Hello! Let's get fit and sweatyyyyy... I would love to know, did you do the high impact or low impact version? ❤🔥☺
I did the low impact version. Unfortunately a spinal specialist and ortho doctor told me to do only low impact workouts because of degenerative disc/spinal issues and arthritis in one knee😢. Still had to do some modifications with the lunge moves because of my knee. Thank you for doing low impact workouts! I was still sweaty. Your low impact but variation and still calorie burning options are what drew me to your channel.
Oh and mostly the low impact for me
I did a mix of low and high impact! Thank you for adding a warm up and cool down!

This was a great workout and I did a combination of high and low impact during the cardio portions. One thing is the description describes a 30sec test but it was 15 sec so this was a real cardio workout ! Love your workouts!
