My favorite holiday fabric, when I can find it, is stretch velvet with embroidery. Velvet is very dressy and when it's embroidered, it just ups the party.

Thanks for inspiration videos. I am sewing up a royal blue wrap front shirt from a Burda pattern for New Year’s Eve. I sewed up a lined, knit shirt last year with a “glitter” fabric and have since vowed never to sew with glitter fabric again 😮. Sparkle EVERYWHERE 😅. THANKS again Mo 😊

I enjoy sewing with sequins. It makes whatever you’re sewing pop. I also like crushed velvet, the texture add a little something to any outfit.
