    Few months ago I experienced twice pain in my right side. I went to the doctor, I got an ultrasound and the surgeon called me the following week to set a date to remove my gallbladder. The doctor said that I didn't have stones, but I did have "sludge'. I said that I will rather wait. Im following the gallbladder cleanse and diet. Pain is gone. Not surgery.

    I have gallstones for years and have underwent a different cleanse a few years back but my attacks have only been getting worse. Yesterday i found this video and instantly went to the store and bought all the ingredients for the overnights remedy (organic grapefruit juice, flax seed oil, olive oil and epsom salt) the whole day yesterday i was only consuming pressed apple juice and water along with some green veggies and broth in the evening. Right before bed i got another gallstone attack...so i decided to do the overnight olive oil mixture. I drank it, went to sleep on my right side, and 2 hours later the blowout of stones began and lasted throughout the night. Im sorry but it felt like someone was torching by butthole😭😭 but its moring now and ive never felt better! The stones are out, my ass hurts, and i lost like 4 pounds. Ill definitely do this again if i have to!

  • @NiaraTheSnowWoman
    @NiaraTheSnowWoman 3 роки тому +176

    I follow Dr. Clark's protocol since 2014. That year I had a serious gallbladder attack and I was not able to eat for at least 3 weeks because every food did cause significant pain. For a while I consumed only apple and beet juice and drank water with apple cider vinegar. After the third week, I started eating grated apples and beets. Gradually my gallbladder calmed down and only then did I do my first cleansing of gallstones. According to Dr. Clark, you have to wait for the pain to subside and only then to do the cleansing. The four spoons of Epsom salt are dissolved in 3 glasses of water and taken 4 times - two before and two after consuming the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. The feeling of lightness after the procedure is incomparable ... Since then I have been doing this procedure as a prevention twice a year. After 2014 I didn't have any more attacks, only once or twice mild pain and that was it. I still live with my gallbladder and I believe that this is not an organ we can live without, as many doctors claim today.

      Thanks very much for sharing! just wondering if you saw any small stones coming out?Is the salt drink very salty or OK? How’s taste of the oil blend?

    • @NiaraTheSnowWoman
      @NiaraTheSnowWoman 3 роки тому +25

      @Lydia Yue. Epsom salt solution is unpleasant but tolerable. After preparation, I leave it in the fridge for a few hours. When it is cold, the bitter taste is less noticeable (it is not actually salty). I drink the dose in one sip without break, because while drinking, you don't feel the strong taste. You feel the taste when you stop drinking the solution. In the same way I drink the mixture of grapefruit and olive oil. I drink everything with a wide straw without interruption. I have tried both versions of Dr. Clark: Option 1 - a mixture of equal amounts of grapefruit juice and olive oil and Option 2 - equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil, which are drunk separately without mixing. The mixed version is definitely more bearable. Large amounts of olive oil, when not mixed with acid, can cause vomiting and make the procedure pointless. For beginners Dr. Clark herself recommends the mixed version.
      As for the stones ... The first time I did this cleansing, I probably threw away thousands of stones. The largest ones were the size of small Navy beans. Most of the stones I have thrown away during these years are yellow-green, cholesterol-based. Only in the beginning I had a few small dark green and harder stones of bilirubin.

    • @kimberresford
      @kimberresford 7 років тому +146

      When you do a liver and gallbladder cleanse there is a preparation which softens the stones and they pass easily from the liver as well as gallbladder hepatic stones, this then gives the ability for the liver to heal itself, I met someone that was diagnosed with cirrhosis and spent 3 years and 37 flushes later he had completely rejuvenated his liver.

I've started intermittent fasting in May and I've lost 15 lbs. My doctor also put me on Creon. I was a little skeptical, but I figured I'd try it and I've been on it 2 weeks now. Don't feel any different, but I will give it the full 3 months. I will then go back to the doctor for a follow up and blood work.

I have really cut back on the amount of ice cream that I eat, every night, but not the nightly ritual of a Very small “serving cup(s).” I allow myself to feel stressed, and ingesting these fats seem to “calm my brain.” I’ll make a bigger effort to cut out the ice cream, and add more healthy protein. I'm 19 and think I'm suffering from liver / gallbladder issues which is weird because I don't eat much junk food and I try to eat healthy whenever i can. It has been really stressing because gasteronterologists where I live are very exp not to mention getting the tests to really find out what's wrong. I've gotten a ct scan without contrast (due to the doctors and radiologist fear of further complications) and they found nothing. The ct was clearrrrr. I found Tht detox method with the Epsom salts and olive oil lemons etc thing and I changed my diet to a lot of vegetables sweet potatoes beet roots organic apple juice and fibrous foods because constipation is almost my best friend. I'm really frustrated to be honest because today I'm starting to feel sharp pains. before it was dull. I will be doing the detox soon though. Hopefully it will help. I don't want to remove my gallbladder at all. But I'm suffering from acid reflux. Indigestion. Constipation. Nausea no vomiting thank god. I've been drinking dandelion tea for some time now. It seems to ease the pain. But my right side isn't tender to touch. Only when I bend my back or turn do I feel that slight strain. Hope I can cure myself naturally. Don't give up guys

