    Starting over after falling off the exercise routine. So good to walk with you again. Found your news videos while scrolling yesterday and learned that Aiko and I are the same age. What an inspiration you are today with the jogging at the end. You are ahead of me, but I will do my best to catch up. I really like the extra photos in the corner--the hot dog stand and the two of you at the mall. Such fun. You had me laughing with you. April, what a wonderful daughter you are for moving back to spend this time with your mom. We all are blessed by your together routines!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Well, I enjoyed the slow pace of the movements. Going slow actually uses more muscle because there’s no momentum. Your videos are the most “real” and personal. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us ❤

    April and Aiko, when I first discovered your channel during the lockdown I could barely keep up with you on a five minute indoor walk. Several years later I just did this 20 minute indoor walk with you and barely got out of breath! Persistence and baby steps. Thank you so much for these workouts. You are truly appreciated.❤

    Congratulations April and Aiko, on such a well-executed video for balance along with cardio and strength training. This video is right on for us who are in need of working on our balance and even those of us who can complete routines on a daily basis.     Thanks for another lovely session - we have been experiencing torrential rain the Western Cape and no opportunity to get into my normal walking patterns . This channel is a godsend. Thank You.
    Just a tip for anybody who gets confused with the Opposite Arm/Opposite Leg concept - it is no different from how you walk - just walk normally and swing your arms and you will see what I mean - and then get into to the refinement of the specific exercise.

    I realized tonight I was a little sore from yesterday’s workout, and I spent too much time on my laptop today,so I found a workout that’s not too long or too strenuous that made me feel much better. Thanks, I could do this workout every day.

    Another good workout this evening. Just the right pace for me. Nice combination of movements and reps. Had to use my asthma meds prior to workout but successfully completed. Now I'm going to go look for tomorrow's workout possibilities. Thanks again.

    April 3, 2024: I tried this one for the first time this morning. I had watched it before trying it, so I knew that you suggested the possibility of using light weights with it somewhere in the middle. I used 3-lb. dumbbells all the way through (except for warmup and cooldown) and modified the arm movements slightly during some of the exercises to accommodate the use of weights. I did a slow, high march for the "free style" exercise, raising opposite arms/opposite legs. I got good and dewy, and felt a good sense of accomplishment when I completed it! 😅👍

    This was a great addition to the 20-min full body weight resistance video! I love combing two of your shorter workouts - helps me feel like I did a little more for my whole body! Aiko was cracking me up too and made this truly a Fun Friday after work exercise routine - now I just want to know what she’s thinking when she breaks out into a grin while exercising. Maybe in future videos you can add “thought bubble” images for Aiko! 💡🌟

    Not very difficult, BUT...I felt the effectiveness of the balance routines. They made me realize that my independent balance exercises as well those in full routines have truly made me feel confident when walking or navigating either in my daily routine or in outside terrain. The entire workout was absolutely great: just the kind I truly enjoy. Thank you both. Missed Mochi...Anastasia

    Just finished doing this 20 minute walk. Earlier I had been out for an outside walk and total steps so far are 6709, 82 minutes and 2.64 miles

    I tried incorporate weights in as many of these videos as possible even if they don’t call for weights I have 3 pounds and water bottles and I used both during this exercise so when we got to the windmill park, my arms were more tired than they would’ve been otherwise
