i am dealing with they same problem the doctor already tried everything they could because the pain its never go my blood urine teat it came all normal they make ultrasound but didnt find anything but i tried everyone conviences that i had a pain but no one believes me even the doctor they think maybe i am lot of stress but i know my self that there’s something wrong l,until we requested to have MRI and 2weeks later the doctor finally found that i had they same probleme to you
You know that is not a primary cause. You don't just get sludge. It's a downstream affect. Are you taking anything to help dissolve the sludge. Are you taking bile salts, magnesium? Do you have enough HCL in your gut. How is your liver? Do you have parasites? So many things to be looking into.
On my mom's case she built up sludge because she had poor ejection factor her gallbladder just wasn't good at pushing bile out. So it accumulated this is a common cause of this issue.
Agree, Jackie. She needs to get to the root cause, not just treat the symptoms. For example, high levels of estrogen (which birth control causes) can result in sludge. Which is highly likely in her case since she developed ovarian cancer...
Hey Virginia, I had the same diagnosis years ago(2016) and the same excruciating pains for hours at a time. My sludge and pain went away when I stopped eating high (bad)fat foods and dairy. I had already stopped eating red meats in 2005. I haven’t had that pain since 2017 because I stopped eating dairy foods and high in bad fats. I lost weight and felt good.. I ate fruits and vegetables and drank lots of water. (It was definitely a journey figuring out which foods to eat and not to eat) since COVID, I slowly started back eating poorly and my calcium and cholesterol numbers are getting high. I’m was thinking what happened? I didn’t connect it with gall sludge. When I was listening to you talk about the same symptoms I had, I am motivated to start back on my healthy eating before the sludge come back. I researched a few yrs ago and apparently if you get your gallbladder is removed, you can still have the pain **so I chose to eat better. I’m 54 and do not want that pain again. Thanks for sharing!
@@virginiamoso6553 Hey hiiii, I hope you and your family members are doing well! I have also suffering from gallbladder sludge issue. So, can you help me on that. How can I heal my gallbladder with the help of diet. Because I have already changed my regular diet. I have using green leafy vegetables, fruits and brown rice in my daily routine food anything else add??
I had gallbladder attack for 13 days while staying at a B&B. There we are breakfastand dinner. The last day i went in the kitchen and saw ALL the cookware was teflon. They even fried in teflon. Once I left that place the pain stopped. Years later Iate at a friend’s house and she forgot I cannot eat food cooked on non stick pans ..... sure enough I got another attack, felt like I ate a stone and could not eat for 2 days. In Italy doctors used To give a digestive liquor called fernet branca and that would stop the attack. I grow my food and have no bad habits. Only have this issue with non stick pans
that is so interesting...i heard somewhere that theres a toxin called graphine oxide in that non stick material for pans...you are obviously very sensitive to it and your liver cant cope...ive got the sludge it comes back around everytime i start eating chocolate cheese yogurt and butter again... so i go back to low fat its a cycle im living with..
I have gall sludge!! I just had a baby 3 months ago and was told its a result of pregnancy hormones (in my situation) it is also affecting my liver enzymes so its very scary!! I changed my diet, my exercise routines, purified my water, and stopped using hygiene products that have heavy metals in them. I've already seen a change as I do not have the same pains as I used to and my mental clarity has improved so much as well... hopefully my liver enzyme levels have improved, i will find out in two weeks or so! You're not alone! its definitely scary but you are not alone in this!!
Dont get it removed try the holistic approach....your gallbladder is there for a reason...your body needs it. I just did a fast and since then my gallbladder has been acting up...im planning to cleanse it...but this little guy has been giving me hell....bile and discomfort. . .wish u healing.
Thank you for sharing this about you Virginia :) I am 43, have never had any health issues...and have only just felt the pains of this! was in hospital for two days and nights because it was soo bad... I have lost a good bit of weight over time, am healthy, exercise regularly (gym) and eat pretty healthy... when they did an ultrasound and told me it was gallbladder sludge .. I had no idea... but have since been on an extra low fat diet... and its not been bad at all... only had slight discomfort 3 nights ago that wasnt painful... but i think on this particular occasion, it was because i ate my meals 2.5 hours apart rather than 3.5 hours... so taking it easy on the digestive system... I dont really want to have my gallbladder taken out either but still have an appointment with a surgeon/specialist in August to make a plan.. in case it comes back or gets worse... still I wouldnt make this decision lightly... For now, ive pretty much cut out most full fat cheese, full cream milk and no peanut butter in my protein shakes... For how the pain feels... i'd liken it to a massive punch in the diaphragm, it did get sore and made me hurl a few times... Feel for all who have this!
