He is legit, I do nearly those same kind of workouts and the results are miraculous fast. I got ripped in just 12 weeks and gained 17 pounds of muscle. Now I’m down to 5.3% of body fat. Yes this man is legit, I’m also near his height at 5’11”. it’s a perfect height for bodybuilding.

U need to train biceps basically in 3 positions. Shortened, lengthened and middle. Just do one exercise for each. Another thing is u need a ton of different exercises or sets. I usually do 6 MAX SETS for biceps and I will grow more than anyone doing 10-12 or more sets
