  • This breathing technique balances the left and the right brain hemispheres; brings better clarity to the mind; restores harmony and calms the mind. It is beginner friendly. Children can try this too.
    You may adjust the length of the inhalation to a comfortable pace that is relaxing for you at the moment moment.
    There should not be any strain or discomfort when doing this breathing technique. Always listen to your body and stop anytime you feel like. You can always come back to it at another time.
    Caution: Do not do this if your nose is blocked.