thank you Stach for sharing your journey! i'm hearing from a lot of individuals that its been a long process just to get a diagnosis and then trying to figure out how to manage the symptoms without removal of the gallbladder. best of luck!!! 🧡
I got diagnosed with sludge last week. my doc suggested lots and lots of water, diluted apple juice and stay away from fried/greasy food. I’ve been reading some books and they are good but sometimes conflicting even their own advice. But I think overall lots of veggies, no sugar or processed foods and lean protein. I would like to know if anyone has reversed their sludge as I am terrified of surgery!
hi, yes i also feel like like the reason why all the advice has been conflicting is because there could not be enough information on the sludge. but i would also like to know if anyone has reversed it.
Omg finally a comment that makes sense. I’ve been navigating this. I’m staying away from fats and red meat. I also am starting to drink apple cider vinegar before eating.
I am going through this now with the gallbladder sludge. I take TUDCA, it had many health benefits, please research TUDCA….it thins the sludge and make it easier to drain among other benefits. I ordered mine off of Amazon, blessings
Yes, I take TUDCA too... morning and night. It even stops the pain after I take it. I learned a lot from a UA-cam channel called "Kick It Naturally", the guy is so knowledgeable!
Check out dr eric berg here on youtube in case you haven't already. Purified bile salts and some lifestyle changes are the answer to gallbladder sludge. Removing the gallbladder should not be considered unless the stones are too big to dissolve. Wish everyone full recovery.
Berg's video is one of the few that gives a specific suggestion on what to do to fix the sludge. But when I tried bile salts, it just gave me diarrhea (which I don't need cuz intestines can't absorb the important nutrients from food if it passes through you that quickly (especially the important fat soluble vitamins). And also, Dr Berg says that saturated fats is what triggers the release of bile and keeps your bile flowing; he says a LOW fat diet is what causes the bile to sit in the gallbladder for too long (cuz it isn't needed for digesting carbs, just fats) so it becomes over-concentrated and becomes sludge. So personally, I'm back to not knowing what to eat... Low fat like the mainstream doctors say? Or eat saturated fats to get the bile to flow again? I'm not sure. I'd love to hear others' body reactions to both of these categories of food.
@@SusanaATX Bile salts gave me diarhhea too!! This is a massive wall of text but it's what I've learned so far, please definitely let me know if I'm missing anything!! I'm trying to dissolve gallbladder sludge and possibly stones (haven't been diagnosed yet but fit all criteria.) Has anyone used TUDCA for this purpose? From what I've researched, these three are the combination to use: 1. TUDCA and/or Bile Acids - three times daily after meals 2. Enteric Peppermint or Rowachol -three times daily before meals 3. Magnesium - nightly (to help relieve pressure on bile duct) I'm about to begin taking those three consistently each day. I've tried Chancra Piedra, Milk Thistle and Artichoke Extract but sadly didn't feel much of a difference with any of those. Thank you so much for any possible advice or supplement recommendations! Also, here is an incredible study of how patients dissolved their gallstones using the combination above for a year or two. As you know, the medical system only recommends surgery, which I really want to avoid! "Thirty patients with radiolucent stones in a radiologically functioning gall bladder were treated for up to two years with a combination of Rowachol (one capsule twice daily), a mixture of cyclic monoterpenes, and chenodeoxycholic acid (7.0-10.5 mg/kg/day)."
I'm in the same boat where I think the gallbladder issue is affecting my stomach. I've tried many UA-cam suggestions and nothing has worked so far. Flare ups are weird, it could be something as simple as an onion, but not every time. I could eat onions 3 days straight with no issues, suddenly 4th day bam flare up. Or 1 day it doesn't like spicy foods, but normally ok.
Has anyone actually proven the benefits of tudca or other bile salts. Has anyone gotten ultrasound images that the sludge was drained and did not come back.
I know so many people that have removed their gallbladder, they are a 100 por cent better, don’t have any issues whatsoever. They eat every thing, and they tell me it was the best decision they made. I’m having issues as well since a year ago, having an appointment tomorrow, if a have mine removed I will can back and let you guys know.
