I get asked how to sharpen Milwaukee Big Hawg hole saws and Diablo hole cutters. Sharpening and reusing dull hole saws is actually pretty simple and quick with the right tool. It takes less than 60 seconds to sharpen most hole saws, espcially those with just 3 to 6 carbide teeth.
