    I've been doing this little workout after I have done a session on the rowing machine. Can certainly feel it.

    Great workout! Had to replace the windmills because I usually end up with lower back/side pain and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with my form lol.. Thank you, Roxanne :)

      Great work Brittanya 😃 It’s perfectly fine to substitute exercises to accommodate for any injuries or discomfort. Always remember to try the movement with low resistance first to execute the technique correctly 👌🏼

      Try a lighter weight and focus your mind on the abs and how they are working during each exercise! ☺️🙌🏼