I was diagnosed a few weeks ago. My GI said to eat fruits and vegetables light on meats NO dairy, and only use Olive Oil. Also use a heat pad on low setting over the abdomen at night. Drink warm lemon water and walk. We will see where we go from there. Also I was told if we don't get rid of this Sludge this can turn to Gall Stones. I am dairy, gluten and refined Sugar free. Blackberries are great as is other fruits. Eat slow and small portions. Meat really bothers me, I must confess I do very small bits of organic meats. ;) I hope pray we all get this moving and out of our bodies.
Thanks for being so open about your issues. I too had cancer, but melanoma. Had part of my right ear removed. I decided to call my self, biggy small. Just kidding about the name. I started to have pain in the right upper abdomen. They did an ultrasound and I found out I had sludge in my gallbladder. I immediately, pictured my oil pan when changing oil on my car. What the heck? Thank you again. It’s great to hear from people that are going through the same things you are going through. I love how you incorporated God in your healing. God Bless, fellow sludger .
@@goddessjocelynenergy Did you go somewhere to get the enema or diy? If diy how much do you use and does it have to be weak or strong? They told me I had sludge balls..Wth? Have know idea if that's the same as sludge or worse!
I know this is kind of an old video and I never comment but THANK YOU. It’s so easy to find info about gallbladder stones and stuff but even at the doctor I hardly got any information that was helpful regarding sludge (lol). Anyway, it feels lonely because no one knows what it is and there’s not a lot out there. And I’m with you- I’d like to keep my gallbladder thanks!! So I love this and can’t wait to watch the update video.
Just seen this whilst looking for bile duct sludge. I had my gallbladder removed in emergency surgery 4yrs ago and now get the same pain symptoms under my right rib cage regularly and often get bad liver enzyme test results when this happens. Removing the gallbladder does not necessarily stop sludge developing in the bile duct and this is what they have found is happening to me. One doc suggested taking bile salts but as these are sourced from bulls! not for me. Having listened to your story maybe diet is the way to go to see if this reduces the pressure on the liver and pancreas that bile sludge can result in.
Probably because the underlying causes were not addressed, and the body adapted to gallbladder removal by creating a pseudo gallbladder using the ducts.
Chanca Piedra cured me of this! We need our gallbladder or we will not have it there to release the bile that the liver produces. I was in really bad pain but two tbsp 3 times a day worked for me.
I got diagnosed with sludge in April and no one mentioned it to me at the emergency and sent me away telling it’s just a small corpus luteum cyst....!!!!! Back to now severe abdomen pain and back at the emergency and the sludge has turned into small multiple stones!!!!! Waiting to see my doctor!!!! Thank you for this peppy video....really appreciate it:)🙏🙏👌🙌
I've had GB Sludge for years. Had Hep C but am still cured 10 years post treatment. I recently stopped ALL seed oils and use only butter. I listen to a lot of natural practitioners and functional medicine specialist on you tube. They say you need your GB to properly digest fats which are good. So, it doesn't really hurt. I'm afraid to do the oil drinking to get the sludge to move because it can precipitate an acute attack and you end up in surgery. So I'm doing exercises, drinking lots of water, smoothies with BB, ground flaxseed, broccoli , and collegen...... Praying for all with health probs....if only our "gov" would clean up our food supply.
Do you take it before you eat or after? I have 10 mm stones and don’t want my gallbladder removed yet until I attempt to make some changes with my diet. My doctor did not show me the ultrasound results other than recommending me to remove it. 😥
I was diagnosed last week. I had a HIDA scan today and my gallbladder is functioning fine. I just have the sludge. I too don’t want it out. But I’m now trying to figure out where to go from here to help the symptoms. So far I don’t have a ton of pain but I have nausea/vomiting and diarrhea constantly after eating. I have 4 young kids. I don’t have time for this 🤦🏼♀️
"So far I don’t have a ton of pain but I have nausea/vomiting and diarrhea constantly after eating." That is way over the threshold of wait and see. Please see the DR about getting it pulled. I had one attack and a sludge diagnoses and will see the Gastro on the 24th. If you have too wait I eat chicken, rice, fish, wheat bread, nuts, and turkey and haven't had a attack since, knock on wood.
I got one better... I was told, " You have one small gallstone and your gallbladder has sludge balls in it." I beg your pardon what did you say?...Sludge balls!? What is that and how do I get rid of them.😲😬
I'm dealing with sludge and inflammation. Gallbladder hurts ALL the time. Even a low/no fat diet isn't helping anymore, everything triggers an attack. My liver enzymes are super elevated as well now. Hoping to see a surgeon soon.
