Thanks for another lovely session - we have been experiencing torrential rain the Western Cape and no opportunity to get into my normal walking patterns . This channel is a godsend. Thank You. Just a tip for anybody who gets confused with the Opposite Arm/Opposite Leg concept - it is no different from how you walk - just walk normally and swing your arms and you will see what I mean - and then get into to the refinement of the specific exercise.

I realized tonight I was a little sore from yesterday’s workout, and I spent too much time on my laptop today,so I found a workout that’s not too long or too strenuous that made me feel much better. Thanks, I could do this workout every day.

April 3, 2024: I tried this one for the first time this morning. I had watched it before trying it, so I knew that you suggested the possibility of using light weights with it somewhere in the middle. I used 3-lb. dumbbells all the way through (except for warmup and cooldown) and modified the arm movements slightly during some of the exercises to accommodate the use of weights. I did a slow, high march for the "free style" exercise, raising opposite arms/opposite legs. I got good and dewy, and felt a good sense of accomplishment when I completed it! 😅👍

Not very difficult, BUT...I felt the effectiveness of the balance routines. They made me realize that my independent balance exercises as well those in full routines have truly made me feel confident when walking or navigating either in my daily routine or in outside terrain. I tried incorporate weights in as many of these videos as possible even if they don’t call for weights I have 3 pounds and water bottles and I used both during this exercise so when we got to the windmill park, my arms were more tired than they would’ve been otherwise

Just a tip for anybody who gets confused with the Opposite Arm/Opposite Leg concept - it is no different from how you walk - just walk normally and swing your arms and you will see what I mean - and then get into to the refinement of the specific exercise.

April 3, 2024: I tried this one for the first time this morning. I had watched it before trying it, so I knew that you suggested the possibility of using light weights with it somewhere in the middle. I used 3-lb. dumbbells all the way through (except for warmup and cooldown) and modified the arm movements slightly during some of the exercises to accommodate the use of weights. I did a slow, high march for the "free style" exercise, raising opposite arms/opposite legs. I got good and dewy, and felt a good sense of accomplishment when I completed it! 😅👍

This was a great addition to the 20-min full body weight resistance video! I love combing two of your shorter workouts - helps me feel like I did a little more for my whole body! Not very difficult, BUT...I felt the effectiveness of the balance routines. They made me realize that my independent balance exercises as well those in full routines have truly made me feel confident when walking or navigating either in my daily routine or in outside terrain. I tried incorporate weights in as many of these videos as possible even if they don’t call for weights I have 3 pounds and water bottles and I used both during this exercise so when we got to the windmill park, my arms were more tired than they would’ve been otherwise