    Doc I'm a 30 year old male 2-3 months away from 31 years old 6'2 295-312 lbs I've nevef had gallstone or gallbladder issues up until recently which I noticed 3-4 weeks ago I had my first and second real attack. At the time I didn't know what was going on but I found out quickly that after researching and self diagnosing I was having gallstone attacks. I did a 2 day extra virgin and canola combo mix with lemon juice flush and apple cider vinegar with water. I took pictures of the stones I pooped out couple hours ago and I wanted to know am I at risk for gallbladder cancer and do I need to worry about it. It terrifies me because online some sites say that it's a precursor to it or that cancer may already be present. Love the video alike the others I've watched. I ate a lot of salt, processed foods, sugary drinks and foods for a long time for the last 10-17 years or even a little more. I don't want to go under the knife for anything including gallbladder removal, cancer etc etc. I haven't been to a doctor in over 9 years and in my early 20's I had an ultrasound done that detected some small amounts of kidney stones. I am a fairly active guy and I was weight lifting and doing cardio for awhile. Lost 93 1/2 lbs at one point from 321 1/2 lbw down to 227 1/2 lbs and then shot back up because I wanted to be more bulkier and muscular with some fat. What I read about gallbladder cancer and passing stones terrified me. Is there anything I should know from you or anyone ?.... Of course I eat the healthy stuff here and there but I've gotten more of the typical lousy American diet over the years with white breads, white pita bread, white toast more then wheat products and white rice. Of course mayo was apart of that stable...... Bacon.... Hamburgers, chicken burgers, fish etc. Anything will help DOC. I don't want to have any real issues on my hands.

    Hi Dr. Axe. Thank you for this video. I did want to say, Hulda Clarke’s gall bladder flush is very different from yours. She recommended not eating after 2 pm. You take Epsom salts with grapefruit juice in water at 6 pm every two hours times 2 or 3 ( I forget) - two hours later you drink the olive oil and go to bed. At 6 a. M. you rise and drink one last Epsom salt concoction. I assume your flush works just fine. I’ve done hers and I love it! I had excellent results.
    I can’t do the green apples, I’m low carb. Anyway, I just made my own bone broth so thanks for that too! Have a great day.

    Dr. Axe, thanks a lot for the video and your channel with great advice(s). Will this only cure gal bladder stones or will this also heal the Fatty liver. I am not diagnosed with it, but mid section is where lot of fat is accumulated, and I think getting rid off Gal-bladder stones with Liver detox might improve the situation.

    Dr. Axe, what if you have no stones. I did the cleanse a few years ago and a full bowl of stones came out. I did it again in 2017 and ever since then, I've had issues. No stones came out that time. Just tons of slude. But my gb hasn't worked correctly since. What does one do if the dr. Says the gb has to come out. I've been having stabbing pain. The ultrasound showed no stones but the HIDDA scan said my gb is dysfunctional. I don't want surgery. Please talk about if the cleanse will help with someone with no stones. Thank you and I love your collagen protein powder.

    I would add that it would be worth checking out andrea moritz’s protocol because you do it over 5 days. The first four days are not fasting but more of a prep. So it opens the ducts prior over the week and you release more

      Dr. Josh Axe thanks for your reply. I just met with my doctor and she is onboard with your 3 day plan with some additional low fat foods. She wants me to take it slow and not do anything too extreme and I’ll have a follow up appointment in 30 days. She also encouraged herbs so I got some milk thistle and dandelion root teas plus lots of arugula, green apples, veggies, greens, lemons, low fat white fish and wild sardines (in water). And, bone broth plus your bone broth collagen to add to my berry smoothies.

Also more hips up (twice a day), stretches for pelvic pain, and pray. So far I still feel heavy but not like before. Next up stress management. Something not mentioned here is to go have an ultrasound done AFTER you do the cleanse.
    Everyone has one done before hand in order to find out they have gallstones and no one follows up after their "successful" cleanse.
    There is alot of speculation surrounding this cleanse and people just want to "believe" it works but no one is following up afterwards with confirmation of the stones having been removed.

    • @Andrea_Bassi
      @Andrea_Bassi 5 років тому +7

      The "stones" are created by a process known as saponification that combines the olive oil and epsom salt. These are not gallstones.

      Some doctor says the stones you see after the fast cleansing is the by product from those mixture , Olive oil, Flax oil, epsom salt and grapefruit juice not really the stones from your body. Stop and think about it if it was that simple to remove gallstones, then this is viral news all over the world and it's bigger news than Covid 19 , Covid20 and Covid21. put it this way eat 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 lb of ginger that will fix the Covid 19. isn't that a viral news? the remedy of gallstones remove suppose to be viral too if it's truly working.

      I did because I had no pain anymore, so I asked my doctor who said this cant work, ok i said i want another check. He didnt like saying there where alot missing but I still had a bunch. Im still flushing. And Its made me tired after but then I feel great! I dont see that doctor anymore because he said the flush was impossible. Well I know it works. I used Andreas version. It takes a week to do. But I say they dont want to admit to themselves that what they are being taught is not whole truth. I dont blame them I guess. But I have had to fix so much myself that the doctors could not help me with. But to each his own in the end.