Me, diagnosed with GB Sludge+Stones after a deadly attack while I was asleep at 2am. I was in pain for a week, pains subsided around 4th day. If I ever get that attack again (knockOnwood) i won’t have second thoughts of getting this gallbladder of mine out 😬 that’s going on almost 2 years ago…
@@alsheeqa3935 watchful eating. Will be 4 years now this November and still have my gallbladder. I’ve been religiously taking apple cider vinegar since my 2019 attack. I casually mix it with my apple cider juice. It becomes a habit and I can’t believe I’m loving the taste of it since day 1.
I am going through this now. I went to the ER 3 times in a month due to random nausea and stomach pains, mostly upper abdomen. Finally one ER doctor decided to do 2 ultra sounds and a CT scan with contrast of my whole abdomen. The ER doctor came back and said I had some gall slude. That explaines the green I leave behind in the bathroom. But now I know what it is and my next step in diet change.
This sounds exactly like what I’m going through right now. Dairy, gluten, wheat, eggs, Nightshade foods, lettuce, garlic and onions all trigger me. I’m currently going through another flare up after eating lots of junk due to stress of being postpartum and moving house, but each flare up is getting worse. I was thinking stones but it’s not as painful as some of the videos of watching about stones describe so I’m thinking sludge!
Hi! I got diagnosed with this 6 years ago and it comes and goes but I've had 5 children and every time Im in early pregnancy or, postpartum, or basically hormonal changes I have a flare up, so that could explain your postpartum flareup. Hope you feel better soon!

Your story almost same as mine I had cervical cancer had my cervix removed. I'm vegan since birth so eat really well. But during lock down I started my menapouse and that's when my digestive issues began. Had every test dine all tests scans and bloods came back normal but I still had this pain in my side like something pushing against me like you I thought was a tuma cancer but notice it woukd get worse when I ate bread or crap foods when I went back to fully raw wouldnt hurt . My right should also hurt so much. I did a ten day water fast and for nearly a year the pain went away. Then it came back and I'd gained lots weight and my belly was swollen. I gave up sugar and bread pasta everything nice. Can't eat anything now only fresh fruit and veg salads. Nothing hot hot or any wheat or gluten defiantly nothing freed. I now do 3 days in week of fasting. I also drink a glass of 1 lemon 1 table spoon of olive oil 1 table spoon of Apple cider vinegar at night. Also your poop is yellow or fluffy with gallbladder sludge and if you lay on one side the sludge goes to the side you Kay on so there's no getting away from it. It also feels like you got lots big bubble in your tummy. Great stuff . I got mine cos I have no thyroid and when my menapouse hit me it today messed my hormone and made my hashimotos worse. Gallbladder issues are often connected to the thyroid so get your thyroid checked
Hey Virginia, I loved your video. I was experiencing exactly the same thing. After 5 yrs of dealing with the sludge and gallbladder attacks finally had mine removed this past week. I'm so happy I didn't wait any longer to get it removed because at 43 yrs of age it was painful enough of a recovery I can't image doing it 50 or 60. It took many visits to fiquare my issue out. Slug can cause inflammation and other major problems.
I was diagnosed today, and I am only 18!! I don't want my gallbladder removed :(, it's not that painful for me. I am quite healthy, I exercise a lot, I do track and weightlifting, but I am so sad that I was diagnosed with this.
I had sludge in my gallbladder when I was 20 and it eventually cleared itself out. Once I was told it would not kill me, I was like , I can live with it. If it had gotten worse, then I would have considered getting my gallbladder removed. I’m 50 now and just got my gallbladder checked because I feel like I have sludge in it again. I will know in a few days, and I will let u know. Since you are young, it will probably clear on its own, of course I am not a doctor, so always follow your doctors advice. If u are not comfortable with your doctors opinion, seek a second opinion. Thank you for sharing this. I was just diagnosed with gallbladder sludge & my GI Dr referred me to a surgeon & she said it’s best to get my gallbladder removed because the sludge will always come back or get worse. How have you been managing ?
After removing gallbladder you can have new problems. Maybe it is worth to try bile salts and other recommendations (you can find quite a lot, I like especially recommendations provided by Dr. Berg).
I’ve just had my gallbladder removed on Saturday after years and years of pain and a diagnosis of biliary sludge. I’m uncomfortable but nothing I can’t manage.. I was having constant flair ups and it was controlling my life I’m hoping this is the end of my pain now.
