over $400.00 worth of new sealed KC.
I contacted Keto Chow to see if I could return all the sealed not expired Keto Chow, they said no. Any suggestions what I can do with it? I need to recoup some of this expense.
It’s not just the creamys, we had to stop that 6 months ago. I have been baking with it chaffles, muffins, donuts, in taco’s in coffee, and on desserts.

What specifically about Keto Chow is the doctor saying is causing problems with your teeth? I know eating ice is bad for teeth and just about anything can stain teeth but I'd love to know their thoughts. I had 30k in dental work 2 years ago so I want to take care of it. As far as getting rid of it, I'd check out the keto Chow Facebook support group
The doctor said it is whatever chemicals they put in the keto Chow could be a reaction from her PH or reaction from it with our water. never had that problem before so was told to stop using KC!! I did all our baking with it. Now I will need to find something else. And I am stuck with all this KC.
I’m sorry I missed this. I was in the kitchen making the bacon cheeseburger casserole! Rachel, Joe, the wooden “tray” you moved & cut the pizza on is called a peel (piel spelling) I love those. I have 2! And I do have a pizza stone in my oven made of clay. Works great to crisp up the “crust”. (Dad owned a pizza place in my youth) BTW: your bacon cheeseburger casserole came out great!! 🥓🍔
January had me concentrating on “back to basics” & “consistency”. I’ve been about 60% on movement and 100% on keto. I feel best on keto. I love KC, yogurt, veg, blueberries, etc. I’ve broken my stall & am beginning to lose again. Yay! My plan for 2024 is to get my health back on check. I’ll keep you updated….😂😂

Yes. I love that even though you are Keto you are not dogmatic within it. I fluctuate between Keto/low carb and carnivore. 8 years and for majority of the time staying that way but I'm sort of done with doing the next thing/challenge. I'm also going back to my roots and working on my health and reducing my Lipedema.
I would really love to see if you can navigate a state fair situation. My husband and I love state fairs, county fairs, renaissance fairs etc but it’s very difficult without extreme fortitude to stay on track. We have recently moved to Florida and the state fair is coming. Any thoughts? Or have you done this and stayed on track?
That meatsa looked so good! I do that recipe regularly, but I always just put it into my 9 by 13 glass cake pan so I can double it. Good but never crispy. I now have a cast iron pan, so probably need to try that. Also about egg fast; Keto Twins overdosed on eggs doing that and are trying to be able to eat them again, so that can be an issue.

That looks delicious! I can’t eat a lot in one sitting lately. I could make 4 meals for myself off this. But even then, this would be a good amount of protein and fat per meal.
I could eat a taco bowl 3 times a week. I stopped making resolutions, too. My main goal is to work on being more consistent. I struggle a lot with consistency.
Can Joe list the different ground beef flavors? You and others have said that many bbq seasonings/sauces have sugar.

Put a rubber band or hair tie on the knob of the propane stove. When you turn it on put the band on your wrist. It is a reminder to turn it off and replace the band back on the knob.

I just use a large baking sheet and square it off and cook in the oven. Yours looked fabulous with all your toppings. Happy New Year again.

I don’t like Citrus Splash at all. It tastes like medicine to me. I can drink the Mondo Melon, but I really like the Zesty Orange, Endless Summer, & Booyah Berry. I haven’t tried the Chocolate & Caramel yet.
