So, no jig to get the angle exact? Probably just fine for a circular saw blades.
I don't have a jig made for it, however after a guy gets the hang of it, it's pretty simple and quick.
How long do these sharpening wheels last
They should last a guy a long time. I don't have an exact number because I haven't worn one out yet (and I've sharpened a lot of blades). My CNC grinder uses similar electroplated grinding wheels that turn at 30k+ rpm and those last for years. It's where I got the idea to use electroplated grinding wheels.

Yes, both the steel and carbide versions. Look at the steel version, it will need to be sharpened at to angles per tooth.

I hear it can sharpen drill bits too it would be neat to see a demonstration of sharpening each blade frome a recip saw. A circ saw. A drill bit etc would be nice if it was a little more protected for throwing around the jobsite like having the battery mounted solid onto the frame etc so the wired arent getting damaged

Question: Any way you can make a roller / grinder for bimetal sawzall blades? I own a plumbing company and use a ton of sawzall blades for cutting PVC. Don’t use the carbide ones that much since they are so expensive and a good bimetal blade can do the job or we break out the angle grinder.
It depends upon how tiny the teeth are and if the have a forward rake to them. If you really want to save a ton of money on blades, buy the carbide blades and our sharpener with a diamond side wheel grinder. Once you discover how easy and quickly you can sharpen carbide blades, you'll probably never want to go back to bi-metal. You can get a lot of life out of carbide. What adaptor used to power this thing? 120VAC or hack into an 18V battery?
We have adapters for all major cordless tool battery brands. There isn't a 120v option at this point.
Sharpened 10 holes saws today ranging from 1" to 4" in less than 10 minutes. These were hole saws that I was thinking about discarding. Just this offset the cost of the sharpener

I really like the idea of all the different things it can do and I'll report back here after testing mine. I hate stopping work to go buy blades. If it saves me from that just a handful times, then that alone is totally worth the cost.
Recommend not starting in the middle like that. You'll lose track of where you're at. Also, you nicked one pretty bad. That tooth will die a quick death with that weak point. Don't forget to touch up the sides too