Hi Memz, sorry to hear about your gb pain and the surgery you had to undergo to remove it. Do you mind sharing how you are felling now after removing the gb? Have an appointment in August with a surgeon to find out more in case if I have to remove it. Tks
At 45 i thought i had ulcer and it was close, they found the lining of my stomach super inflamed and friable, which i found means it bled a bit when they touched it w scope. I am like you, i changed my diet and i dont see ever going back. For 45 years i ate what i wanted lol...no desire to change. But now its like i never want to be in as bad as shape as i am trying to dig my way out of lol. Cant even drink a cup of coffee or stronger lemon water wo horrible nausea. I may not go back to that either but that is one thing i think i will eventually when my stomach is healed enough.
Gosh, it is real Gall bladder sludge, someone else who suffers from it , Mine started January 2021 it driving me mad I've had X amounts of tests to see what's causing it now going down for an endoscopy to see why my gall bladder tubes are enlarged on an ultra scan examination. I found a few points interesting in your video, food sets mine off too normally dairy like yourself brings it on. I'm Gluten & lactose sensitive I do normally follow a strict gluten lactose diet, however, every now and again I cheat on foods from the fridge late at night especially cheeses, Just had a telephone call from the hospital to cancel my procedure till back end of February now or early March, I was having it done next week. just wish my pain would go away, Thank you Virginia for caring and sharing your experience with this dreaded illness X
I have that -it's found on the HIDA SCAN, murphy's score sign too must be positive. I don't have stones. I got diagnosed in March of 2018. They want to remove my GB. I am not so sure it's the right thing for me.
I’m so happy I found your post. Nothing but devine intervention. Thanksgiving day at the dinner table there was an audible pop on my left side. My son heard it and asked me if I was ok. That pop burn so bad I stopped eating. After that I thought whatever was wrong has passed. A month later something was interfering with my ability to eat. I just couldn’t get food in. Satiey happen so fast then I would be hungry in an hour. Finally went to the emergency room and I thought I had herniated my diaphragm but the doctor said it was my stomach. CT scan #1 said all was well. Ultrasound everything looks normal. MRI results, you have gallbladder SLUDGE. I can’t sleep on my left side or do any long distance walking because the morning aggravates the sludge holding organ 😣 My results came in the mail and no doctor follow up or guidance. I just got diagnosed with gallbladder sludge. Doctor just gave me Ursodeoxycholic acid (2 x 250mg every after dinner). He said if not treated it can transform into gallstones which will require it to be removed. I was surprised I got sludge in my GB eventhough I don’t eat red meat (only chicken and fish) and I am very active as in I do triathlon and join races pre covid. One of the reasons as a possible cause of gb sludge that I read is when an overweight person abruptly lose weight. I was becoming a “couch potato” recently especially this holiday season and was having less and less of exercise. I am still observing if the medication my doctor gave me will work. I don’t want my gallbladder to be removed as well. :(

Hi there, I was diagnosed with gallbladder sludge about three weeks ago after having upper right abdominal pain under my ribs, that at times seems to wrap around my side and upper back while also having some midsection pain in my abdomen and horrible heartburn/chest pain. After two rounds of bloodwork and an ultrasound they were able to confirm that it was mild mobile gallbladder sludge with no infection. I am scheduled for a HIDA scan in two weeks to see the function of my gallbladder and my G.I. doc says if it’s not functioning as it should we can opt to remove my gallbladder. My question is, Did you experience any chest pain or heartburn along with midsection abdominal pain as well? Also, have you found a diet that seems to work in terms of food that will not aggravate the pain and sludge?
Ya all grains contains sugars but limit their consumption and opt for whole grains. No refined sugars! And also include olive oil in your daily diet and take organic apple cider vinegar with water early in the morning on empty stomach.
Great video, im dealing with some sludge also. Seems like it brings on anxiety also when it acts up. How about you. Love your testimony about the Lord, that is key
That means you have a Vagus / Phrenic nerve problem. Vagus nerve controls all digestive and breathing functions (parasympathetic system) stuff that's automatic. do you get any dull buzzing sensations along the right side of your upper back between the shoulder blade as well? people with compromised/weak vagul tone are more susceptible to anxienty/ nervousness and usually have stomach/digestive issues also. see a good chiropractor who may be able to help you improve nerve conduction to those organs. the nerves control EVERYTHING in the body!
yess i used non GMO soya Lechethin its a fat emulsifyer it breaks down the fat ty sludge into liquid then you excrete it in your urine...I take six big capsules with loads of water half an hour before every meal and Ive just ordered some bile salts to get the bile flowing again and apple cider vinegar in diluted apple juice with a lemon squeezed into It does work too if you cut out fried fatty foods also but as soon as I go back to eating too much butter, cheese, chocolate, cream, yogurt, fried potato and fatty chicken lamb or beef it comes back.. best to eat lots of steamed broccli cabbage and cauliflower salads and lean fish or chicken. have oat or soya milk instead of dairy x
Yep going through the same thing same symptoms on top of that I'm suffering with anxiety don't know what's worse so like you doing the health thing total green hope you heal soon (x)
@@cacistefanovik6887 yes! I had to eat a low fat diet and it finally stopped hurting. Plus ginger is good for it so I started taking ginger supplements.
I’m glad I found your video. It help a lot to see that im not the only one going through this. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years now. Going from doctor to doctor and not finding anything wrong was really frustrating. Finally las year I changed my doctor and he send me with different group of doctors to do all types of test. Finally told me I have gall bladder sludge. Same like you I was like “ the hell?” He also mention that I had an over active bladder. Don’t know if they told you that as well. I had an appointment for surgery on August 6 (in two weeks). I was so happy until they called today and told me that the hospital is having issues with my insurance company. So now I won’t be getting anything done. It’s so stressful to think that I will continue with this pain. Fortunately I came across your video. I have never heard of anti inflammatory foods. As I’m think about it I’m thinking the cancellation of my surgery was a blessing in disguise. I really didn’t want to have my bladder removed but they never explain any other options. I hope that the changes that you do make you feel better and maybe help others out as well.
thank you so much for sharing your story!! although i'm sorry it's been such a long journey and process. hoping for the best and wishing you the most luck as you continue on your journey! ❤️
You are the real world female version of Dr. John Dorian. Annoying, in so many ways. Can't get to the point. Can't stay on task. Overly emotional. Goofier than a box of Disney cookies. And incredibly helpful and caring to total strangers. Thank you, Virginia. Thank you very much. I've been depressed, despondent, and in a downward spiral on the verge of giving up. You have helped me tremendously. I have every symptom you described and have had many of the same tests run with no diagnosis. I am so grateful I found this video. I am so grateful I now have hope again. I am so grateful I have direction, and a plan for moving forward. God used you and your personality to help me - and I am certain I am not the only one. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. God bless you and yours.
Hi my name is Lisa and I’m a gallbladder sludge-o-holic🤣 Sorry I had to find some humor bc this past Friday I got my results from a cat scan done due to me having chronic pain on each of my sides and dealing with kidney and bladder infections more on than off since March 🤦🏼♀️ The results, I have cysts on both kidneys and gallbladder sludge😞 This was a curve ball to me!! The cysts I have I feel were brought on by the hormone pellets (I did some research) As for the gallbladder sludge, I had a heart scare with my Bp 2 yrs ago so I went straight hardcore Vegan and lost 50 pounds. Soo I’m not quite sure what I’m doing wrong in my diet. My cholesterol was under 200 and everything else came out good. I’m soo confused on what I can do next to help get rid of the sludge. Hmmm I wonder if 🤔 Amazon has a gallbladder sludge scraper..they have everything else practically 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hope your feeling lots better!!!! Great video!!! 🙌 P.S. I’m a truck driver too💪🏼💪🏼🚛
hahaha I love that you’re looking at it with a humorous approach, i’m the same way haha!! although i am sorry about your results 😕 hopefully you start feeling better!! love the amazon joke! also love that you’re a truck driver! best wishes 🥰
Hey Lisa, I was diagnosed with GB sludge too. I've read everything I can find to explain what caused it and one cause is losing a lot of weight fast. :( I know that's a bummer to hear. Nobody tells us to make sure we lose weight *really gradually* or we can mess up our gallbladders. But that's what can happen.
I definitely feel like I have this....everything you described are the same as my symptoms. I have also been a relatively heavy drinker for about 4 years so...yeah. I have a bad habit of hyper-focusing on the 'rock-like' feeling and it almost feels like I am making it worse. When I choose to just relax and stop focusing on the feeling the pressure will slowly go away and I feel like I'm digesting food. After the pressure is reduced, the right side of my neck and right ear feel as though they are being given oxygenated blood after a period of lacking it(numbness). At times there is pressure behind my right eye if it is particularly 'triggered' at the time. It could be time I go to the doctor, thank you so much for telling your experience as I haven't heard any actual people talk about it other than internet pages.
This is the most Gen Z video I have ever seen, is this a disney show or something? Whats with all the accents? Its like she cant just say anything without making a voice -_-
So ,I was diagnosed with this as well. Do you care to share with me your diet , what you ate or drink to help, thank you for even posting this. GOD Bless 🙌🏾
oh man sorry for your diagnosis but thank you for your kind words. my diet primarily consists of non fried foods and low sodium, it seems to help a lot for me!! but obviously consult with your doctor to get on the right diet plan for you and your body!! 💛
So glad to find this video I have been having a bunch of these symptoms. My mom had gallbladder sludge gonna get this checked out thank you for making this
i am dealing with they same problem the doctor already tried everything they could because the pain its never go my blood urine teat it came all normal they make ultrasound but didnt find anything but i tried everyone conviences that i had a pain but no one believes me even the doctor they think maybe i am lot of stress but i know my self that there’s something wrong l,until we requested to have MRI and 2weeks later the doctor finally found that i had they same probleme to you
Hi, was the blood in your urine caused by the gallbladder? I have a sludge too and there is blood in my urine
I got diagnosed about 2 months ago. It's terrible, I am trying natural remedies but definitely looking to Jesus for healing.
Whts update now pls tell me wht u did
Hi, I was diagnosed a month ago. Do you mind sharing what natural remedies you are trying?
Hahaha Jesus…
Blud thinks Jesus will help him 😭😭
It's painful!! I did a gallbladder flush and just started taking ox bile. Also trying apple cider vinegar. So hopefully something helps 😔
You know that is not a primary cause. You don't just get sludge. It's a downstream affect. Are you taking anything to help dissolve the sludge. Are you taking bile salts, magnesium? Do you have enough HCL in your gut. How is your liver? Do you have parasites? So many things to be looking into.
this is a very good comment lol.
On my mom's case she built up sludge because she had poor ejection factor her gallbladder just wasn't good at pushing bile out. So it accumulated this is a common cause of this issue.
I agree, Jackie. Get to the root of the issue, don’t just treat the symptom. Usually low stomach acid but low bile or even hormonal imbalances.
Agree, Jackie. She needs to get to the root cause, not just treat the symptoms. For example, high levels of estrogen (which birth control causes) can result in sludge. Which is highly likely in her case since she developed ovarian cancer...
I just got this diagnosis and an enlarged liver- I appreciate any advice
Hey Virginia, I had the same diagnosis years ago(2016) and the same excruciating pains for hours at a time. My sludge and pain went away when I stopped eating high (bad)fat foods and dairy. I had already stopped eating red meats in 2005.
I haven’t had that pain since 2017 because I stopped eating dairy foods and high in bad fats. I lost weight and felt good.. I ate fruits and vegetables and drank lots of water. (It was definitely a journey figuring out which foods to eat and not to eat)
since COVID, I slowly started back eating poorly and my calcium and cholesterol numbers are getting high.
Thanks for sharing!
i love this, thank you!!!! we are on this journey together for sure! sending you lots of love and healing 🥰

Thank you for sharing this about you Virginia :)
I am 43, have never had any health issues...and have only just felt the pains of this! was in hospital for two days and nights because it was soo bad...

I'm also facing same problem!
Take Apple cider vinegar with water daily.
You'll feel better

Omg finally a comment that makes sense. I’ve been navigating this. I’m staying away from fats and red meat. I also am starting to drink apple cider vinegar before eating.
Have you taken dr berg gallbladder formula before
Thank for sharing your story. I have the same thing too.
I am going through this now with the gallbladder sludge. I take TUDCA, it had many health benefits, please research TUDCA….it thins the sludge and make it easier to drain among other benefits. I ordered mine off of Amazon, blessings
Was looking for this comment, about to do a flush too by dr Ortiz’s
When to take tudca after a meal or before? Namaste 🙏
Wish everyone full recovery.
thank you!! i will be checking him out!
From what I've researched, these three are the combination to use:
1. TUDCA and/or Bile Acids - three times daily after meals
2. Enteric Peppermint or Rowachol -three times daily before meals
3. Magnesium - nightly (to help relieve pressure on bile duct)
I'm about to begin taking those three consistently each day.
How is your progress so far for those of you on the diets and medicines?
@@vvvios How is your progress?
I'm in the same boat where I think the gallbladder issue is affecting my stomach. I've tried many UA-cam suggestions and nothing has worked so far. Flare ups are weird, it could be something as simple as an onion, but not every time. I could eat onions 3 days straight with no issues, suddenly 4th day bam flare up. Or 1 day it doesn't like spicy foods, but normally ok.
Has anyone actually proven the benefits of tudca or other bile salts. Has anyone gotten ultrasound images that the sludge was drained and did not come back.
Liver and gallbladder flush helps. Do not remove the gallbladder!
Please stop misinformation there can be serious complications that can happen infection, jaundice, cancer which can be deadly it can turn deadly
I’m curious to see how it goes. Thank you🙏🏻
Surgery is the best option
Hi there,how it went?
Thanks for being so open about your issues. I too had cancer, but melanoma. Had part of my right ear removed. I decided to call my self, biggy small. Just kidding about the name. I started to have pain in the right upper abdomen. They did an ultrasound and I found out I had sludge in my gallbladder. I immediately, pictured my oil pan when changing oil on my car.
So how u fix it pls tell me am facing same problem am so much depress pls guide me
Probably because the underlying causes were not addressed, and the body adapted to gallbladder removal by creating a pseudo gallbladder using the ducts.
Chanca Piedra cured me of this! We need our gallbladder or we will not have it there to release the bile that the liver produces. I was in really bad pain but two tbsp 3 times a day worked for me.
How long does it take for you? :)
Thanks!
What were your symptoms??

how are you now? hope everything is ok. I am also diagnosed with sludge recently. :(
I've had GB Sludge for years.
Just got my diagnosis this morning, glad it's not pancreatic c-word! No pain really, just discomfort, nausea, and absolutely no appetite.

You mean u wait 5 years but nothing recovr so now you remove ur gall bladder
Pls reply am in serious problem
I was diagnosed today, and I am only 18!! I don't want my gallbladder removed :(, it's not that painful for me. I am quite healthy, I exercise a lot, I do track and weightlifting, but I am so sad that I was diagnosed with this.
take ox bile
A cause for stones is also rapid weightloss and that’s how I got my stones buddy

As I have gotten older, I realize that is totally ok to do, but it took many years for me to realize not all doctors are equal, unfortunately. U have to be your own health advocate ! Blessings to you 💕💗🤗☀️☀️☀️🤗🤗

Just go easy on greasy, cheesy, high cholesterol foods. I eat mostly chicken breast and vegetables. Burgers only once a week. I make black beans with quinoa bowls, a mock version of chipotle veggie bowl with low fat sour cream and sauted bellpepper and grape tomatoes. Soups are good for gallbladder and lemon and pineapple.
Thank you for sharing this. I was just diagnosed with gallbladder sludge & my GI Dr referred me to a surgeon & she said it’s best to get my gallbladder removed because the sludge will always come back or get worse. How have you been managing ?
Stop eating foods in high fat
After removing gallbladder you can have new problems. Maybe it is worth to try bile salts and other recommendations (you can find quite a lot, I like especially recommendations provided by Dr. Berg).
I did colon hydrotherapy and took some herbs and i have passed so many stones..
What herbs?
I’ve just had my gallbladder removed on Saturday after years and years of pain and a diagnosis of biliary sludge. I’m uncomfortable but nothing I can’t manage.. I was having constant flair ups and it was controlling my life I’m hoping this is the end of my pain now.
Hi Memz, sorry to hear about your gb pain and the surgery you had to undergo to remove it. Do you mind sharing how you are felling now after removing the gb?
I was diagnosed with gallstones 2 years ago as well. Had 4 to 5 severe attacks and doctors are teling me to remove it but I'm postponing the surgery since I don't want to remove it :(.

I'm Gluten & lactose sensitive I do normally follow a strict gluten lactose diet, however, every now and again I cheat on foods from the fridge late at night especially cheeses, Just had a telephone call from the hospital to cancel my procedure till back end of February now or early March, I was having it done next week. just wish my pain would go away, Thank you Virginia for caring and sharing your experience with this dreaded illness X
thank you so much for your positive words!! here with you on this journey i hope your symptoms subside and find what works best for you ✨
You should remove gallbladder stone then you can eat what ever you want. I went to Mayo clinic hospital in phoenix. There no restrict diet.
I fixed mine with taking 3000 mgs taurine every day. I promise it will work. for women its due to high estrogen that thickens bile.
I’ve already started my fat free anti-inflammatory diet. I wish there was some gallbladder Liquid Plummer. Thank you for sharing. This video was most informative.

Eat low fat high fibre n full fluid diet and yes no sugars. I have been taking the same diet since diagnosed with gall bladder stone.
@@fatimaasfia7138 What are you suppose to eat then because all grains etc are pure sugar lol...
